Been to several Wingstop locations in the area and this by far is one of the worst locations with bad customer service experience. On more then one occasion we've placed orders on the app and it will say it's ready by this time and it's not. We usually have to wait an additional 15 minutes. Also, they have they messed up our orders plenty of times, but it is just my husband and I, so no biggie. It wasn't until this last time that I was furious. We had family in town and we all wanted wings. We placed a large order of 50 wings, fries, veggie sticks and dips. Drove home, we're all extremely hungry and there was no ranch for our large order. Really? We all the the dips when we eat wings. I immediately call the store and they have it forwarded to voicemail. Come on! I know it's dinner time but you are in the food industry, deal with it. So since no one answered, we drove back and waited for someone to ask if we needed help. Finally told them our issue and they were like "are you sure?" Like what the heck. Why would we drive all the way back just because?! We told them, we'd also like a partial refund because by the time we get home our food will be cold. The lady just said "do you want the refund or ranch?" I said both. She said she couldn't do both. She called her manager Dustin, who is rude! He said he would only refund the ranch (Wow) and give us a 10% discount on our future order. Who the hell would order from them again? Not me. We persisted on a refund he said no, I gave you the refund on the dips and dips that's more then enough. We left furious! I later called again to see if I could speak to the GM and conveniently only our "friend" Dustin was there. He placed me on a long hold after I asked him for the corporate number, just to tell me to look online. Which I knew but I wanted it from the GM. I have been to and ordered from a lot of different Wingstop but the one in Calallen is by far the WORST one I have ever been to. Put in my order online and got a time of 58 to 63 minutes after my order. Okay, cool no problem there. Where I have the issue is when I am told it will be an additional 30 to 40 minutes on top of the time which was about 68 minutes after the order okay not happy but I can deal with that. I come back now 130 minutes later from my original order and then get told that it will be another 30 to 40 minutes from that time, yeah not happening--worst service worst everything. I don't recommend you have a better shot just order your wings from the Wingstop in Corpus or Portland or Kingsvilles to get a more accurate time. I'll start by saying that the food is no different than any other Wingstop, so that is not the real issue I had. What really put me off were the employees. They seem like mostly young kids that don't seem well managed. A guy behind us gave his name as "Frank" so they could identify his order. The kid at the register giggled and said, "Frank the Tank". As a portly gentleman that the kid obviously didn't know, Frank didn't look amused. Also this place closes at midnight and we left by 9:45 pm...but that didn't stop the employees from trying to get a head start by stacking chairs around us while we ate, rolling garbage cans around us, and spraying cleaner near our food. They left half the dining area open, but I'm not certain why they don't just do the whole thing at the end. It deprives late customers of places to sit and is highly unprofessional to clean the dining area when there are still diners. Higher end places would never tolerate this. The food was ok but the service was terrible. I asked for our table to be wiped down and the cashier up front asked someone to clean it. That person answered her with " I can't, I am busy right now." she answered back " excuse me for being too busy to do your job." She walks to the back slamming a door on her way back to the register. My wife forgot to get the cups for the drinks so she walks back to ask the same cashier for our cups. We ordered an extra order of fries during our stay and they took 20 mins to make them. They had not even started to make them when we asked about them. The place was not full. We received the fries and after about 15 mins a young man that was an employee, came to our table on his way out from his shift and told us he remind them of our order when he saw it had been there for a while and he told us they ignored him.
