I hate I had to give them a star to leave a review. This is by far the WORST wing stop! I ordered online. After 25 minutes I went on to get my order. The young man tells me my food will be up shortly. I Sit down waiting for him to call me up for my food. 30 minutes goes past, so I go back to the counter and ask about my order. This wingstop is the worse one ever !! The staff is always ghetto and you can tell they don't like the job they have chosen. The food isn't made with love it's just thrown together. The staff won't speak a simple hello goes a long way. The FOOD HERE SUCKS UNFORTUNATELY. Just because it's Gary doesn't mean to stop caring how you serve guest. On July 6, my son tried entertaining his high school baseball team at our home in Los Angeles by ordering Wingstop ... and a lot of Coors beer, which we won't get into : ) He ordered Wingstop from the app, but punched in "28th Ave." instead of "28th St," and the food was delivered by Wingstop's #1262 store at 3360 Grant St. in Gary, Indiana to the wrong address. Three times, my son spent 20 minutes or more filing complaint tickets with Wingstop. They never gave him back a dime. I don't understand why this greedy chain turned off more than a dozen young potential lifetime customers. But they get their chicken wings elsewhere these days. read more

Second night open, I decided to try them out. First of all, there was no seasoning (salt&pepper) put on the wings BEFORE FRYING. What ever happen to seasoning meat before cooking The sauces were good, the fries were awesome , but the wings were fried a little too hard, and dried the chicken. I enjoyed the pop machine. They were really busy with 1/4 of the city ordering food, so I can't rightfully speak on the service. Staff was nice and helpful. I'll be back for THOSE FRIES read more

Unfortunately I had to give this place a rating otherwise I would give it no stars at all. I tried calling for about 10 mins and no one answers the phone and once I arrive I am greeted with someone eating and not even saying hello may I help you or welcome to wingstop just" name"....??? I proceed to place my order and get ready to pay and then I'm told oh we only take cash our credit card machine is down??? Why wasn't I told that before I ordered? I don't have cash it's late I'm tired and hungry.. this place has the worst customer service and it's depressing because it is why people do not want to bring businesses to Gary and that saddens me because it could be so much more.
