It was so good. I decided to try the cajun meal deal, and it was INCREDIBLE. So fresh, so juicy, and so full of flavor!! This was my first time trying the sandwich and it completely blew my non existent expectations out of the water. After calling me "bruh" multiple times she walked off while saying "UGH! oh my god!" After an hour wait the delivery driver rudely called and said she was not delivering the food due to distance. ( Distance was accepted at the time of order) I called 2 x to speak with a manger, the manager was too busy to speak according to an employee but ensured me manager was working on my order and would call back with a solution. I don't get with these places and the operators. They all end up the same. I was high on this one from the get go. Was great at first, good location, good wings, portions, and fries. It's a shame. They still have excellent wings, good portions and the corn is very good. But the fries are just horrible. Soggy and raw. They have a selector on the app to get well done/more crispy fries but I am convinced they don't even acknowledge it. I order extra crispy fries every time and they come out inedible soft and soggy to me. I can't even imaging what they would be if you didn't select the extra well done fries. Makes no sense. If this choice had any impact they'd be raw if you didn't choose it. Can't eat here anymore and haven't been because of it. Why on earth with a limited menu would they care so little about getting something they are so capable of having the best of, so wrong. Wing town down the street is better overall and where we are going because they are more consistent and make it the way I order. When done right I much prefer wing stop over wing town, but this one like all the rest can't (actually won't because when they opened they proved the could) get the fries right, or even close. This location when it first opened was not to bueno. Had problems with accuracy and time. The last 4 orders have been perfect no errors. Todays order they gave my husband the wrong order, other than that the order was accurate and on time. Still incredibly delicious! Finally I think they are getting their act together. Made the order online. Website informed me that the order would be available in 58-63 minutes. Arrived about 50 minutes after placing the order. As I approached the cashier he answered the phone (at this time, I'm the only one in line) and proceeded to take a very long order. About 5 minutes later there is now a line of us.
