i had a party of 3 to order. the lady that appeared to be the shift lead was outside carry a baby to a car, while the 9 or 10 year old child was loading bags of food into the car. Once the lady returned into the stpre two men came in to speak to her about something wrong with the fryer. All this time I am standing at the counter waiting for my order to be taken. She finally asks , after 15 to 20 minutes if I was waiting to order, I say yes, she says ok, walks off and doesn't return. This place has the worst customer service ever! I would NEVER recommend this company!! They need to have all of their employees trained to handle order taking! Been here twice. The wait for our food each time was 20 - 25 min. Not too bad for fresh wings. I've tried 4 sauces so far as well as boneless and bone in. They were all good. The fries we got last time were so hot we had to wait a couple minutes to eat them. Perfect! Both times the staff has been extremely friendly. My only complaint is that there are no wet wipes to clean up with, and they only have singles restrooms. There are alot of fingers to clean in there with limited resources. We decided to wait awhile before coming based on other reviews and not knowing much about the place. (Honestly the review on the Youtube show Good Mthyical Morning sold it for us to try this place!) They really knocked it out of the park on our order! We dined in and got the special, big night in (25 boneless wings in 3 sauces with 3 dipping sauce), and loaded fries. It was definitely enough food for two since the two of us brought home leftovers as were too stuffed. We got original hot, garlic parmesan, and Hawaiian wing flavors. Garlic parmesan was the winner, but the other two were just as advertised in flavor and spice level. The boneless wings were crispy and drenching in sauce, a hard combination to get right, but they did it. The fries were not the star of the night but had good consistency and flavor. Still worth it as a side. Definitely stop in and try these wings! You'll enjoy it better than the other major chain wing place in town, trust me! read more

I've gone to this establishment twice this past month and overall it was a hit and miss. For the first time, while the food was freshly serviced, it took a little longer than expected. The staff there were very respectful but also seemed inexperienced. There were staff in the back hat seemed to have alittle more hustle in getting the food out and I was able to get my items after 30 minutes. The second time around was a whole lot better. I ordered my items on line because I didn't want to have to wait and once I got to the location, my food was hot and ready to go. Wings were good. Fries were under cooked. Waited over 40 minutes for an order they said would be ready in 20. When walked in there was one person taking orders and trying to answer the phone and several other young female employees just standing around like they didn't have a clue where they were. Now that's what I am talking about! I don't know why my husband and I have not visited this establishment before, but it's a shame we hadn't sooner! I don't normally give a place a five star based on two visits, but this Wingstop is certainly deserving of that rating! So so good!!! One thing for me is when I am looking for the right kind of wing, it can't be soggy, the skin needs to be crispy. Typically, I must ask the server to cook just a tad bit longer so I can enjoy the entire wing, not just the meat. This place needed no instructions because they got it right the first time and the subsequent times too. Delicious. My initial visit I opted for the Garlic Parmesan and also the Spicy Korean wings! The Garlic Parmesan were cooked to perfection - crispy on the outside and moist and oozing of bountiful flavor on the inside. Wow. It didn't stop there! The crisp skin was coated with what seemed like fresh parmesan and not the store bought shake kind. Mouth watering goodness. The garlic wasn't overbearing but just the right amount to know -yes, garlic is infused properly but doesn't leave you feeling like a clove once you leave the establishment. Perfecto! The second portion of wings were the Spicy Korean wings and they were equally as delicious! Crispy and seasoned to perfection, and the sauce was very flavorful but I wouldn't necessarily call it spicy in my book. To me they were more of a medium heat, nothing you'd run and get a glass of milk to cool down the heat over, but enough to give the wings a boost and the ginger was hinted but not overpowering. I would between the two say my favorite was definitely the Garlic Parmesan. Absolutely amazing. My only qualm would be regarding the need for this business to acquire some wet wipe napkins, this is a must have for a wing eatery. I'd also suggest having napkin holders with wet wipes at each table, this will certainly enhance the comfort of your patron. I took my son to this location this evening. We had atomic and Korean Q bone in wings we got fries and Cajun fried corn. The restaurant was clean the staff was attentive. I love the music if course no one ever plays rap. The wings were cooked well, we loved the fries, and the corn was superb!!!! We only have a couple things that we weren't ecstatic about so way to go Wing Stop..... The Atomic sauce is not very good and the rack wasn't very raunchy. We will definitely be back!!!! read more

My boyfriend (quite the wing connoisseur) had a pretty terrible experience here recently. The wings themselves (he says) are pretty consistently delicious at Wing Stops, but this location made him wait only to receive a completely wrong order -- wrong type of wings & wrong sauces. You should be able to at the very least get what you pay for, and unfortunately that is not the case here. We're not regular customers, but regardless, will not be coming back. This was our first trip to wing stop and sadly I was disappointed. I love some good wings and fries and was very excited to finally try wing stop. Upon arriving the menu was easy to read but you could barely talk to the person behind the counter as the music was so loud you couldn't hear them and they couldn't hear you. I got the large bone on wing combo with the spicy Korean q and the hickory smoked bbq. My wife got the medium boneless combo with the voodoo fries upgrade. We got our drinks and we sat down and waited to hear our number or name. They brought out a tray of food and we couldn't hear who it was for and they started to give it to us when we had to almost yell to tell them it was wrong and not our order. Our meal finally came out almost 25 minutes later and the food its self was actually quite nice the sauces had a great flavor but the wings were actually small for the price you pay. The voodoo fries were really good and the regular fries had good seasoning. If I come back it would be for a to go order to take home. The eat in experience leaves alot to be desired. read more

