So Wingstop used to be my favorite wing spot ever because of the flavors and the options to adjust flats or drums in wing counts. But now the wings are chewy with the rubbery consistency. The fries were very fresh. Seems like they changed the texture of the fries. I also have a Hi-C to drink that was just fine, but the wings texture was definitely off...it very much gave fake chicken. First time trying Wing Stop. We got a craving for their chicken sandwich after seeing a commercial. We popped up their website which immediately showed us an available special which was 20 boneless wings and fries. So we decided to get that to share and also get two chicken sandwiches. The only choices on the sandwiches was with or without pickles and what kind of sauce They have about 10 different sauces available to choose. We both chose the Cajun. It was very good. They did leave the pickles off of both sandwiches. We wanted pickles! Only one ingredient and they forgot it. For the wings, we chose Cajun, habanero & mango, Korean, and their Louisiana. All were very good. Wing sizing varied greatly. We had some ultra tiny wings and then normal size that you would expect. The fries were fresh cut with some peel on them and seasoned. You get a choice of dipping sauces. We got the blue cheese for the wings and a jalapeño cheese sauce for the fries. Fries were excellent and enhanced by the cheese sauce. We ordered online and then drove over. They were very busy and hadn't even started on our order. The parking lot was a free-for-all with DoorDash drivers parking on sidewalk and wherever. They also seemed to prioritize DoorDash/Uber eats orders over others. It was a pretty long wait with little to no communication about what was going on and the service people not very friendly. All in all good food once you get it and our order was actually correct. We will be giving them another try because the food was good. Maybe we will get pickles next time!!! read more

Service was very lacking from the girl in the back. We preordered our food hours in advanced on the website because we were going to a football watch party and when we arrived at the said pick up time they had not even started the food. We asked what happened and she just gave us a nasty look and said she didn't know. We asked how long it will be then for them to be done and no answer back, after asking multiple times she said 10 minutes. Management saw the interaction and were understanding and tried to get everything moving so that we got our food. But we waited an extra 20 minutes for our food to be done. The whole point of pre ordering is so that this does not happen and then give us attitude about their own mess up. Do not trust this place for ordering food again. read more

They ran out of FRIES -- how do you run out of fries at Wingstop?? The entire restaurant was dirty and unkept, not somewhere you'd want to sit down and eat. Whether you're thinking of dining in, door dashing, or walking in for pickup -- DON'T. Save yourself the time and frustration. A bit of a small wait for my order. About 25 minutes but I figure that's a normal wait time for fresh wings. The food was hot fresh and tasty. The only thing that I would have changed is the attentiveness of the cashier when customers came through the door. Overall the entire team was great and greeted everyone that came through the door with a big welcome. The staff there seems to get along great. They were engaging and friendly.
