We waited an hour and a half for our order, got home around 9pm just to find out the didnt make our order correctly. When we called the asked us to bring the food back and wait again for them to correct the order. Didnt offer any apologies or compensation for the inconvenience. Attempted to try wingstop again and the door dasher stole our food by never delivering it. Wingstop told me that "it must be one of the ones that picks up but doesn't deliver." As if this has happened before. Then wingstop told me to contact door dash about a refund. Then door dash told me they would process it but it was going to be on wingstop's end at that point. I've contacted wingstop again after a month with no refund still. Continuing to still wait for the refund of the order never received. I cannot stand this wingstop location. So many issues. (Updated review - December 2024). read more

Had to wait 45mins after the app stated my order was ready for pick up. Upon arrival they said "it's not ready, it will be about 10mins". After 45.... I got my food, they also proceeded to tell everyone that came in that their order would be 10mins. Total BS, the franchise needs to look into the location badly. Maybe need to revamp there management team. Place was and always has been nasty also read more

Been to several Wingstop locations in the area and this by far is one of the worst locations with bad customer service experience. On more then one occasion we've placed orders on the app and it will say it's ready by this time and it's not. We usually have to wait an additional 15 minutes. Also, they have they messed up our orders plenty of times, but it is just my husband and I, so no biggie. It wasn't until this last time that I was furious. We had family in town and we all wanted wings. We placed a large order of 50 wings, fries, veggie sticks and dips. Drove home, we're all extremely hungry and there was no ranch for our large order. Really? We all the the dips when we eat wings. I immediately call the store and they have it forwarded to voicemail. Come on! I know it's dinner time but you are in the food industry, deal with it. So since no one answered, we drove back and waited for someone to ask if we needed help. Finally told them our issue and they were like "are you sure?" Like what the heck. Why would we drive all the way back just because?! We told them, we'd also like a partial refund because by the time we get home our food will be cold. The lady just said "do you want the refund or ranch?" I said both. She said she couldn't do both. She called her manager Dustin, who is rude! He said he would only refund the ranch (Wow) and give us a 10% discount on our future order. Who the hell would order from them again? Not me. We persisted on a refund he said no, I gave you the refund on the dips and dips that's more then enough. We left furious! I later called again to see if I could speak to the GM and conveniently only our "friend" Dustin was there. He placed me on a long hold after I asked him for the corporate number, just to tell me to look online. Which I knew but I wanted it from the GM. I did submit my complaint and I'm waiting to hear back. Just a heads up, don't order online. Maybe if you are willing to wait, order at the store to check your food. read more

This place is absolutely filthy. Flies everywhere. Everything is sticky and gross. We ended up leaving and eating in our car because I was so grossed out. They should be embarrassed to even have this place open. Sadly, the food was actually good. read more

Place is garbage, I went here after work just to wait 1 hour for my meal. Waited so long they ran out of ice. The whole place smells like a restroom so you know not to eat there. They know they take 1 hour plus per hour and yet won't warn customers about the extremely excessive wait. Just don't come here if you want a decent meal McD's wouldn't been better at that point read more

The food is good, but... the place is filthy and there is always at least an hour long wait on wings. Every time I order, I order online and at least an hour ahead and for a specific time. Even with that, they rarely have my order ready on time and it's right only about half the time. The place could really use some better management. read more

They're trying, I guess. Food took 40 mins from when we ordered but it was correct. 15 wings. They must be severely understaffed as there were so many kitchen orders up and unbussed tables. Going on 30-45 mins for finished food sitting at empty tables. Womens restroom door didn't lock at all plus it was filthy. Toilet horrible and floors slick as snot. Wouldn't be surprised if they close this location soon. read more

Went last night with my bff and the cashier, Angie, was awesome! She was very friendly, outgoing and working hard. In fact, the whole staff was non stop busy. We ordered for dine in and the food was ready in a reasonable time and was hot and yummy! This visit definitely deserves 5 stars but only have it 4 for overall combined experiences (Wingstop, in generally, really struggles with quality and food prep time) read more

Wingstop - Saddest wings ever. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Corpus Christi, Texas

I have been to and ordered from a lot of different Wingstop but the one in Calallen is by far the WORST one I have ever been to. Put in my order online and got a time of 58 to 63 minutes after my order. Okay, cool no problem there. Where I have the issue is when I am told it will be an additional 30 to 40 minutes on top of the time which was about 68 minutes after the order okay not happy but I can deal with that. I come back now 130 minutes later from my original order and then get told that it will be another 30 to 40 minutes from that time, yeah not happening--worst service worst everything. I don't recommend you have a better shot just order your wings from the Wingstop in Corpus or Portland or Kingsvilles to get a more accurate time. If I could give this place zero stars I would but I have to give something so they get 1 star. read more

I have been craving Wingstop for so long and finally decided to visit this location to get some. Sadly, my craving will have to wait. This wings were overcooked, barely seasoned. The fries were soggy and practically soaked in what tasted like weeks old grease. Been really disappointed in this location for a long time. Owner needs to see this and retrain or hire a whole new team. read more

Food is never in time when they say it will be. Service is friendly enough for corpus.

