I ordered online since the establishment was close to where I was. My order was put in and would be ready by 10:01 pm. I wasn't too far and I like to pick up my food piping hot. I get in and tell the cashier my name and I'm told "You're too early!" Like it was forbidden to be at least five minutes early for a pickup let alone anything! My issue is that everyone coming in for a pickup and is slightly early was told the same thing by a cashier with a loud booming voice. It's negative to advise a patron that they're too early. Most establishments appreciate a patron arriving slightly early for a pickup or reservations. Please change this negative greeting and help your team with social and hospitality skills, or what we call "soft skills." The wings were okay, blandly fried with sauce. Order was supposed to be ready at 8:52 it didnt get done until 9:18. I get home to realize they gave me plain boneless when my order clearly stated plain classic. They were blaring music and goofing off. Gave everyone a large cup even the girl who asked for a water cup except for me and 1 other person. No one knew what they were doing in there. I wasnt going to complain until I realized they not only took 30 minutes after my ready by time but also messed it up. So I paid extra money for something I didnt even get. I've come here twice since they have opened up and the customer service is trash. They do not pay attention to the customer or to the orders. It's almost like they throw whatever in the bag and push you out of the door. My second time coming in, I literally stood there for close to 5 mins waiting for the cashier to even see that I was standing there. The guys who cook the wings saw me standing there and asked me what I wanted so they could drop my wings. The cashier acknowledged that she didn't see me but it literally was not enough people in there for her to not see me walking in. Lack of attention in my opinion. The WORST customer service ever. If I could give 0 out of 5, I would. The manager is both unprofessional and rude. I went this evening and was waiting for about 40 minutes for 8 wings and fries. Usually, this location takes a while, so I didn't put up a fuss, but I went to let them know I'd been waiting for 40 minutes. When I told the manager, she began ARGUING with me about how long I'd been waiting and said, "well the ticket says 22 minutes and nobody would actually wait 40 minutes, they'd just get up and leave." After I matched her unprovoked nasty and rude demeanor with a comeback, she finally gave me my food (I watched her as she packed it up to make sure she didn't spit in it) and then realized part of my order was missing. I went back up to the counter and asked for the missing part of the order. This wicked woman told me that she was sure she packed it in the bag and demanded to see it. I told her she was a lie and told her to give me my stuff. After more ARUGING (unprofessional!) she finally gave me what I paid for. Will NEVER return here again and will tell everyone I know that this is the worst business. The manager needs to be fired or WingStop will continue to lose business, if the small wings that they provide isn't enough to convince a potential routine patron to never return. Staff was very polite & welcoming when I arrived(4 stars for them). I ordered the group meal which is 30 pieces, a large side, vegetables & 3 sauces. Flavor was good but all the bone in wings were tiny. 2 bites & they were done. The boneless was decent but could be bigger too. I went here for a late lunch with my niece, we both got the eight piece boneless wing combo. My niece ordered the cajun and the original hot, she ate the original hot but took one bite of the cajun wings and said they were over seasoned. I ordered the mango habanero and spicy korean, they were subpar and the fries had too much salt on them. They did not have enough workers, so the wait time ended up being double from what it was originally supposed to be. Overall, this is my first and last time eating at this establishment. read more

On October 4, 2022 around 7:20PM My wife had placed a Togo order prior to our arrival. We had gotten there 30 minutes after the order was placed.... Ended up waiting an additional hour to receive our food! The female who was skinny with pink hair cut in a short bob was EXTREMELY rude! WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER FACED ANYWHERE!!!! We had waited and after a reasonable amount of time had passed I asked her about how much longer. I asked how much longer as nicely as I could, and she said "I don't know! I wish people would stop asking me, you'll get it when you get it!" I was in disbelief. She was so rude that the man next to me was shocked and apologized that she was being so mean. Not to mention others who had placed Togo orders or even just walked in to order their food got theirs before us. It wasn't just me she was being rude to either, it was EVERYBODY! I heard some of the other customers even mention how she has an attitude and a bad mouth on her. It was bad. After waiting some more, I then nicely asked her if she could just check and see where it was on the line. Once again very rudely she had rolled her eyes and said "What's the name? Did you even place an order here at this location???" And ignored me. About 5 minutes later she told me that we're waiting on fries and then after another 15 minutes passed said they were out of fries and she was going to give me corn instead. Well what a surprise, that took even longer. I was so frustrated that I was going to cancel the order in all and get a refund, but it was already too late in the night and I had already invested so much time there waiting. When we FINALLY received our food around 9:20PM, my wife had checked our food just to ensure we got everything. That same lady with the pink hair was rolling her eyes at my wife as she was checking it. I also then noticed how DISGUSTING and DIRTY the underneath of a majority of her finger nails were. Terrible Terrible Terrible Ordered online for delivery and I was very specific in what i wanted. After an hour or so we got our food delivered and they did not cook