The staff were really friendly and helpful. Store was clean. Food was hit and tasty. Plan on going there more often.

They suck. Door dashing from here almost guarantees a wrong order. They skimp on the wings when you order20 and only give you 18-16, they forget fries and point blank don't include items in the order. Nematodes work here. worms for brains. read more

First time curiosity visit. A lot of reviews seem to express concerns about wait times, order accuracy and food quality. Well, it was ready for pick up on time. That's the only thing they got right. Screwed up order of inedible something that might have been chicken. read more

I really like their wings so it's not a good feeling writing this review. I went in to pick up my online order and was told it would take about 30 minutes. There were quite a few groups of people waiting for their orders too, which may or may not be surprising on a Saturday night. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes until I asked them again about my order. They told me it was almost ready and were just waiting on the fries. By the time my order was ready, it was close to an hour, about double the time I was originally told. The staff seemed indifferent about the long wait time, as if this was typical for them. Despite all of this, the wings were tasty and the fries were just okay. Not sure if they were short staffed or the kitchen was backed up or both but it was not a great experience. read more

Wings were good and meaty. They fry the wings and then toss them in the sauce of your choice. I get lemon pepper which is a bit oily. The ranch is fantastic some usually buy the large size. read more

Wings were bomb: hot, crispy, and full of flavor even by the time I got home. Only downside was the customer service. The guy at the counter wasn't friendly, and my order wasn't ready when I arrived at my pickup time. But the food definitely made up for it. read more

Great service & good food and drink...no complaints here. Some constructive feedback I would give would be bathroom air freshener as well as restaurant air freshener or better air circulation. Aside from that excellent, friendly staff and good chicken. Thanks again! read more

Very good fried Chicken not the best though. It is perfect for a stop and go chicken shop, but sit down restaurants easily beat them out. The service is as good as a fast food restaurant can get. Nothing special, but that's better than a poor crew. The ambience fits the Detroit theme. read more

I just came in and ordered 3 sets of wings, 2 15 piece n one 10, then walked in n grabbed a large corn. They were quick, affecient, nice, and provided additional ranches without adding! Literally amazing staff tonight n every night! Today though hit different!!!! Thank my loves read more

Terrible on line order We requested extra crispy and even if we didn't request that why is wings not cooked all the way? Called the restaurant and can't get in touch with a person to talk to, it keeps saying technical difficulties every time we call. read more

HOLY CRAP! Put an order in the app, it's took over an hour on a "Monday" to get the order. SMH management really needs to do something about their processes. Absolutely unacceptable for any food establishment. read more

I feel silly writing this review because it's the same as most. We came in to order to go at 9:34pm on a Tuesday night. Funny because my ticket said order promise at 9:51.. At 10:20 my sister and I decided to see where our orders were and there they were waiting and they were trying to figure out which one was mine because they didn't know where the ticket was. The wings were good and the fries were warm. The kids working there were nice too. The station where the drink lids and straws are was filthy, garbage sitting there and it was just disgusting. Then I went to pull my receipt when I got home- so I can do the feedback there- but realized the guy who took my receipt to check on my delayed order didn't give it back. read more

Horrible experience here on Saturday 2/22. Wife ordered for us to go. Messed up the order after waiting over 40min the second order was messed up as well! Order wasn't even close to being correct again! And the manager never offered any explanation or compensation! Do not go to this Wingstop location! read more

I had low expectations because I haven't had wingstop in ages and the reviews were not great. This wingstop totally caught me off guard, it was fire! We ordered online to pickup and the guy working at the front was super sweet and courteous. The food was hot and everything we ordered was in the bag. Wings were great and surprisingly meaty. Ranch and fries debatably the best part. Will be returning to this location! read more

Promised food in 15-21 minutes at online order. Arrived at 20 minutes and told order was in process (oh oh). At 35 minutes was told 3 minutes. Now at 48 minutes and the in house customer line is building. Don't trust these folks. read more

Best wingstop I've been to, staff is amazing and you can tell everyone has a great relationship. Eyse provided excellent service and helped me with my online order that I made a mistake. The place is clean and loving the atmosphere. Will be back for sure! read more

