What is the point of ordering ahead? I show up at even a few min after the said time the order will be ready, and am told by the cashier yeah itll be 15-20 more minutes. 'm confused about the ordering policy at this location. Most of the time when I call, they say they aren't taking phone orders and that I have to order online. So I started ordering online, but the online menu doesn't show all the flavors they actually offer in store. Also, when I get my wings they're usually very dry instead of wet with sauce like I prefer.When I try to call and modify the order after placing it online, I'm told they can't modify online orders. It's frustrating because customers are told to order online, but then there's no way to request certain things or get the wings the way we want them. My daughter lives in Wasilla, Alaska and we ordered Wingstop when I was there in May 2024, thinking it was similar to BWW. It is DEFINITELY NOT!! I thought it was gross! My daughter ended up sick from hers. I ordered parm garlic boneless wings that came with so much caked on parm and garlic that I ate one and threw the rest away. I expected a sauce, not a dry rub, or whatever they call that. I definitely learned my lesson and sure my daughter did too! We'll stick to BWW in the future. read more

Front desk service is great. Ambiance is what is expected. Bathrooms was scary as I think there is a small electric water heater under the sink which pops when hot water is turned on. Bathroom quality overall is very very low. Food wise is where my biggest issue lies as it is apparently, regardless of location, that there will be 3-4 baskets of untouched chicken being solely warmed by hanging out over the grease. This warmth is disguised by the sauce and ranch so people don't notice their chicken is cold. The bourbon baked beans are very food. Other sides are slaw, seasoned fries, cheese fries, and potato salad. You can order to go or dine-in. Togo orders usually take 15 minutes.