the wings to how we wanted them. The fries were undercooked. We ordered extra crispy but the wings were not crispy at all. One of us had ordered all drumsticks but they did not follow through with that, and the seasoning on the wings were barley there. It was like they didn't care at all and barely drizzled some on. They also didn't put in ANY sauces in our bag. So we got wings, but no dipping sauce... We called the store to straighten this out and the person who answered had terrible phone skills and was rude in general. She put the supervisor on the phone and the supervisor wasn't very friendly either after explaining our situation AGAIN, she replied with "wait a second I don't know what's going on here i just got on my shift"... They only refunded us $10 which i guess was for the sauces we had paid for but was missing. We ordered for delivery since we were in a hotel and didn't have a vehicle at the time so we weren't able to go pick up sauces, and they were not gonna send some out for us. Terrible. I ordered 10 Classic Garlic Parmesan wings which is my normal order. When I get there they are placing my order in the bag which is awesome because in my mind I'm thinking my food is fresh. So I pick up my food and go back to work. I went during my lunch break which is what I normally do. My office is 5 minutes away, 8 minutes at the most with traffic so there is no way my food can go from hot to cold which is why I wasn't worried. Also since I come to this location so much I didn't think to check my food because I never had any issues. I arrive at work and I'm ready to eat so I open my box and all I see is 8 wings. Now I count again just to make sure and sure enough there are 8 wings. My lunch break is ending so there is no way I can go back so I call the manager at Wingstop and explain what happen. Oh and before I continue the wings are not even hot they are slightly cool. Again my office is close by so they should still be hot like they normally are when I order from this location. I call and speak to the manager to express my concerns and rudely she tells me to bring back the food so that she can see the wings are missing and then she will replace them. Well ma'am I am at work, my break is over and I won't be able to come back until I'm off is what I tell her. She says well just keep the food and bring it then. First, why would I lie about 2 wings not being in my box and secondly you are basically telling me I am now going to have to keep the food for another 4 hours until I get off work before there is a resolution. I'm starving and I eat here at least once a week. As a regular customer I felt disgusted and not valued. At this point I will never return to Wingstop and I am going to let everyone I know about the experience I had. Horrible customer service. Placed an order over the phone, told the member I will pay in cash once I get there. The member took the order and told me it will take 20 minutes. Once my husband went there to pick up the food, the order was not placed. The member on the phone never took my order, nothing was cooked. A member told my husband that you have to give a credit card if you place an order over the phone. It would have been nice to know that, if I was told. This is the poorest excuse for wings I have ever eaten. Service is extremely slow. The wings are frozen, highly breaded and then deep fried to nothing but hard breading. Horrible experience on August 6, 2022. I was visiting Hampton, Va and wanted to try Wing Stop since we do not have one in our small town. I truly wish my family and I had never stopped at this location in Hampton at Coliseum Xing. They made us order online inside the restaurant, and then we waited well over 40 minutes to an hour. I heard customers complaining about paying for drinks and the machine was out of every drink. We waited so long that I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund. The manager took almost 10 minutes to come and speak with me. When he did, he gave me several excuses and actually bashed the restaurant. He told me that there was no way that he could return my money, and I would have to take that up with the corporate office. Several other customers started to complain; especially the Door Dash drivers. Instead of speaking with the guests, he called the police. The workers in the back were laughing at the guest and one of the workers refused to put on gloves while he was working with the food. Even when the customers acknowledged the health risks, he laughed. The workers made it clear, speaking loudly, that they did not care. I spent $57.03 on my order, and $8 of that was on drinks I could not get. I finally told them to make my order so that I could leave. It took them a long time, but the order had been sitting there. I took the cold food, and my family and I left. When I looked in the bag, they had not given me half of what I ordered. I was parked in front of the restaurant and they watched me as I looked in the bag. I could see them laughing. I received poor service from the staff, they robbed me of my money and food, they were not transparent with me or the other guests, and the overall experience was horrible. Online ordered 25 wings (korean bbq, hot, Cajun, some boneless some original). Ordered at 8pm and supposed to be ready by 8:30. They were clearly busy when we arrived and we were told about 10 more minutes. Waited in the car... Went back in, they ran out of boneless wings and we were told we would be compensated with tenders. They said someone would be out with the order. No one ever came out to our car so my husband went back in. They were just standing there. And my husband asked what's happening so they quickly through something together. When he got back to the car I regret checking the order because it was all wrong. There were only 15 wings and 2 of the sauces and no tenders to make up for the boneless. Not sure why we thought asking them to correct the order was a smart idea. My husband just asked for a refund for the wings we did not receive and he was told they couldn't refund?? Wtf? By this time we were the only ones waiting so there was no reason for any more BS.