3rd time eating at this location. 3rd times a charm. i will drive to another location next time. horrible communication on the teams part. 1st time watched all the kids go into the restroom (not sure what was going on) leaving a girl at the front counter to let people know they were out of fries. watched customers upset for long waits. lots of playing around in the kitchen. one kid came from back after customer asked to speak to manager.. he was not manager because after customer he announced what he had just said. he also explained fries have to be cut, soaked, seasoned and have to wait... one reason they were out of fries. so if it's a weekend plan for a busy night. WHY ARE ALL THE REVIEWS NOT BEING FIXED!! if there is that many workers in kitchen there should never be long waits as there was. 2nd time i came in with family to eat. watched the shit show again. 3rd time ordered threw delivery & 2 hrs later got our food delivered. while commuting with driver they were sending pictures of kids goofing off, said they asked where food was, counter person said there on breaks. GET YOUR STAFF TOGETHER MANAGEMENT!!! i have read all reviews and they are all the same. rude service, long waits,no communication and can't get in touch if u try calling. ridiculous i will be contacting corporate. read more

Totally ZERO scored, Bad Wingstop store! Very disappointed and unbelievable this Wingstop not professional and number Rude, bad leadership from Bobby! We ordered from our Wingstop phone app Parmesan Corn but we got Cajun corn instead, as soon as we got home open our food and saw it was wrong! We called right the way, the lady who answered the phone not an authorized person to make a call or decision what to do. Finally Bobby the Manager talked to us, left us no option!!! We the one need to pay and do extra miles for their mistakes! Bobby told us to come to the store during rainy day for a refund or for the correct Parmesan corn order if we like! That is no effort from their end at all!!!!!!! He said this is the industry policy, which is left Bobby as a Liar Manager! Not like this in the industry, why because I know I am in the industry. That poor option just to run away from your own fault and doesn't want to take the ownership for your store failure!! Not only that this Bobby, did very excellent action! After he told us basically we just got scammed from Wingstop, he hang-up the phone!!! Never had such a horrible experience with any Wingstop from: La Verne, Claremont, Brea, Alhambra, Irvine, and Charlotte!!! Only this Wingstop Hillsboro, OR ridiculously rude unprofessional and horrible Wingstop! Not worthy to do business with them! I think Wingstop needs to check the internal side or the management of this store! They are ruin Wingstop reputation for sure!!! read more

45-1hr wait every time because of order pickups. Terribly ran location. Staff does not care at all.

Great price and quality. Although they are made to order, food is out fast. The crew is very personable

If I could give them 0 stars I would, they don't even deserve 1/2 a star. This Hillsboro location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't ever want to go there again. First of all, last week we placed an order and they didn't give me part of my order and then they messed up another part of the order. I don't live close to this location so yesterday evening we were in the area and decided to go and see if they can fix their mistakes. I've never been treated the way they treated me and my friend. We walked in and all the employees around 5 of them were huddled in the kitchen doing absolutely nothing, they weren't cooking or cleaning anything, and one of them was on his phone. They saw us come in and completely ignored us! My friend was going to order first since there was no line. She stood close to the cashier area to place her order and they all stared at her and went on to talk to each other ignoring her. She was ignored for over a few minutes while they just talked and snickered amongst themselves. Obviously they didn't want to take our order. Finally one of them started to make their way towards the counter and I was not having it. I told my friend that we should just leave because clearly they didn't want to serve us and I don't believe anyone deserves that treatment. We ended up going outside and we could see from the outside they all were clearly laughing and making fun of us! Definitely not going back!!! We went to Dave's Hot chicken where we were nicely greeted with a welcome in!! read more

This wingstop location is pretty inconsistent with their quality of food. Sometimes I will get really good chicken and fries and sometimes it will be bland and soggy, workers are pretty nice but sometimes it feels like no one wants to help you. Overall a nice place to sit down and especially since they are open late at night read more

This Wingstop manages to take 3x longer to make the food than any other location while still making the food 10x worse somehow. It was greasy to the point the food was inedible and the wait was 30+ minutes after I was notified my order was ready. I have no idea what they have going on. read more

