I never have a poor experience with you guys! The fried are always delicious as well and don't get me started on the ranch ... if you're a fan of steakhouse ranch, you know the homemade kind that's kind of thin because it didn't sit on a shelf pre made in a bottle...you want to try this! We love these wings, but the service is so bad it's not worth the hassle. Last time we ordered we were shorted some wings. Got thru to the store by some miracle and were told that they'd have it on record for our next order. So tonight we try to call the store to place an order with our missing wings added, and have to go thru a call center first, then we're placed on hold for 10 minutes the first time and 8 minutes the second time when we called back and eventually gave up. For the cost of an order of wings, I'm buying a Fry Daddy and doing it myself from now on. It's worth the mess and hassle to not have to deal with these people who wouldn't know customer service if it bit them in the drumstick. read more

Absolutely horrible. I ordered online & it said my food will be ready in 16-21 minutes. So I wait 20 minutes & then head out to get my food. I get there & have to wait 15 extra minutes for my food to get done. By this time I'm already irritated, then I get my food go get in my car and check the order. There was no ranch with my order when the receipt specifically shows I ordered 5. So I go back inside and tell them that I paid for the ranch & the response was "sorry we're all out" they didn't even offer to reimburse me SO I HAD TO ASK for my money back.