Worst wingstop I have ever visited!!! we will never spend money at this location ever again. Food was burnt, and just terrible!! I have no clue how someone in their right mind would think it's absolutely okay to serve burnt food to a paying customer. Don't waste your money!! do read more

First time at this location. I will have to say that the service is better here than the one in San Antonio I visited last month. The place was clean , the staff was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner and was exactly what we had ordered. The Lemon pepper were tasty and the Cajun seasoning was a little hotter than the Original ones. Overall a great place to grab some wings. The only thing is the vinegar taste is extremely strong on the Cajun flavor. Veggies we're nice and crisp read more

Takes forever to get food. Waited for almost two hours before I received it. Do not recommend.

I've been going to this wingstop for years, and I just had the worst experience I've had at this wingstop. I ordered my food online and waited an hour to go pick up, and at the restaurant I arrived to about 10-20 people angry that their orders haven't been done yet. I had to wait another hour just for my order to be ready. When I left, they forgot to put a 52oz of lemonade on my order, but I did go back to get it. When I finally got home, the wings were barely seasoned with bbq sauce. I paid $29 for this order and it was not worth it. I was just frustrated with it all. I wish I could get some of my money back from this order. There was also lots of other people that were angry because their orders were wrong as well. All those people and I deserve something for waiting that long for our orders to be ready and for getting our orders wrong as well. read more

The wait is entirely to long for wings. Wingstop is the only place where you have to wait over an hour to get wings. they do not know how to handle a high flow of customers and it's sad read more

I placed an online order. Went to pick it up. Came home and they didn't put my order of fries. I called their location and asked for a refund of just my fries. I didn't want to drive back in 5pm traffic to pick it up. They put me on hold to get the manager. Called back finally spoke to the manager. They said they could give me credit for another day. I told no thank you. I wasn't sure when I'd order again. I asked for a refund of just the fries. Never received a refund from them. This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars!! This is the WORST Wingstop order I've ever received!!! This was my first and will certainly be my last time getting anything from this Wingstop location. I ordered a 6 piece wings combo (Louisiana rub flavor and requested the wings be well done) with Cajun seasoned fries and was HIGHLY disappointed!!! Both the wings and fries were NOT seasoned at all or had any flavor. Not sure if they ran out of seasoning or just didn't care to get my order right but everything was completely plain. The wings were not well done like I requested and the 6 piece I ordered was actually a 5 piece. I tried to eat it but ended up throwing the whole order away. This was a complete waste of money!! I will NEVER EVER EVER order from this Wingstop location again and I strongly recommend you don't either, especially if you value your money and quality of food. read more

Great customer service and got order pretty fast! Thanks for my free cajun fried corn!

I'll start by saying that the food is no different than any other Wingstop, so that is not the real issue I had. What really put me off were the employees. They seem like mostly young kids that don't seem well managed. A guy behind us gave his name as "Frank" so they could identify his order. The kid at the register giggled and said, "Frank the Tank". As a portly gentleman that the kid obviously didn't know, Frank didn't look amused. Also this place closes at midnight and we left by 9:45 pm...but that didn't stop the employees from trying to get a head start by stacking chairs around us while we ate, rolling garbage cans around us, and spraying cleaner near our food. They left half the dining area open, but I'm not certain why they don't just do the whole thing at the end. It deprives late customers of places to sit and is highly unprofessional to clean the dining area when there are still diners. Higher end places would never tolerate this. Also the employees paused to converse with a group in the corner for several minutes while cleaning. read more

The food was ok but the service was terrible. I asked for our table to be wiped down and the cashier up front asked someone to clean it. That person answered her with " I can't, I am busy right now." she answered back " excuse me for being too busy to do your job." She then pick up a towel and storms from the back and walks mad to our table and proceeds to wipe down our table with an ugly attitude. She walks to the back slamming a door on her way back to the register. My wife forgot to get the cups for the drinks so she walks back to ask the same cashier for our cups. She rolls her eyes turning her face not looking at my wife while handing her the cups. My wife goes to the restroom and sees writing on the wall that makes it very evident that this young lady at the cash register has a bad attitude. I will post picture of the writing if allowed to. The writing said, "Manager, Hate you, Attention the B***h In Register Sucks....B***h, troll. I think that's what was written. We ordered an extra order of fries during our stay and they took 20 mins to make them. They had not even started to make them when we asked about them. The place was not full. We received the fries and after about 15 mins a young man that was an employee, came to our table on his way out from his shift and told us he remind them of our order when he saw it had been there for a while and he told us they ignored him. Last complaint...the restrooms were horrible. read more
