Manage Dale can't resolve an issue if his life depended on it! The store left fries out of our order no big deal... So I called and their resolution was to write the issue in a book so they can make it right next time you come in. What makes you think there will be a next time Dale. Very assumptive of you. Can you give a half star? I wanna put this joint at 3.5. It's good they get your order right they're quick they know how to do their thing. Downside: they might work too far ahead. For the past 4 years our company has bought chicken wings on the Friday before Chiefs postseason kick-off, and for the past 3 years we have had to endure a national chain / sports bar screw up our order. I pushed back when I was told to order from them again - reminding my short-term memory loss boss about the fiascos we've endured and he agreed to let me find a new place. I was able to go on-line and find good pricing for 130 wings. When I called to place the order, I spoke with the franchise owner. He not only suggested ways to reduce the online cost but threw in a few extras to ensure my team of 16 had plenty of veggies, fries and sauces. We were able to split bone-in and boneless and have 6 different flavors. When my boss returned with the order, not only was it correct and delicious but he actually stated "what a nice group of people". Very rare coming from my usually grumpy boss when doing a food run. Is Wingstop the best wings in town? No, but we had zero complaints from 16 staff and the pricing was very reasonable, and we received great customer service from them. A solid pick for taste and value. We have found a new take-out wing place for all of our future food day's. Go Chiefs! read more

"wings" are the immediate positive. however unless it's my imagination, the wings seem a bit small ? Also... their advertising on the "whole wing experience" is absolutely ridiculous! That's how you're supposed to be served wings! Then be charged extra for it, like it's some sort of new idea. Walked in and ordered to go. Several workers not busy doing much but it's almost closing time. Lots of customer traffic even so. Floors are dirty and not just from today. Windows so dirty you can barely see out. Wet floor sign used to keep customers out of dining area clearly the sign isn't due to wet clean floor). Several drink lids laying on cashier counter. OK, you are going to get five stars just because your food is incredible! The serving sizes are very generous the wings are always cooked to order, your french fries are literally a gift from the Lord. I really appreciate your fresh dipping sauces. It's also nice to have a clean table to eat on. I am not going to remove the star, but I do have some feedback about cleanliness in general. I have noticed that when I use your fountain dispenser for the soft drinks that it splatters. You need to take off those dispenser caps and clean them on a daily basis, you soak them in water with a little bit of bleach, and make sure you brush to get all the syrup off, and then rinse them thoroughly. Second there is a set up in the front where you have sugars and limes and lemons, those lids on that set up are so sticky gross, I hesitate to reach inside. Most of your business is take out, and I see the orders are flying out the door at a rapid rate. You're doing a great job in the kitchen, your food is amazing. I came here with three of my teammates for lunch. It was a Tuesday and it was 60 cents per boneless chicken. This was located in a little plaza that had a Target. Parking wasn't a problem when we came. Their menu had a lot of choices as well as twelve flavors. The place was very small but we managed to get a table in the back. I ordered ten boneless chickens with half in the Teriyaki sauce and the other in the Spicy Korean sauce. It took awhile before our food came out. The Teriyaki sauce was a little too rich for my taste and definitely was concentrated. The Spicy Korean sauce was tasty and not really spicy to me. I tried my teammate's Hawaiian and Garlic Parmesan which were both good. Ten pieces was a lot for me and I was full when I finished everything. Wingstop was good and wouldn't mind going back to try other flavors. read more

These were not chicken wings but more like chicken nuggets. They were very greasy and very salty. I just ate a bit of it and threw the nuggets away. The fries were also very salty. I dunno, if you eat this stuff you feel horrible. I have not gone here in a long time, now I know why. I threw the fries away too. If your going to charge folks a lot. After a quick Target run, wings sounded good and I had never tried Wingstop before. I love a good wing and willing to pay for them but these were not good and not worth the price. When I walked in they asked my name and my order. I said I had never been here before and instead of explaining anything they just stared at me while I stared at the menu. I mean wings aren't rocket science but explaining the dry vs wet sauces would have been nice. I went with the 10 piece bone-in combo ($10.99) and tried the Atomic and the Mango Habanero. It took about 15 minutes to get my order to-go and when I got home I was really unimpressed. The wings are tiny and about half of them were dry. The Atomic sauce is the hottest on the menu and it was very spicy which I like but because of the size of the wings the ratio was basically just like eating skin and sauce. The Mango Habanero which comes in at 4 out of 5 "flames" was not spicy at all, had a weird musky taste and didn't taste like any mango or habanero I've ever eaten. There is a new flavor at Wingstop called the Ancho Honey Glaze. I ordered five boneless wings in this flavor. Then I got ten bone-in wings with the dry Louisiana rub. This time the dry rub wasn't too salty as before. I enjoyed the flavor much more. The ancho honey glaze was pretty spicy but for those who like spicy flavors may find it okay. I must first start off by saying that I, generally, LOVE Wing Stop and consider it the best chain wing place by FAR. But this location let me down in my time of wing need. It was Super Bowl Sunday and I was forced to leave Vegas and head for Kansas City for a work trip. So while I couldn't be at a Super Bowl party with friends, if nothing else, I figured I could at least have the Super Bowl food I was craving - wings and fries from Wing Stop. As soon as I was off the plane (and done with the rental car place), I headed immediately for this place (the only Wing Stop location in the greater KC metro area apparently). Since I was staying at a hotel about another 30 minutes or so away, take out was not an option. It was awkward to say the least. I felt like my being there and placing an order was a major inconvenience and they were doing me a huge favor by making me 10 wings. And then I had the nerve to want to dine-in and not do take out. The good: - Bottom line, it was still the Wing Stop basics, so there was no way it could be a bad food experience. The bad: - It seemed like they may have run out of cajun sauce - so instead I got a mix of some cajun seasoning and original hot sauce. Granted, those two things can go together well, so the wings were still tasty. But they were not the typical, actual cajun wings. - The fries were a little soggy. Still delicious, but soggier than what I have come to expect from Wing Stop. - No knives - just plastic forks. (Yes, some of us like to knife and fork our wings, especially when we order them "wet".) The ugly: - No beer on Sundays! This was the hugest let down of all. Super Bowl Sunday and I couldn't have a beer with my wings. The awkward: - I was the only customer in the place. - There were staff sitting around the tables watching the game - and watching me eat. - About halfway through my 10-piece, the manager called all the staff together around a table in the dining area and proceeded to do a debrief. Extremely awkward - and weird and inappropriate in front of a customer. I'm not a huge fan of wings, so I'm not sure I am the best person to review Wingstop, but I went with my co-workers and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Teriyaki and the Hawaiian boneless wings. The wings contained a fair amount of chicken, not primarily breading as you sometimes encounter. The tastes were on-point, although I definitely preferred the Hawaiian over the Teriyaki. If you're a fan of spicy, a few of my co-workers ordered hot wings and they raved about them, but I'll have to leave that to someone else to review. I had heard good things about the fries, but I was disappointed. They weren't bad, but they weren't anything special either... Definitely not what I had heard about going into the restaurant. The service was fair. You can tell the wings are made to order, so it takes 10-15 minutes before your order is ready. After placing our order and receiving our food, however, the staff seemed to disappear and were nowhere to be found. I would return to WIngstop if I were with someone who wanted to go, but this isn't a place that I would go out of my way to visit... Then again, like I said, I'm not particularly a wings fan, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. read more
