I became frustrated and she told me to stop yelling at me or she not gonna help me. I asked for a Mgr none available, I was told to call the number on my receipt So I left because I was beyond pissed so called Door Dash and explained what happen. Jay's accepted the order 7 mins after I ordered online and so I called Jay's back because ​​I'm trying to reach the mgr like told and the lady answers the phone that I already talk to at the store so now im cursing. I tell her what Door Dash said and she interrupted me and said your order is ready ....she tells me my order, I go back and arrive and my order is wrong and short 6 pieces of chicken and im telling her and then the cook comes the back to try to correct me and I just took what I had and left. 40 minutes of dealing with this dumb shit. I will not patronize Jay's again for along time cause of this craziness. If you did not print out the ticket from door dash accept that you made an error and fix it but to tell a customer with receipt proof that she is wrong is crazy. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!
