This two stars review is for all locations as I have tried many and all have been made the same poor quality ways. Late at night their service is quick, which I could never complain with, though I don't know about the daytime and have seen some bad reviews about it. I thought I'd give Wingstop one last chance, and boy is it. I know why I never come here now, their wings are either over drenched in too much original hot sauce and/or super greasy for the lemon pepper (not seasoned only like the delicious Buffalo Wild Wings joints :) yuuum. Lastly, their wings breaded and boneless are usually always terribly crunchy to where it almost make it feel as though you're buying into a bone. -__- If you want great wings and good prices, just go to BWW. read more

POOR SERVICE ~ NASTY FOOD!!! I'll never come back to this Wingstop ever again. I ordered 2 different orders with bone in and extra garlic parmesan. When I got home, both orders were wrong and it made me sick to my stomach. The boneless pieces of chicken they gave me was torn up and looked like someone's leftovers. I even gave the cashier a nice tip. I called to let them know they gave me the wrong order of food and the know nothing suppose to be manager Elizabeth was very very rude, as if I was not telling the truth. My boyfriend and I come here occasionally when we are in the area since there isn't any that close to Wilmington. So therefore it's a drive to get to this location. We always come late usually after the movie theater or just a late dinner. We usually get to the restaurant and if it's late it's only to go which I understand and it's fine. But this time I was very upset at the fact that I get there and there was only one couple eating and 4 employees in the front talking and they told me hi guys sorry but we're not talking orders anymore and I didn't understand why when they close at 12am. The girl says we stop taking orders at 11:45 and I was like well it's 11:44 if you want to be technical . Of course they said they weren't taking orders. This is really annoying ... Good, convenient location. Good deals on Monday and Tuesdays for bone out wings +++ What really impressed me was the customer service. The Hispanic girls who work there are so nice, I love it! Best Wing Stop I've been to so far! Did a phone order of 20 wings and a normal fry, was ready in 15 minutes. Only downside were the wings(classic) were on the miniature side and fries were somewhat soggy. However the wings were to die for. I recommend lemon pepper and Louisiana rub! Definitely more than 14 minutes, but that was due to one of the personnel not wanting to bring out my order. One of the wing cooking personnel was bringing out everyone's order until it got to mine. First and last time at this wing stop cause I won't be ever returning. First the service is really slow. I ordered a 10 piece 2 flavor combo. Lemon pepper was extremely salty and way over cooked. They cooked to so much there wasn't much chicken left on the bone. Other flavor tasted like vinegar with watered down hot sauce. Fries were soggy by the time I got my food. I love Wingstop and started coming to this location because I moved. The worst. The first time I came here it took 25 minutes to get our order. Today It took 37 minutes to get my order of 15 wings and fries after being told it would take 18 minutes. As I sat there for 37 minutes waiting for my food, I listened to the cashier be super rude to customers. She was clearly in the worst mood or really hates her job. We finally get our order and it's incorrect. I received original hot instead of Cajun. I was informed that Cajun is just original hot with seasoning. Great. The cashier asked if I wanted my wings tossed again with the seasoning or remade and I opted for tossing them again to save time. All they did was dump an excessive amount of Cajun seasoning on top. It tasted awful. I went back to the cashier and she said I can order something instead so I did. They have good chicken wings when your on the go. Place is for the most part very accessable from the main highway. The funny thing is how other people rate this place for its parking lot "yes its small people" park down the street and walk if this is a problem don't be lazy lol. My go to place for wings on the go. I always order from here and never had a problem. Today though I ordered over the phone and when I went to pick up, when they gave me my order, they got some of my wings wrong. I was pretty bummed out but they were soo nice they offered to fix my order but I was in a huge hurry I said that's fine. 2 seconds later I changed my mind and went back. They were great. They were soo helpful and I apologized for being a bother and complaining they told me not to worry. This Is why I go back. They always are soo helpful. I'm sure people don't actually read reviews for wing stop but if you do.. Avoid this wing stop if you enjoy good customer service and receiving all the food you ordered. We ordered wings to go, got home and were missing half the order. Called and the manager said he would add a credit to our phone number for wings and fries for our next order. Called today and the manager Jordan basically didn't listen to anything we said, talked over us and just said there's nothing he could do for us---even though he admitted they changed computer systems a few months ago and lost their records!!! I placed a call in order for pick up and was told that it would take approximately 15-20 minutes. We showed up a little early, but the problem was that the order eventually took an hour. When we walked in the manager on duty was standing around chatting with other employees and people standing in the dining area. The crowd was busier than normal and they should not have been standing around while they were busy. When we finally received our order, it was wrong. We ordered one set of bone in wings and another boneless. Well, they were both bone in. Having to wait an hour and then getting the order wrong is outrageous. For Mondays and Tuesdays, I always consider Wingstop for their $.50/boneless wing deal. Out of all the Wingstops, this one is definitely my favorite. The service has always been good, albeit I've only ordered for take-out. I want their soda machine in my own house. At other locations, it seems as if they just paint part of the wings with the sauce. At this one, the entire wing is coated but not overly so. One thing Wingstop never fails to do is give you more wings than you ask for. This last time, they gave me tons more. Who can say no to that? A reviewer mentioned parking problems, but I haven't had any problems with it so far. Maybe my meal hours are really off-sync with the norm. Being from upstate NY and eating the best buffalo chicken wings on the east coast, this store is pretty close to those wings. They cook them to your liking and offer some nice varieties. Price pretty good, food very tasty. Staff friendly and accommodating. Clean, convenient store. Highly recommend. I can definitely recommend you not going here if a pro football game is on I don't know what was more annoying the five staff members behind the counter screwing around on their phones not paying attention or the other staff member walking around the lobby with his TV remote in his hand giving you commentary on the game the food was disgusting the table was disgusting soda station was disgusting! I've been to many, many different WingStop locations I'd estimate at least 25-30 times. Nearly every time I order the cajun flavor except I ask that they shake the cajun season over mild sauce instead of the hot. Pretty simple right? Not for this location. 1st time ever I had a location refuse this. They refused to put the cajun season over any wet sauce except the hot. They offered to charge extra to put the cajun seasoning on the side and I could put it on myself. If I wanted to make my own wings I can do that at home. I decided not to purchase any wings or pay extra for seasoning I should get without getting nickel and dimed. This locations poor customer treatment policy cost them my business but did earn them a 1 star review. I'd advise folks to go to another location where you are treated as a customer, not a nuisance. read more

Placed an order today (8 piece, fries, ranch and a roll) at 12:04pm. I didn't get my order until 12:44pm. Not only did I have to wait 40 mins for my order, the food was OVER COOKED!!! I ordered lemon pepper and Cajun, but instead I got lemon pepper and original hot. The fries were too hard to eat, the chicken was way over cooked and my rolls weren't even cooked. The food was uneatable. I didn't realize this until I had got home. I wish I had more time to take it back before work but I had to go. Customer service was good but it doesn't make up for the that I couldn't eat my food. I will be calling to speak to a manager because this is unacceptable. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, because they don't deserve one with that food that they're serving. read more
