There were quite a few groups of people waiting for their orders too, which may or may not be surprising on a Saturday night. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes until I asked them again about my order. They told me it was almost ready and were just waiting on the fries. By the time my order was ready, it was close to an hour, about double the time I was originally told. The staff seemed indifferent about the long wait time, as if this was typical for them. As I mentioned before, we could see that the kitchen was hustling! So we didn't want to bother them...but after an hour, I asked if they knew when ours would be ready. They looked confused and then after a beat, realized our ticket had been overlooked. After an hour and 15 minutes, we finally took our food home. We arrived to realized - NO BISCUIT. The workers were working. VERY hard. The service was on the high end of typical for a group of minimum wage employees. We completely quit patronizing this location because they're soda machine isn't set correctly and ALL of the sodas are extremely weak and taste mostly like soda water. This Wingstop used to be great. It used to have excellent service, friendly employees and accurate wait times. Now, every time I order, it always takes longer than the app says it will take. Not only that, the app will tell you your order is complete when the store hasn't even started working on it yet. One time, I ordered fries to go. That's it, just fries, no chicken. It took over an hour. The person at the register just kept saying they were almost ready but that wasn't the case. Every single time I've been inside recently there have been other customers asking how much longer the wait will be, telling the staff that they received an email saying their food was ready when it wasn't. The online wait times are never accurate anymore, like they used to be. Another time, the poor kid at the front register was bombarded with upset customers waiting for their orders and when he told the manager that the online wait times were wrong and needed updating, the manager told him to leave it alone, they were fine. On top of the excessively long wait times, the product is now delivered in such a sloppy manner, almost like it's just thrown in the bag.
