I have gone into this location a total of four times and each experience was less than satisfactory. If I could give negative stars I probably would. The staff gives little attention to customers, very uncaring when talking at the register, always out of stock of something (straws, cups, napkins, etc.) and cannot place orders right. This last visit in will probably be my last. Ordered a meal with fries and a drink and received absolutely no sauce on my wings, leaving them barren (after the employee asked me twice to repeat the flavor) and was not provided with a drink either. I was the only customer in the store and he was the only employee working aside from one sitting on break off to the corner. Does this location drug test their employees...or? Cause I honestly believe the employees have to be baked or something to be able to do this poorly of a job every visit. read more

The absolute worst chicken I have ever had in my entire life. This soggy wet mess of breading and bland sauce is an abomination to the fine people at KFC or Popeye's. I did an online order and the email sent said expected pick up time was 58 to 63 minutes. I ordered at 5:34 pm and showed up at 6:13pm (earlier than the wait time listed in the email). The food was cold as if it had been sitting there for at least 30 minutes. The fries were so cold it was if they had been in the fridge. Very disappointed and I just wanted to pick up some good (hot) boneless wings and (hot) fries for myself and my son. read more

Wing Stop is my favorite and I was excited to try the new location in Hillsboro. We got our order for dine-in much faster than we expected. The wings were all very fresh and hot, but the fries were not which was disappointing. The fries at Wing Stop are usually pretty awesome. We will be back hoping for hotter fries! read more

Huge fan of wings too but WTF is wrong with this location. Ordered a huge order and it felt light so i checked it in the car, sure enough missing 15 of their new thighs. Went back in and the worker explained they're missing because they are out. Well why didn't you tell me or not charge me? Why would you just let me walk away and say the order was good? After asking for a replacement they decided to take 1hr to make it right. All my other food was cold and by "making it right" they decided bone in wings were the same as thighs even though thighs cost more? Couldn't even get a word in edgewise because the workers were fighting so much yelling back and forth. How ridiculously unprofessional. This wingstops fairly new but if you can't get good workers or the proper supplies maybe wait a little longer to open. My wife and I love WingStop, but if could give this location a zero I would. This is the third time in a row they have been EXTREMELY LATE on a carry out order and there is never a good explanation. They mark the orders complete before they actually prepare them to keep a good track record with corporate, but in reality they don't drop the wings until you show up. Regardless if you pay in advance or not. Staff is completely unprofessional and disorganized... and it has been a different staff every time. Clearly a management issue here.
