We know this WingStop is pretty terrible so we even gave them 30 minutes extra and showed up at 4:30. Still not ready. I immediately asked to cancel my order, but guess what, they can only do that when the manager is there. That's right, on one of the busiest days of the year for Wingstop, the manager is not present. This was a horrible way to end the day. I ordered using Uber eats because I worked all day and needed to feed my family. Wingstop did not include the fries in their 30 wings combo. I called and they placed me on a 10 minute hold. I called again and they immediately placed me on hold. While on hold I decided to drive down. I arrived and the restaurant was empty. I let the lady know I was still on hold with no customers waiting is a disappointment. I asked for the manager and he offered a refund for the fries ($4 and change) . I requested a full refund since the rest of the order was sitting on my kitchen counter getting cold. Manager told me he couldn't provide me a refund without the wings. Of course, I would have brought the wings if they would have taken my call. I asked him to then replace the full order. I thought we came to a solution up until I got home. The young manager even stated "I could see that" when I tried to help him see what we ordered. He replaced the order with completely different flavors than what we ordered. This wingstop never disappoints unlike the other location on Sunland. We ordered a 24 family pack with Louisiana rub and mild. We also asked if we could have all flats (everyone knows flats are the best). The order said it would be ready in 20-30 minutes and after 15 minutes, they had everything ready! This is my go to spot for wings. Today I had the mango habanero and the atomic. The former was sweet and spicy and had a baby kick to it. The latter is for the big kids. Very spicy and will leave you with your mouth on . But then again I love hot wings. I like that albeit saucy still have a nice crunch which is what I look for in a chicken wing. The fries were a bit soggy but I love the sweet saltiness. We tried the cajun corn and that was delicious with all them cajun seasonings. This Wingstop has always been a good choice for late night eats. My order is always ready when I walk in and the only wait I ever have is if there's a customer ahead of me. There's nothing really that sets this WS apart from any other WS I've been to, but overall it's a-okay. The location is a bigger than their last one and not nearly as congested (they moved from Resler) which is really nice. My interactions with the staff are really limited because I only every order online, but the cashiers are always fast and my order is always right. The original fries are great, but I always ask for them extra well-done here because otherwise they're really soggy. No complaints on the wings or sauces, but if you haven't been to a WS you should know that their wings (even the boneless) are on the small size so if you're really hungry you might want to get a larger order. I think you know what you're getting when you go to this WS which isn't a bad thing. It's consistent and that's all I'm really looking for when I'm ordering here. read more

They fulfilled every single pick up order before our DINE IN order. $30 worth of food. You have a couple options in El Paso for traditional wings; Buffalo Wild Wings, Wingstop, and the El Paso based chain Wing Daddy's. I've never been to Wing daddy's, so my comparison will involve BDubs and Wingstop, Service: I've gone to this location about 5 times for take out,and they haven't messed up my order any of those times. I've probably visited the Sunland Park BDubs a similar amount of times, and they haven't messed up my order either. Winner: Tie Food: I'm a pretty big Wing purist, so I rarely order boneless wings. Bone-in for life. I also always order the same 3 flavors of wings: hot, garlic Parmesan, and lemon pepper, and this makes it perfect for a comparison as both places have those flavors. Hot: Wingstop has pretty good buffalo wings, but they don't have that classic buffalo wing taste. Bdubs' hot wings are classic, delicious, and are absolutely covered in sauce. Edge: BDubs Garlic Parmesan: Wingstop's are covered in this buttery sauce with Parmesan sprinkles that are just scrumptious as heck. BDubs are covered in their sauce that seems like the consistency of a salad dressing. Edge: Wingstop Lemon Pepper: Wingstop's seem like the wings are basted in butter then coated with the lemon pepper seasoning. The skin remains crispy, but the butter allows the lemon pepper seasoning to stick to the wings. Bdubs' wings use a dry rub, and most of the seasoning falls off. Edge: Wingstop Food verdict: I like the wings at Wingstop just a little bit better. Winner: Wingstop Ambiance and intangibles: Most Wingstop locations are smaller than Bdubs locations. They have less TVs, no table service, and less drinks (they only have bottled beer. Bdubs locations have many TVs, a full bar and draft beers, and table service. Depending on what kind of experience you're looking for, you might want to go to one place over the other. However, a lot of people just order wings for take out, so in that case, much of this doesn't matter as much. I've only had takeout from this location, and it's always been good. I like that they offer large group takeout packages. These include a number of wings (20 and up depending on the package you choose), fries, carrot & celery sticks, and dipping sauces. In addition, you can choose a few different flavors of wings. They do offer a mobile app that you can use to place orders, but I found it cumbersome and easier to just call in my order. I visited in the past (when it was located on Resler) and it was pretty good - like 4 stars. We ordered from there today and I can only give it two stars. So, I will average my ratings and give three stars. First, we ordered using the online system. The system is great in that it allows you to articulate what preferences you have, like whether you want things well-done, whether you want flats or drummies, etc. The system indicated that our order would be ready at 5:29 PM. So, we go and pick them up and we were told that they didn't have flats (although the online system did not indicate this when we placed our order). To their credit, they were thoughtful and offered to give us a few more wings because of that. We got home and noticed that there was virtually no seasoning on the wings, but to our surprise there were flats - underdone flats, but flats nonetheless. (We ended up frying them again.) The drums were cooked to well-done as requested, but they had little to no Louisiana Rub. The fries were just average. So, based on this experience I won't be going back. I will say, however, it was game day so perhaps they struggled to handle the volume they were experiencing. I'm hoping that those who choose to go after reading this review have a better experience than we did. To me it was a waste of money. read more

I will drop this like its hot because nothing else was! Why buy $70+ when nothing is fresh? When you want old food that has been sitting out for a while and even kids don't want to eat the normal items they would eat. Then this screams that there is a problem! Our bread was old which tasted like it had been sitting out for hours and butter was just reapplied. It wasn't edible and the fries were just as bad since most of them were either hard or had major black spots. There was also a wingtip which was counted as a wing. Literally nothing was edible the only good thing we has was potato salad from Rudy's which was amazing unlike Wingstop. Rudy's employees were awesome while Wingstop hostess ignore me when I walked in and helped someone behind me instead. The hostess ignored me for 3-5 minutes and it wasn't until I stood right in front of her she asked "Can I help you?". She was then rude while helping me.
