I ordered delivery from the wing stop app. My drinks were not delivered with my order. When I called wing stop I was told that since they use a third party company it's not their problem. They couldn't even tell me who delivered my food. They said it was either door dash or grub hub and to basically figure it out myself. Decided to surprise the family with some wings yesterday and we were all happy that I did! I ordered on line and although I waited a little bit when I got there, the wait wasn't too bad especially since you could tell they were really busy. The staff were friendly and all working hard. I ordered the 30 Family Pack - hot, garlic parmigiana, and lemon garlic wings with the corn on the cob. The hot and the lemon garlic were my favorites. The garlic Parm were okay, I just wish there was more garlic flavor on those. The little corn on the cob pieces were delicious and a great unique side for a change. Worst wingstop in the area! I placed an online order on 10/17/24 for chicken strips & cheese fries. When I got home with my order there was no cheese on the fries and I had some random chicken nuggets. Being that I just moved from Kentucky, I've been craving some chicken for the past few weeks. The Wingstop in Newport News reviews were way worse than the one on Coliseum. So I decided I'll head to Hampton and pick up some spicy Korean Q thigh bites. Since I read the reviews at the location my expectations were kind of low. I decided to call my order in to save some wait time. (A lot of people have complained about the wait time, I think calling ahead of time will eliminate that problem. I was given a 15-20 minute time frame, but gave them 10 extra minutes before I arrived. Just to be on the safe side) By the time I arrived my order was being bagged up. Now again, I'm from Kentucky so I know a thing or two about good The wings that I order were cooked to perfection and very saucy. Customer service was great, even when I called in my order the young lady was kind. Personally I don't think I like ANY Wingstop. I've had it in TN and Chicago. I guess I don't care for their basic sauces, but by no means did this location fail on their end. Different strokes for different folks, but I would recommend for sure. Or at the very least, if you've never been don't let the reviews scare you off. Go and form your own opinion about this location. OK, keeping in mind this place is still fairly new. I visited this Wing Stop for a quick meal before running out to a basketball game for my grandson. This was my second visit (see my other review) so was looking for some changes of improvement. First the wings were GREAT! I had the Lemon Pepper and my wife had some Korean Spicy, we loved them! Cooked to perfection and very tender and juicy. The order taker was polite and fair; she took the order of some other gentlemen who were there before us before taking ours even though we were knew what we ordered. Now on a busy night you my wanna know what you want when you approach the counter because they will ask if "can I help you" if you approach that counter. The process is simple; wings: boneless or bone-in - sauce and side. The meals come with a drink that you can get from one of those drink variety bars. I ordered mine for eat-in but they prepared it to-go. So we ate at a table from our "to-go" bag I see this place getting better on each visit. Give them a try. read more
