I've been here before very few times food was cold but today it was way far worst , I waited more than an hour to receive my food and people who ordered after me were getting their orders so I asked for my order and they came up with the excuse that the lost the damn receipt and they were barely going to do my order . I asked for my money back , and we left after starving for an hour ! i usually never leave reviews but this was aweful! i always order from this location ajd everything is perfect but today i was completely dissapointed. i ordered delivery, and 40 minutes later i had gotten no updates with my food, i call and they tell me they have it ready they're just waiting for a driver. i wait another 20 minutes and wingstop (i call) tells me the driver has picked up the food. 15 minutes later i call the driver asking if he's almost here and he says he's waiting at the store because they're taking forever. i call wingstop (this is an hour later after i placed) and they tell me they're barely gonna make it and i should wait another 20 minutes, i tell them i placed my order at 7pm and they say so sorry nothing we can do abt it. the food finally gets here and it's cold. the fries are cold and they messed up how many wings we ordered. i'm beyond dissapointed and upset. read more

Two awful experiences.I refuse to go to this Wingstop location again!! For my first experience here in April 2017 the wings were over cooked- leathery and tough, the fry seasoning was incorrect ,the wait time indicated was 15 minutes...I waited 45! and they forgot my sauces which I was charged for. I decided to try one more time today, I love the fries and this location is closest. Luckily I checked my order before leaving and noticed a long black hair twirled around my fries! EEEWWWW! When I told the manager she made another order and I was still charged ( always comp hairy food!!!) I told her this was the second time it sucked and she said she couldn't do anything about the first time. I understand that because I didn't complain but she did nothing about the second time also. I love wing stop but this location really has bad service especially if they are busy. I had to wait for a walk in order for forty minutes and another 10 to return my order that was incorrect and get my money back. Jacked up my online order despite me calling to make sure they got it. Sad. I spent over $60 so I wanted to ensure I didnt have a bad experience. My order was missing a side and the wings were not cooked correctly. The staff member who answered the phone when I called was arrogant and kept talking over me. Today was the second and final time I walk out of this place. Ordered at 8:15 pm turned 9:05 pm and still no wings. Same thing happened the first time. The employees were fooling around instead of working. We get up to get a refund and another family next to us also got up to get a refund too because they had waited and hour and 20 minutes. I ordered from the website which gave no indication that the restaurant used a 3rd party delivery service. I did not sign up for a 3rd party service and the Wingstop site did not require me to do so. They gladly took my order and money. When ordering I was prompted to add lemonade, which I like so I did. When my food came, it was a 3rd party delivery person and they told me the store was out of lemonade. I called the store so that my card would be charged correctly and the store absolutely refused to help me, saying I had to go through the delivery service. I told them I didn't use a delivery service, I used the Wingstop site , which made absolutely no mention of the 3rd party service. They still refused to help me and refused to get a manager when I asked for one, refused to correct the amount charged to my card, told me there was nothing they could do then hung up. The wings were ok. Not bad but not particularly good either. Wings from pizza restaurants that deliver were better. The customer service is terrible and the food is much better elsewhere, and they steal your money. read more

Terrible service. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees looked and me and didn't help. When I left with my food and got him the order was wrong. When it was on Redd Rd it was better. Gone here 3 times now and each time been treated to a nice mediocre experience. Took 35 minutes to get my order out and when they did arrive the wings were completely wrong (wrong flavor and they weren't even boneless!). Some were searing hot and a few were randomly cold in the middle? None of the fountain drinks worked and they were out of lids. Ordered the 20 piece wing combo. And all the wings where stale, dry and bearly any sauce on the bbq and mild wings. There drink machine had no flavors othen than coke and sprite. Wingstop has good potential, but regularly misses the boat on quality control. This new location is clean and spacious with good TVs, however as soon as you get to the counter it goes downhill. Completely untrained in any method of customer service, the cashiers would be more effective replaced by a touchscreen self-ordering system. Machines may actually be friendlier than the service ive had 4 visits I've made. What is the deal with paper towels at Wingstop? There is one single roll of paper towels for the entire restaurant, inconveniently located by the busy soda machine. You serve messy wings people, why do you hate your customers so much? You can't provide adequate napkins or even a roll of paper towels per table? Worst are the fries. Fresh cut potatoes undercooked so you have a pile of greasy mess instead of crispy French fries. Every time the fries are undercooked. You only cook two things WingStop. Two things. Try and get better than 50%, OK? Has to be the shittiest wing place in El Paso , came in with 2 people a head of us , told us 18 to 23 min wait for wings in an empty restaurant ? I happened to own my own business it takes about 3 mins to fry wings . People came in after us and received their food before us . After waiting 35 mins I asked what was going on , our Food was sitting there with all the employees standing around pretty much looking at it . Great food but very poor service. The cashier looked miserable and even after I greeted her, she completely blew me off and threw my to-go order at me.
