Walked inside, waited 10 mins and both employees ignored and didn't address me. Stood at the counter for 10 mins, store is empty so there as no one else to tend to. I am writing this review from the parking lot and as you can see from the photo the store dose not have a single soul inside. Horrible customer service, I can see why it is completely empty on a Tuesday night. Definitely will not be returning read more

There are way better wingstops with great customer service, this is not one of them ! I just came to pick up an order, and stepped outside to speak with my father, since my order wasn't ready. The Hispanic man who is currently working there right now 8/9 @ 11:15am fane out side and raised his voice at me because the order had been ready for 3 minutes, I put my father on speaker phone so he could hear the tone that man was using with me. He proceeded to talk loudly with me as I picked up my order. Terrible customer service !He was so rude and it was definitely uncalled for. read more

Wing Stop has one of my favorite Lemon Pepper flavors with a delicious ranch dips. The French fries however are ok, they tend to be limp and soft for French fries and tend to have a lot of burned ones. Their rolls are normally just as you expected but every now and again I feel they may serve day old rolls as they are sometime stale. When you eat at the restaurant there is no service. It's basically self serve cafeteria style with tables and chairs. Still love to order for delivery but wish their French fries were better. read more

This is one of the largest Wingstop locations I've ever been inside. They easily have some of the biggest televisions (45-50") that I've ever seen in a Wingstop, and they have three of them up around the place. They actually had my food ready on time when I swung by, which is an anomaly considering how I normally have to give other locations an extra 10 minutes. I had to dock them a star on two simple issues-- first, no one seemed like they wanted to be there. The cashier just seemed grumpy and short with everyone. Everyone's allowed to have a bad day at work, but that doesn't give a first-time customer a good impression. Second, the hickory BBQ wings were well-sauced, but the other wings were dry. On the bright side, after asking for more and them coming out with the wrong sauce, they finally gave me extra of what I wanted, which resolved the issue. read more

I love the food, it's always fresh. One thing I dislike strongly and wish I would've kept the pic was one time I had eaten wingstop 3 days in a row. I guess the people working there remembered and thought it would be funny to write "fat cow" on my bag. Now I am a 23 year old slim woman, and I weigh 135 so I'm guessing the workers were a bunch of hating heifers because they did look like they weighed 200 lbs read more

They have good wings - but they very rarely prepare orders correctly, so just be sure to keep that in mind. We always order to go, and more times than not, our order is wrong. We are smart enough to check it before leaving the store (after a couple of screw ups), so they do resolve the issue, but that just means a longer wait. Most recently, we placed a to-go order on Christmas Eve. They were completely empty when we went to pick up our order. My husband paid for the food and then upon reviewing the food, he realized his order was incorrect. So, they put the new order in with their kitchen and we waited another 10 minutes or so. We did end up going home with the correct order and the item that was prepared incorrectly, but it was still an inconvenience to wait longer than originally promised. As we were leaving the restaurant, there was another customer that placed a to-go order that was walking back inside to complain about their order that was incorrectly prepared as well. I'm not sure if this is also an issue when dining in, but something to keep in mind if you are in a rush. They have pretty good wings (I like the boneless lemon pepper flavor myself) but the sides aren't that great. I usually opt for the fries, but they are on the sweeter side. It must be something in the seasoning. read more

On Tuesday, I placed an order by phone. They told me that my order would be ready in 20 minutes. Did it arrive at the time agreed upon in my order? Am I only given the glass for my soda and not my food? I wait another 15 minutes! Time passes and they tell me that my order is already there and they deliver it to me cold? and they do not give me an explanation why! They just tell me wait again for your order! I paid and it was not free food so I left the place, bad service from the cashiers read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Houston, Texas

This place doesn't even deserve my bad review. CSR at the front was rude. (Got her chips right next to her while taking my order) Flies are everywhere. Bathroom is dirty and out of paper. Dirty trays on at least 5 of the tables. My table was sticky. 10 wings take about 20 minutes Here is the kicker... While eating my wings, a roach fell on my leg. When an Asian can't even stand the filth you know it's bad. read more

Normally this location is pretty good. But tonight was totally a waste of time and money. The fries were cold and stale, and when we asked for fresh ones, it's like they have us the reject bottom of the bag batch. My guy knew something was going to be wrong when our order was ready in 10 minutes. We were like they either have precooked wings nowadays or gave us someone else's order, maybe a call in. The wings were still flavorful, but the way they were presented was very messy like they just dumped them any kind of way in the container. I've never had sloppy wet wing paper in any of the many years I've eaten at this chain. read more

I grew up in this area and have been to this location multiple times, but this experience made me have to leave a review! Stephanie was an amazing cashier. The line was getting kind of long and the other staff members were so she offered to take clients that at a side computer. I normally don't frequent this location due to the distance from my home. I called my order in. I arrived and waited. Finally got my order and went home to eat. I got all the way home to find out that my whole order was WRONG! I called and spoke with the manager Nancy who I felt had an attitude with me about the situation. I wasn't sure why when this issue was 100% their fault! I explained to her that this location is more than 15 minutes away from my house. I had gotten all the way home only to discover that my order is wrong. Now I have to drive over 15 minutes back there to get the correct order and another 15 minutes back home. This was a complete waste of my time and this could have all been avoided if they would have done their job and checked the order before giving it to me. I let Nancy know how I felt this issue needed to be resolved. I wanted my order replaced with the correct order, I wanted it made fresh and I wanted a refund for the inconvenience. I went back and got the replacement order. The food was not recooked. It was cold and soggy. Keep it mind, this was the same food from the order that I had originally placed which had to have been sitting there for over 30 minutes before I made it back plus the drive time it took me to get back home. So it's been sitting for 45 minutes or longer before I got to eat it. I specifically requested that it be remade for this very reason. I wanted hot fresh food not cold soggy food. I am not happy at all with this entire experience. I will never spend another dime of my money at this location! read more

