we ordered on a friday night around 8 online order, wife went in and grabbed it i will say we didn't check before leaving so partly our fault, on the other hand you would think a "professional" establishment would be able to give you the correct order. Either way arrived home to find out that we didn't get what we ordered decided (against my better judgement) that we should just eat what they gave us seeing as we live 20 minutes away from woodruff Rd we weren't gonna just turn around and back pedal. But anyways on to the food, the Food was straight hot trash, it was lemon pepper, boneless wings in BBQ sauce and what i think wingstop considers "Garlic Parmesan". All tasted like butt, the boneless i have no idea why anyone would order boneless their literally just chicken tenders labled "boneless", the sauce unsatisfactory, not enough and not nearly coated well enough at all. The lemon peppers, DRIEST effing lemon pepper sauce ever tasted....a kool aid packet has more flavor. The garlic parmesan..... I've made better tasting food while 5 beers in after working a full day on planes.... disgusting, as far as customer service, my wife was the one who interacted with them, so 2 stars out 5....i would not recommend read more

Without a doubt the worst wings I ever had only to be outdone by perhaps the worst service I ever had. Placed an order for dine in and grabbed a table to wait. Unfortunately I had to listen to what was the most annoying music any one could ever select and at a volume too ridiculously loud for any bar yet alone a "restaurant". So they don't bring you food to you, ok fine. Problem is they bring it from the kitchen and some jackass kinda calls you name but in a meek voice that there's no way you can hear him over the pathetically annoying shit coming out of their speakers. So my food sat there to get cold cause heaven forbid the girl that took the order bring to our attention that the food was done. I mean Christ, the stress they were under, there was a total of 4 people inside. So my wife walked up and said we were going to take the order to go instead and that's when we got our ice cold wings that had been done a half hour ago. When we got home to eat the soggy wings had no sauce on them. The garlic parm ones were just sprinkled with that canned Parmesan could not taste anything resembling garlic. Quaker Steak & Lube is just down the street. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. If only I could give them a negative star I would read more

I love Wing Stop and this location was no exception! Great wings, fries cooked and seasoned perfectly and nice staff.

i had to wait around 30 minutes before walking in and they haven't even started my order yet. i never leave reviews. then after they started my order I still had to wait 20-30 minutes and people who ordered before me got there food first. lastly I had to eat in the rain because the tables were either put up people we're already in the 3 tables that were down. and all the workers were stoned out of their minds read more

Chicken was pretty good, fries are damn good. It's nice because I can get wings at a sit down place but not have a waiter or waitress to have to tip. That's the number one thing I don't like about Wild Wings is I'm getting fairly cheap food but still end up paying 20 bucks for just me because I have to tip someone. The environment isn't wonderful but again, it is what you pay for. And it fits a void in the wing restaurant business. read more

The service here takes forever not to mention I've been miserable the last day and a half from the food poisoning this place gave me. Unsanitary and terrible read more

Always have had the right order and it's always been delicious! Their garlic Parmesan wings are amazing and I really enjoy the different seasonings for their fries! read more

I really can't name a place that's a better bang for your buck. The lemon pepper wings are amazing. The ranch is immaculate. Even if you like more basic flavors like BBQ or hot. They have them all. Not to mention how good the fries are. The fries are the perfect combination of salty yet sweet. Great service. And best of all FRESH COOKED. I definitely recommend read more

Some of the best cooked wings I have ever had. I prefer my wings cooked till the skin is crispy, and here they cook them to perfection! Most places don't cook theirs that way and you end up with a soggy wing. These are cooked and when coated the skin remains crispy! Their fries are very good as well. I believe they are hand cut. I also suspect that they are sprinkled with a little bit of sugar as they taste a tad sweet. Not greasy either. Cooked just right. The dipping sauces are pretty much standard. Good but not exceptional. Now for the choice of wing sauces. A fair selection but not overwhelming in the number of choices. I have tasted about 4 or 5 of them and they were all good. They could expand upon the number available though. Service is quick, and courteous. Waiting for the order however is not as quick. I contribute that to them actually cooking everything to perfection. I have eaten here about 5 or 6 times and I can assure you I will return! read more

Horrible. I will NOT be going back. Walked in and the employee behind the counter was cussing up a storm. F-bombs and GD and everything so loud I heard it from the door. My boyfriend and I waited for our food for an HOUR. The food was not worth the money. read more

I like to come here for lunch. lunch special of rips is only $10 and they served free lemonade. When I came last year, the rips are a little overdone. This time it was perfect! read more

We got 25 wings for big Clemson Game. Wings were burnt and very hard. If we weren't in Mauldin we would have taken them back. Will not go back. read more

I tried a delivery order for the first time and after it was delivered noticed that I was misding a side of corn. I called the store and they offered a store credit (I guess) or I could come to their location and they would give me the order. The reason I ordered delivery was because I didn't want to get out. I said they could just credit the card I used. I was told I would have to call the delivery service. I have no idea who that was. I ordered from the Wingstop site and provided my credit card information on their site - not the delivery service site. The bag containing the food was sealed with Wingstop tape so I believe they did not include it. It seemed as if they were insinuating the delivery service had taken the item. I won't do business with them ever again and will post as many reviews as I can so others won't be mistreated. I regularly review on Trip Advisor and they don't even appear. read more

For a 1st time visit the FOOD was good-the garlic parm. wings were a fave. BUT it gets a sad 2 star rating for the pitiful employees that treat their customers with little to no respect-very disappointing! We also waited way too long to be treated so poorly! Because we liked the food, we will find a different location hoping for better service. Overall, we hope WS will seek to better train their employees to better respect their paying customers. read more

Fries are fine, but the wings I cannot say I appreciate them, especially the flavor hot. The place is nice and service is good. Just don't like the hot flavor wing. read more

I had the Hickory Smoked BBQ and Garlic Parmesan wings tonight and they were great!

They just opened so service was a little slow but not terrible. Very clean. Great fries and I tried the Hawaiian and The Louisiana dry rub. Both very good. My so had the BBQ and the traditional hot. Hot was not too hot and had a good flavor. Prices in line with BWW and Wild Wings. Will visit again. read more

Bad experience with customer service at this Wings Stop. Needed something quick so I placed an online order for 10 wings and fries. Placed order at 8:07, was told order would be ready for pickup at 8:23. Arrived at restaurant at 8:24. Went to their online order pickup counter and was told order wasn't ready, it would be 3 minutes. Ok, no problem. At 8:52, I got in line at the order counter and again asked about my order. Order had been sitting on the counter since before I arrived, I saw the bags that were sitting there ready to be picked up and the bag they tried to give me was there the whole time. I refused the order that has been sitting for 30 minutes (yuck) and asked for a refund. They should not promote online ordering if they do not give it any priority or attention when a person arrives to pick it up. I watched numerous people come in order and get their food while I waited. I wanted to ask a couple of times but no one was available to assist me after my initial inquiry. Don't go here. read more
