We got wings here tonight. It's our worse experience with wing stop. The mild wings did not have sauce on them and they were a bit under cooked on the inside. Not every wing under cooked, but a few of them were. We tried rolling the wings in the sauce on the bottom but it was all oil. Very disappointed. Drive a couple of miles more to go to the next wing stop. Or go to WBW. The manager and owner needs to get it together. My son read reviews before we went but I went anyways. read more

This place is a Best Kept Secret, especially on NFL game days (sorry for letting the secret out!) The wing flavors are just solid, the hot and bbq flavors are bold and finger licking good, and the natural cut fries have an almost lemony zing that makes them super addicting. I wouldn't dare forget the on-tap Beers for a Dollar. I've spent many a Sunday here with several screens to myself, with dollar tap beers, wings, and fries, and my fantasy football app. Those were truly therapeutic days. The staff doesn't bug you, and so you can be there all afternoon watching football and minding your own business. Awesome just awesome. And since it's not seen as a sit down or bar, there's not many people there and it's not very loud. A good place to really focus on fantasy football! This Restaurant is the worst run and lowest quality wing place on the planet and they don't even care. The Highlands Ranch location is especially bad as the franchise owner is a total jerk and it reflects on his operation. I sat on hold for 10 min to place an order and never was gotten back with. I have given this horrible place its last chance. No one in the country sell's smaller wings than you consistently get from alll Wing Stops. I don't know how they stay in business!!!! Unacceptable!! Only 1 star because I had to rate them. I waited an hour for an order I placed and paid for 4 days ago. I get it, it is the Super Bowl but that is why I preordered and paid online. It was complete chaos. If I had not spoken up I would have not had my order until after 1/2 time - if that. Had I not paid for my order I would have left. Nothing was offered to me for my unacceptable wait, while some people in front of me received awards cards. Terrible management and no excuses for such a poorly run restaurant and time management. I explained that I wanted my order correct it now because there would be no future order. The food here is delicious! I love the fries and boneless wings and they have great weekday specials. A little ridiculous they charge you $0.89 for each dipping sauce you want, though. Service has always been... different to say the least. I've been here 5/6 times because it is near my house. I keep trying to give it a chance because I typically like wingstop. Every time I have been here they have forgotten something. Often times not cooked my wings how specified even after waiting 40+ minutes. They either put no seasoning or Cajun seasoning on my fries when I specifically ask for "fry seasoning". I pay extra for ranch and at least 3 times they haven't given me the additional sauces. I keep hoping it will be better the next time but it's always something. So disappointed tonight... no manager to speak with. After waiting 45 mins for food they gave our food to another customer. After it sat on his table and the family fingered it they returned it to the counter and said this isn't our order. This Wingstop just is not very good. Their BBQ sauce sucks. Fries usually under cooked and soggy (even when you request well done.) Wings seem cheap (like no meat on them.) Daughter loves their Hawaiian boneless so that is why we eat there every once in a great while. For the money I would much rather have BW3 or Wingin'it. read more

How is this place still in business? They get my order wrong almost every time. It is very frustrating to get home and find that your takeout order is missing something. Last time they forgot my fries. Tonight, they shorted me on the amount of wings. I got 21 of my 30 wings that I ordered and paid for. After reading some of these other reviews, I can see I am not the only one this happens to. It is a shame because I do like their food. When you call to remedy the situation they are not very helpful either. It seems that most of the staff can barely speak English so communication is difficult. Ordered wings online 1/31 for the Super Bowl on 2/3 and pre-paid of course. Waited an hour beyond my original pickup time before I finally had to ask a few times for a refund so I could get back to my house where I had 18 guests waiting. An hour beyond my original order time and 15 minutes after asking for yet another update on my order, I finally had had enough. Last night was a very interesting experience. I ordered my food online waited 40 minutes then arrived to pick it up. When I arrived it was like a party was going on with the employees, but customers were standing all over the place waiting. Multiple health code violations happened. Employees were eating in the kitchen. One employee has her husband and kids in the back eating and going back and forth, and the manager was eating a sandwich in the kitchen. One employee came back from eating and flirting with another employee, and didn't even wash her hands when she started touching food. Another customer and I both asked for the manager and we were told that there was no manager. Later I came back and asked a young lady who the manager was and she said it's that guy Alejandro. This was the same guy that told us there was no manager. I would avoid this place at all cost. County Health was also notified by another customer. read more

It is definitely not shocking to see the previous reviews for this place. We love Wing stop and have ordered from this one frequently with Covid. The order is wrong more than half the time. We called today to talk to a manager and got disconnected... well what we thought was disconnected. We called back and he said "No were busy." The "manager" said his name was Eldon I believe. This is the second time our family has been here. Our first experience was identical to our recent visit. We wanted to like it and gave it another chance. The decor is fun and lively, and that is the extent of the positive for us. (1) The guy taking our order spoke so low I had to ask him to speak up. (2) We were charged four dollars over what it should have been. When I asked about it, another guy said it was because I ordered Blue Cheese and it was 94 cents..umm...he asked if I wanted any, so I said yes. I pointed out that the price was still over what it should have been. The guy then threw in some fries. Hello. I actually paid for those by being overcharged. He didn't seem to understand that I was overcharged. I went onto the online ordering site and determined that this was clearly a training issue. The guy charged me for a family pack and extra sauce. I only asked for wings. That's it.(3) The wings were not tasty with not much meat. (4) Teriyaki tasted like the Hawaiian, so I think the sauces were switched somehow. (5) The music was way too loud. (6) We could not find a trashcan. I was highly disappointed with the service and food. This establishment needs to up its game since there are many others in town serving the same fare. Suggestions: (1) Turn down the music. (2) Update the menu so charges are clearly stated. (3) Train staff to familiarize themselves with the menu. confess extra charges or clearly display them on the menu, and repeat the order to the customer before sending the charge through. (4) Add trashcans to the dining area. Your staff does not have time to clear the tables. Customers know how to do it on their own since they also pick up the orders themselves. (5) Check the quality of the food once in a while. These were the worst wings I've had. Came back and waited about 5 more minutes before inquiring on my order. The girl behind the counter, who I originally placed my order with gave me a blank stare like I was crazy. After I produce my receipt she takes it to the two jokers in the back who are openly in the back complaining about their schedule. Twenty minutes later, a total of 45 minutes for a to go order, I get my order with no remorse and go home with $25 of the nastiest food my family has ever had.
