Health & safety concern: This specific location puts the hot wings directly on top of the black styrofoam box instead of the parchment Wingstop paper that they are supposed to place it on. This causes CANCER. They have been reported to WingStop Corporate and DoorDash. The next step will be the department of health, and if by then they do not stop this negligence, there will be legal action. In the past I have seen the employees mixing the wings with sauce/flavor in the black styrofoam boxes instead of using the stainless steel tossing bowls that they are supposed to use. I asked why they are doing that and the response was: "We don't usually do that, we're just trying to do it quick because we got a lot of orders right now." Customer service issues: The workers (including the manager) refuse to identify themselves over the phone by giving their names. I had no way to explain to Corporate who I spoke to, because the workers and even the manager would not identify themselves. I could not properly reference to corporate who I spoke to. The call was recorded and will be shared with Corporate instead. Order issues: Other than potentially causing their customers CANCER by putting hot wings directly on top of the black styrofoam box and trying to save a piece of parchment paper... They don't know how to count/read - I have frequently been given the wrong quantity of wings. They do not toss the wings with sauce properly (wings are not proper covered in sauce/chosen flavor). The fries are browned (they are overcooking the fries so the deep fry oil is going into the fries, extremely oily) they do this EVEN IF you do not select the "well done - Extra cook time" option, it's automatically done if other customers have ordered that, you get the same fries, from the same batch regardless. The owner of this Wingstop franchise does not seem to care about consumer health, customer service, or even following the franchise policy. Getting too comfortable? Do not give your money/business to this location. They're giving you CANCER without you even knowing. read more

Our daughter wanted to go to wing stop for her 16 birthday. We had never been to a wing stop before, and because of social media, she wanted to try it. We arrived at 7:15 and placed our order at the counter. The server was nice enough but didn't offer any explanations about the menu at all. We did not get our food till 7:59. Why it took so long was beyond us. There were many people working. Once we got our food we were disappointed. One order of wings was cold. Our 2 sandwiches did not have lettuce and tomato as the menu suggested. We asked for salt and there was non to be found. Another odd thing was there were no trash cans in the restaurant to throw away things. For a fast food place this was highly unusual. They did not accept cash which is annoying. I've been sitting here waiting for 47 minutes for my food. I'm definitely never coming back.

I ordered for a party as soon as they opened. They called about 30 mins before my scheduled pick-up to tell me that they were out of a flavor and to ask what replacement I would like. I went in for pick-up. My order was not ready. I waited about 30 mins watching others getting their orders. I was told my chicken was ready but not my fries or my corn. The wi armada me super late to my Christmas party that I was hosting in a limited time space. Not cool. Upon setting up the buffet I realized the chicken was not labeled what was what and was put into the same containers, the corn was much smaller than anticipated and the fires were cold and soggy. Both times in which I went to this location my order has been shorted or incorrect and the staff outside of the supervisor are clueless. This location is absolutely TERRIBLE. I gave them 2 chances and both times my order was wrong. The last time they didn't sauce my wings, like at all. These wings were suppose to be Hawaiian. They were great and we usually always order the Louisiana Rub flavor, but for the past couple of times we ordered there, it has been super salty! I was super late getting my food because of my car rental taking too long (past midnight). I told the workers to leave my food outside because I didn't want them to wait on me and I would just hope the wingstop gods were in my favor and no Ken stole my food. Cleanliness at this location is not a thing. Tables full of food from people who were dining. Where the food is prepared it's filthy. Not a welcoming environment. If I could give a -50 I would! Terrible terrible experience with wing stop on Barry rd. After entering an order for $155 for Christmas Eve on line at this place, I called the 23rd just to make sure the order was received & being processed. The manager who I spoke with was very rude & even said who places an order on line?? Then said let me make this perfectly clear .... l'm not doing an order for $155 unless you physically bring me the receipt. I said I have a confirmation #. He said NO I don't want a confirmation #. He proceeded again ... You either bring in the receipt or it isn't being made. I wasn't able to stop what I was doing to bring in an already charged to my card receipt for this guy. 1 asked is this how you treat your customers to which he replied...again... let me be perfectly clear & repeated he isn't going to even start my order. Afraid of what may occur if I went in... because I was livid that my card had been charged days earlier and order confirmed I called the wing stop Chouteau traffic way & spoke to a very nice Mgr who said he'd take my order. He apologized for the treatment of what seemed to be a very untrained employee / mgr who didn't know how to look up an on line order nor care to try and explain to him that he was now taking the order and to credit the card charged apparently explaining to him how to do so. We will see if the credit comes through but the Chouteau mgr said he could see it being processed At his end Being a new store & new manager is no excuse for his rude demeanor & if you don't know how to do your job then find another. Corporate is next on the list! Everyone be aware of this place & my experience. Only good out if this is knowing ( hopefully) the guy had to credit $155 and give the Business to another store.
