This was a first for us; the truck was located at Murdoch's Ranch and Hime Supply. There was a nice line, people waiting in the cold say's something about the food! Met a few people we had never known but struck up conversations with them from local to Pennsylvania. The food taken home was delicious and plentiful. The fish was superb and fries were just right. Sauces were all great - nice variety. Tartar sauce, Sweet Thai Chili, Malt Vinegar, Ketchup and Sriracha Mayo. Choice of 2 each plate. Can't wait to come back to Salida when they are present. Just gonna make this clear though-they are generous with their salt. I feel it's important you consider this and request them to not salt your food beforehand. I ended up trying bone-in wings with shrimp with a side of fries. Their fries were a bit too oily for my personal preference as well, but still flavorful.
