Horrible services. The reviews here say that this place seems slow and lacking service. People ain't lying either. Thought it would be faster if I ordered online. I came inside the store and there was a wait already. I had to tell the front guy twice that I had an online order for him to recognize me and for him to ask me my name and order. It was right there waiting a long with other online orders. It wasn't fresh and my fries were soggy by the time I got my food. Soda fountain area was out of ice and messy. This review is for the experience I had Friday, March, 15th. Unsolicited statement about the last 7 days for you all.. -__- It has been a LONG 7 days. That being said though, the experience my friends and I had at Wing Stop was alright. We couldn't agree to something that night, and went with someth'n we all enjoyed. Wings & fries. I had to poke around their restaurant and menu since it was my first time there and ended up trying their Cajun wings, hickory smoked BBQ wings, Cajun corn & fries. Their corn was flavorful indeed, but very, very salty. -__- Unfortunately. The spice was intense, but I'm ok with that! As long as the overall flavor works well. The corn was a struggle though, as well as their Heavily salted and super soggy fries. I was really hungry that night so I did my best eating what fries I could, but I did end up taking the leftover wings and corn home with me for work meal-prep and whatnot. The condition of their entry way was a thing. Lots of trash was on the ground around their entry way, but I also kept in mind the time of day it was when we got there. Perhaps they had a crazy morning of work we weren't around to see. ^__^ The gentlemen working the front was kind to us. Polite and attentive, but the other 2 employees that were going in and out of the front kitchen way we interacted with weren't having it and definitely seemed Not in the mood to respond nor answer any questions we had. We waited a very long time for our food even though it was only us and 2 other tables being occupied, their customer service was overall stressful for us, and their fries were a bad time, but I'll still give them one more shot in the future, because I was told their sandwiches are good. I ordered $50 worth of food for my family and it never came. Apparently they use door dash and our driver said someone else picked up our food. So when we asked to speak with a manager to complain about our missing food and to get a refund, we were given the run around by the manager and were told to call door dash for a refund. We used Wingstop's website so why should I be inconvenienced because this location allowed someone to steal my food??? Never order from here! I enjoy the freshly prepared wings and Cajun corn on the cob here a lot! Omg, the lemon pepper wings/flats are a staple. They've added a few additional sauces/dry rubs which I didn't try this time around because it's so hard to veer away from what I enjoy so well. The only semi-downer was my corn was drowned in Cajun seasoning and was very hot because of it, but I managed. I'll specify next time to go light on the seasoning. It's usually perfect, but not this time. It's ok though, I'll give you all a pass. The clean store and wonderful service truly made up for it. This atmosphere made it pleasant for anyone desiring to dine in. Additionally, the front counter staff was very professional and stood out. I appreciate that and the manager was just as great. Each wing is breaded, and sauce adequate. But my favorite thing in Wingstop is either the french fries or the yeast rolls. They do French fries so well, and you can tell that the fries are cut from a real, not frozen potato. You can taste the essence of sweetness, and spice. The yeast rolls are better than the rolls I make from scratch. These are right on, and I'm going to use Wingstop for Thanksgiving rolls. In the family pack you get 25 wings, a large fry, 3 rolls and a cup of veggies, which are celery and carrot sticks. I swear I could go here, eat a yeast rolls, fries and veggie sticks. I was so excited to finally get to try wingstop since I left California. I used to be the General manager in the long Beach branch in California I got mine to go and drive 45 min back to Olathe. When I got home I opened my order and the first thing I noticed the chicken wings were oversized which is fine but the issue I had was the chicken wings were undercooked. I spoke w the supervisor Vanessa and I advised her to possibly Cook them a little longer because of the size of the wings. The standard time is9 minutes but that's for the smaller wings. She did not even bother to apologize and was being defensive. She said she would have to see the wings and investigate I told her I am almost an hour away and don't have the time to drive down. I was not going to do a review and was going to give that location another chance but the attitude of the supervisor was unacceptable so here it is. My advise to anyone ordering in that location to ask them to cook it for 15 min instead of the 9 min. And also ask them not to skimp on the sauce. Very disappointing for my experience. One of the fun things about trying a new place is the possibility of finding a new favorite place. When I called around 4:30 I told the girl answering the phone I hadn't tried their wings yet & asked how their medium sauce compared to the medium sauce at BWW with respect to the spiciness. I hadn't eaten today so when I picked up my order I immediately wanted to try a roll. Before leaving the parking lot I pulled one out. Not warm. Oh well, the flavor & texture could still be good, right? Nope, not really. Just knew the fries would be better so I pulled them out. The fries were barely warm & limp. I love cheese on my fries. Wingstop is a nice addition to the 'fast casual' scene close to home. My wife and I usually order the 30 wing family pack, priced at $26, which includes a large order of fries. Food is cooked to order, so you'll wait 10-15 minutes between placing your order and it being up. They have one of the new-fangled mix and match pop machines, which I personally like. Their fries are actually some of the best in town. The seasoning they use is really quite good the fries themselves taste fresher than most too. Now, I consider Buffalo Wild Wings to be the wings against which all other wings are judged. Compared to BWW, Wingstop's wings are quite a bit smaller and have less meat on them. That said, in terms of wing size/meatiness, they're pretty much on par with most places that serve wings, and the quality is on par with BWW which is very good when compared to lower quality wing providers such as Pizza Hut's "wingstreet". Their prices are also a bit lower per-wing than BWW, so it's understandable on that front as well. The weirdest thing about this restaurant is that there is no trash can. I have no idea why they chose not to have a trash can in the dining room, but it means that you're pretty much forced to leave your trash on your table. That feels odd to me. read more