Living down the street makes this place an easy place to visit. I usually order online and pick up the order. The food is average, not the best, not the worst. The staff, for the most part, lacks in the customer service field. They are not rude, but I have gone in on a couple of occassions and had to wait for them to finish their conversation before they acknowledged that I was there. Not the best place on earth, but I have been to MUCH worse. read more

I'm done ! Was there a week ago and found a small roach in my food. Waited a few days and decided I would try again. Once again a tiny roach in the celery. Took it up to the front counter and she had the nerve to tell me it didn't come from the restaurant. Where the f**k do you think it came from. I don't carry tiny roaches around with me. Told me they pulled the booths out every night and clean behind them. Took a look for myself. REALLY ? Give me a break. read more

Tonight my son (14) was craving wings so decided to give Wingstop a try even though a quite low overall rating. I ordered online (thru the Yelp app), said it would be ready in 15m; got there in 15m and it was ready for pickup and all as ordered. My son gave it 4 stars; he was quite happy with the wings and loved the fries (covered with ranch and wing sauce)... Ordering and service (lady that handed me my order was very pleasant) was good and will definitely come back again from time to time for my boy (I'm not a wing eater myself). read more

Wingstop in my one stop place for awesome wings, fries and RANCH. Would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Great meal deals and good tasting fries and chicken!

So after having come here a couple of times, as well being that its one of my spots for my lunch hour, its time for a review. So the food here never disappoints. This is one of my favorite wing places for a couple of reasons: The convenience, you don't have to sit around and be waited on. You just order your food and sit down while they are freshly cooked for you. The wings are always big and meaty, as opposed to other places that give skimpy ones. And they are also reasonably priced. Can buy a filling meal for under $10. Lastly, who can forget those fries!! Salty, yet sweet, my mouth waters every time. However, what keeps me from giving them 5 stars or 4 even, is their customer service. Nowadays that is very important. Its rare that they warmly greet you with a SINCERE welcoming once you step foot. And some employees if not most, at least the cashiers, give the vibe that they don't care much for their job nor do they want to be there. I'll still keep coming here since its the closest wing place to my job, just hope they can work on their customer service skills. read more

I love wing stop but this one made me sad,so I ordered my food by the phone but once I got there I paid & everything & it took them 20 min to realize my food was ready so by this time the food was cold so once I got home the original hot didn't have any sauce,I guess they just deep fried them with the little bit of sauce they has & gave them to me,it's sad that once you have a favorite wing place it becomes the worst, you can catch me in pluckers read more

C'mon it's Wingstop, the wings are the same at every Wingstop. This location has draft beer dollar domestics 2 dollars imports. Great place for beer and wings. Our complaint is the bathrooms the restaurant was recently expanded but the bathrooms are filthy. Children working here so that is probably the reason. That being said I love the mango habenero wings, my wife is still trying to find her favorite. read more

I placed my order online around 4, to be picked up at 4:45. I'm pretty sure they made it when I placed the order because it was COLD. The fries, which are my favorite, we're cold and stale. Chicken cold and they did not even give me the veggies. I called and I was put on hold for over 5min. When I finally spoke to the manager, her solution was for me to bring back the order and they would replace it. I had 3 hungry kids that had already eaten half the order. So she hung up on me. Never going back, it's not the first time I've had a bad experience at this Wingstop. I'll drive the extra miles and go to Hooters. read more

The cashier at the front has the most nasty attitude over the phone and in the store. First of all she hanged up on me, and she was taking the order over the phone while chewing something ... I don't mind holding fro them to take my order but she just kept on hanging up the phone on me I walked in the store she did the same bs without being busy... So i called this location at 11:36p to place an order. I asked the person taking my order if it was to late to order. Trina, the person taking the order and manager, explicitly told me it wasn't and I proceeded with telling her my order. This location closes at 12a. The order takes about 20min. Long story short I get there are 12:05a. Apparently apon arrival i come to find out that they proceeded to either throw my order away or give the order away to a friend that didn't even work there. But I did not receive my order. Trina, the store manager, gave me a bogus excuse and ultimately left hungry for the night... Thanks read more

Horrible location........ Unfortunately the flavor I like was unable to order online. Called and hung up on 3 times after being asked to wait. Got in to place order and it was DEAD..... No reason to not take the phone order. Cashier and manager too busy on their phones or BSing. The manager was a joke! Who gives the dude with skull tattoos the management job? To concerned with F ing off talking and making ugly highlighter signs advertising their new sides. Food wasn't correct and basically they just wiped off the wings and put the correct sauce on them. The guy that called the order out would make a much better manager then the fool that is in charge. wont ever be back to this location. read more
