Ordered online on a Saturday at 5:15pm and got a notification that they would be ready 20-25 minutes. 30 wings, all flats, but that should be doable, right? People walking in to order are being told it is a 45 minute to one hour wait. Got my order at 6:11pm. There were 11 workers that I counted, none were hustling, mostly just rude. Three went to get free soda while we all waited. There were 12 parties waiting. The restaurant is dingy, greasy, sticky floor, and generally unwelcoming. I gotta think the franchise owner or corporate should read these reviews to get how bad their service is at this location. They need "Undercover Boss." I was emailed a survey and reiterated these points and told them to keep the free fries for filling out the survey. These are not even the best wings in town, just the easiest to order online. Avoid at all costs. Waited over 2 hours for 20 boneless wings and never received them. Placed my order online in the Wingstop app shortly after 7:00pm and was given a estimated pickup time of 1 hour. Which is completely fine, I understand it's Saturday night and probably busy. After the hour was up and the app stated my order was ready I walked inside, stood in line and waited my turn at the register. That's when I was "greeted" by one of the most disrespectful, unprofessional individuals I have ever met, Rhonda. I politely told her I had a online pickup and my name. She rolled her eyes and without saying a word to me walked over to the other side of the counter and took a look at the completed orders on the rack. When she walked back over she told me it was not ready in a annoyed tone. That's when I kindly asked if she knew how much longer it would be and referenced that the order said complete in the app. She immediately snapped at me in the most disrespectful tone and rolled her eyes again saying, "We don't go by whatever the app says, has nothing to do with our store." I was taken back by the way she snapped at me, I had been nothing but respectful towards her. I just stood there for a moment, I didn't say anything back. Then she said "It will probably be a hour" rolled her shoulders and turned away from me. So I step to the side, just standing there waiting. A entire hour passes, I've now been here for 2 hours. That's when I asked if I could simply just get my money back. She said I could after getting one last eye roll in. She printed out a receipt and wrote "refused" across the top of it. Then in her disrespectful tone told me it could take 3-5 business days. Um, I didn't refuse anything. I paid for food and waited 2 and a half hours just to never receive it. I had to repeatedly ask for a copy of that receipt, she hesitated and didn't want to give it to me at first. I didn't trust her when she said she was going to turn it into her manager to be processed. I've gone to several other Wingstop's across the country, I've never had a experience like I had today. Waiting for over 2 and half hours to still not receive your food is simply ridiculous. Then to be treated the way I was by the cashier, unacceptable. I get it and I'm usually not one to complain, everyone occasionally has bad days and restaurants can be busy but this was something else. I was sitting there watching the kitchen and they all looked so lost and unorganized. That cashier, Rhonda shouldn't be in any customer facing role. Like I said in the start of this review, avoid at all cost. Definitely needs improved management and restructuring of staff, because this isn't it.