Warning ...long review ahead. Decided to give Wingstop a try last night. Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Starting from the beginning, I attempted to order online however that service isn't available. I can understand that, it's a newer place and they are still working on that. Attempted to call at 10:45, I requested to make a to go order. I was told "yeah just a minute" I heard conversation between workers for a few minutes and then the call disconnected. I called back, was immedietly told to hold. At this point my friend and I are on our way to Wingstop. After being on hold for nearly 10 minutes I try from my friend's phone while leaving mine still on the call. I advise I would like to make a to go order. She attempts to take my order but almost seems as though she is trying to drag this process out....after getting through ordering, she advises she just realized they can't so 12 piece orders because they are ringing up as $99. I was so frustrated with how the whole situation was going I said I'll be there in a few minutes to order, then advised I was technically still on hold on the other line. We arrive at Wingstop, I work in the service industry so I pay attention to everything going on in a restaurant when I walk in. The staff was less than enthusiastic to be there. They were trying to out chairs up at just past 11 with plenty of customers in the building. I order my food and friend orders her food, worker has placed someone on hold while taking our order. Remind her she still has a customer on hold and ask roughly how long we can anticipate- 18 minutes. Okay fine no problem, in the mean time I'm watching everything going on. I watched several employees give away free items. One of the kitchen workers gave away a cookie or desert of some sort. The manager appeared at one time and asked an employee to ring a drink up for a customer who had already paid for her meal. Once the manager walked away the employee just gave the cup away. They locked the doors before midnight-11:50ish....then tried to not let people in who were still trying to order. A group of soccer players came in and there are 2 employees at the registers, the one who helped me stood there the entire time with out helping. Finally someone else walks in and walks up to her at the register. She completely ignores him for a good 3 minutes while she is counting money and stuffing it into an envelope. I watched to go food leave with the wrong people and the person who ordered come in and feel the frustration as well. At this point I have been waiting 40 minutes for my food and my friend has had hers for about 25 minutes. The manager is back up front and I call her over, I ask if she is the manager and explain I've been waiting for 40 minutes and if my food isn't ready I would like my money back. She goes to check on my food and returns to tell me I can have half of my order and my money back because they ran out of chicken. I said that's fine and advised I would be calling tomorrow to let her know why the experience was so terrible. I wanted to wait and post my review until after I had spoke with her but needless to say no one is answering the phones. I can understand this is a new establishment and there are always kinks to be worked out but this was way beyond kinks. This is about hiring employees who clearly don't give a crap if your business fails or succeeds. I most likely won't be trying this place again for a LONG time. read more

Welp I had to wait 15 minutes to get my food which I saw was sitting in the pick up window when I walked in the door. Also, please note there wasn't a line; I was just standing at the counter. Ate here Monday around noon: After reading other reviews I had my doubts, but my experience turned out to be much more pleasant than others. When I walked in I saw 4 or 5 people who looked like they were waiting for their food, I thought back to the reviews I read and thought to myself that me and my boyfriend would be waiting for a while after we ordered. I ordered a 8-piece combo and my boyfriend ordered a 10-piece, both with fries. We only waited for about 10-15 minutes before our name got called. Food was good, I think they may have given me the wrong sauce on half of my wings (was supposed to be mango habanero) and it was not as hot as I thought it was going to be. Service was good, the kid who took our order seemed young, prolly his first or second job. There were lots of employees in the kitchen area, half of them looked like they were just taking up space. A lady who looked like she was a manager of some sort walked through the dinning area and asked a few tables how their meal was. Overall, I enjoyed the food, and the service was better than expected. To avoid getting orders wrong I think it would be in their best interest to label the different sauces for the wings. What an epic fail! Thought I would try something new so I ordered online at Wingstop on Merle Hay. Was supposed to be ready at 5:25 so I paid when I got there. Not only did the soda machine quit working,even though they continued to sell soda,but I sat there until 6:10 patiently. When I asked about my order the guy said they didn't have my ticket in the back , even though he charged me and I had a ticket. Service 0 stars. The order-taker wasn't friendly. The Coke infinity machine was out of Coke, Sprite, rootbeer, basically every major kind of pop. I asked one of the employees if it could be changed so he ran to go get replacement cartridges...then promptly set them on the counter and went and took a smoke break right out front of the restaurant. After at least 15-20 minutes I finally went out and asked if he could finish the job. He came in but couldn't figure it out so he had to call someone. After a good half hour with the machine open (so no one could get a drink of any kind), he finally got it to work. Another employee was clearing a table and spilled a glass of pop. The wings were okay. I was expecting the flavors to be spicer since they had lots of flames next to them. I got Hawaiian(2 Flames) and Spicy Korean(3 Flames). The Hawaiian taste a little like the Asian zing for BBW and the Spicy Korean was more sweet than Spicy. SOme of the employees did come over and chat with us and they were friendly. When I walked in a few people were waiting in line. I noticed that they're was a lady fixing another lady's computer while the other lady was watching. The lady who was watching was quite disrespectful from rolling her eyes at the lady to being quite rude while I ordered. This time when I went in to order it took 35 minutes when it usually takes 10 minutes. I also noticed that a man who had ordered a door dash had been waiting for an hour. I had seen the cooks give orders of extra fries to the worker who had been quite rude. The man who had ordered for DoorDash had to leave because it took an absurdly long time. I feel like it's very unprofessional for workers to be asking the cooks to make meals for them when people haven't gotten their food yet.