TL;DR: Staff is lovely. The only good part. Welp, I cursed myself. My good luck came to an end. I usually feel pretty bad about writing reviews for fast food / chains but this one had to be noted. I want to emphasize that all the staff were friendly, kind, and obviously working as hard as they could. My mom and I went here last night. We got the meal for 2 (15 wings, fries, two drinks) and a biscuit on the side. We were super excited to try the biscuit, so much so that the lovely worker taking our order commented how excited we were. (Important for later.) We placed our order to go and sat on the bench directly in front of the register to wait. We watched as about 12 delivery drivers came and went before us, 5 groups of people dining in placed their orders (after us) and got their food, and 10 to-go orders placed their orders (after us) and got their food. As I mentioned before, we could see that the kitchen was hustling! So we didn't want to bother them...but after an hour, I asked if they knew when ours would be ready. They looked confused and then after a beat, realized our ticket had been overlooked. After an hour and 15 minutes, we finally took our food home. We arrived to realized - NO BISCUIT. The wings were okay but in our opinion, over sauced. (To each their own though.) And the fries were just fine. Over $30 later and a sad meal, I don't think we will come back. read more

i get it's gets packed and food gets out slow but i waited for over 30 min for my fries and i asked the guy at the front (blonde hair) on how much longer and he kept saying 5 minutes and then he proceeded to look through my bag and open my chicken sandwich and touch it with his hands while not wearing any gloves and he was constantly touching his hair. asked the people working in the kitchen about my fries and told them that my sandwich was touched and they immediately gave me my fries and remade my sandwich. read more

The workers were working. VERY hard. The service was on the high end of typical for a group of minimum wage employees. We completely quit patronizing this location because they're soda machine isn't set correctly and ALL of the sodas are extremely weak and taste mostly like soda water. We have complained about this for over a year and we were told that us they get complaints about it all the time but the manager refuses to do anything about it. Apparently it cost too much to get it fixed. However, in the hour and a half that we were there I watched countless people dump their drinks out over and over again in attempt to get something that tasted OK so whatever money it would take to fix the machine Is being lost exponentially in all the soda the people are dumping out over again and refilling. You can say goodbye to these customers. read more

walk in order. 1 6 pc combo and waited 30 mins for it. Never again. literally 8 people in the kitchen and still had to wait. They need to let their customers know if the wait is gonna be longer than 15 min. I won't come to this location ever again. Youve been warned read more

The service here is ridiculous. We waited over 15 minutes at the counter. There was only 1 casheir and we we're second in line. The pick up line/online orders we're being rushed out as we stood and waited. There was 3 registers and atleast 8-10 employees working but again only 1 register was open to taking orders. read more

The driver was amazing and was able to understand my step by step directions. The food was amazing and got to me in a timely manner. Will definitely go back. read more

This Wingstop used to be great. It used to have excellent service, friendly employees and accurate wait times. Now, every time I order, it always takes longer than the app says it will take. Not only that, the app will tell you your order is complete when the store hasn't even started working on it yet. One time, I ordered fries to go. That's it, just fries, no chicken. It took over an hour. The person at the register just kept saying they were almost ready but that wasn't the case. Every single time I've been inside recently there have been other customers asking how much longer the wait will be, telling the staff that they received an email saying their food was ready when it wasn't. The online wait times are never accurate anymore, like they used to be. Another time, the poor kid at the front register was bombarded with upset customers waiting for their orders and when he told the manager that the online wait times were wrong and needed updating, the manager told him to leave it alone, they were fine. On top of the excessively long wait times, the product is now delivered in such a sloppy manner, almost like it's just thrown in the bag. I understand that wings in sauce are messy, but when you order a chicken sandwich the bottom of the container shouldn't be filled with sauce, which makes the bun very soggy and the sandwich difficult to eat. read more

Not even worth one star!! Terrible service. We waited 40 mins for our food and people who came after us got their food before us. Horrible service. Waited an hour for my food, just so they could get the order wrong. Such a poorly run establishment.

they are petty with saucing their tenders!!!!! like sometimes they are oily, or sometime they are hella dry

To be truthfully honest, if I could choose no stars this place would get it. I was going in to order a chicken sandwich combo and that was it. Almost an hour later I had to go up and ask for my order due to still not getting my meal. They kept on putting the newer orders in front of mine and it was frustrating because I was on a break for work. I ended up having to eat during my shift while seeing clients because they took their sweet time. Another few things that are unprofessional is that when there were customers waiting to be helped, multiple of the employees looked at them and then went on their phones, extremely disrespectful. Another thing, the employees would wash their hands AND THEN TOUCH THEIR PHONES AND PULL UP THEIR PANTS. I was so disgusted to see that due to it be so unsanitary. They take forever to get food done, they don't care if they have customers. So disappointing but not surprising since all the employees were teenagers. Never going again. read more
