I was directed to the Mulberry St location as the closest. It wasn't by far. It took my 30 minutes to get there due to traffic. 15 minutes into my drive I received a text that my order was ready. I arrived to find the place in a complete disarray. They had one person at the register and one making and boxing the orders. I did notice quite a few people in the lobby with disgusted looks on their faces. When it was mine time to be waited on, I found out why. I gave them my confirmation and and he said my order wasn't ready yet. I showed him the text and he looked on the rack for my name. He asked the girl working in the back if it was ready. She said she had y made it yet. I was told that my order number was 69 and they were only on order number 60 and it would another 30-45 minutes. I abruptly cancelled my order and told them my disappointment. I stopped at the Dixie Hwy location, the one I originally thought I was going to, and they made my pizza in less than 15 minutes.
