This place is a complete fuckin mess! I've never had an issue this bad. I ordered online for my birthday so my guest can enjoy my estimate wait time was 38 min I show up wait 15 min and only receive my wings , when I had ordered 100 wings, 50 corn, 8 fries, 12rolls. I then told them what I was missing and they "started" cooking but still waited longer then an hour because they were serving other people and leaving my order aside. Another thing the employees were not wearing gloves, they had earphones on which they were taking on and off while cooking!!!! DISGUSTING!!!! Their masks were under their nose not above like they should be. One of their employees was still giving me a hard time when I was asking how much longer for my order, He was being sarcastic with the wait time. When I asked for a refund they asked for the food back after I had placed it in my car. Due to Covid, food shouldn't be allowed back in the restaurant. When I asked for the mangers name they only gave me the shift leaders first name I asked for a last name and they apparently didn't know it! Their "shift leader Eli" was constantly rolling his eyes at me when I would ask about my order. I've honestly never had an experience this bad! Keep in mind wing stop is my FAVORITE go to place. We have online ordered from here three times so far and everytime was great..Didn't have to wait at all.I don't think I would dine in because it's pretty small inside and seem to always be packed.Online ordering is definitely the way to go. read more

Okay so I figured I'd do a online order so it would be easier for the workers instead of writing it down and so on but I was wrong, my online order that I placed was missing a handful of wings I didn't notice until I got home due to where I live about 15 minutes away. So short on wings me and my kids were unhappy. I'm definitely not the type that calls back and complains every single time. So I decided to call back due to the significant difference in items and spoke to someone and said he could only give me a 15% off deal for my next purchase so I figured out the numbers based on my current purchase that was wrong and it wasn't even the equal amount for the missing wings, left my name and contact information with him so he can have the wing stop manager call me and till this day nothing back no call, no voicemail, nada zip zilch & it's been 2 weeks. Alright, I went back and there was a notice difference. I'm glad they're improving! Food is good! I think the change in staff helped out a lot. Everything looks clean now. They are always out of everything. And the soda machine is always broken. One time I went and they were out of the soda lids another time I went they didn't have ranch. I always order online but one day I ordered French fries and they were out so they had to call and see if we wanted anything else. They should of just put sold out or something read more
