This location has some really bad service! I've had at least 3 bad experiences at this location and today made number 4! I used to frequent this location due to its proximity to my home but on 3 separate occasions (2 Super bowl events and one personal meal), I decided to stop supporting. I've had cold chicken, overcooked chicken, and incorrect orders given to me which is frustrating! I decided to give this location another chance for my 2021 NYE dinner. I called around 1pm to verify business hours and order placing guidelines. Once I confirmed everything and decided on my order, I called back around 1:20pm and placed an order for a 50 piece combo. I should've known something was off because BOTH times that I called, the worker simply answered "hello". There was no indication that I was calling a business at all. Thankfully, I could hear the workers in the background, along with the phone ringing, or else, you would not have known you had called a well-known eating establishment. I verified that I had called Wingstop then gave the gentleman my order. He read it back to me, along with my name and number to confirm. After confirming, I asked if my order could be ready for pickup at 7pm and he said, "yes". He thanked me and ended the call. I arrived around 6:40pm to pay and wait for my 7pm pickup. I went to the counter to pay and the gentleman assisting me asked for my name. I gave it to him and he read me an order that wasn't mine. I informed him that it was the wrong order and he proceeded to look for my order, only to inform me that, "I don't see an order for ***". Of course, I'm upset because I placed the order over 5 hours ago and the restaurant was now very busy. I asked him what the wait would be and he said "40 minutes" before being corrected by a co-worker and changed it to "45 minutes". There was no apology offered. No empathy shown. No gesture made or attempt given to rectify a mistake that was CLEARLY made by Wingstop. Instead of making a scene and ruining my night, I denied placing an order and left. This did nothing more but confirm that I will NEVER return to this location. HORRIBLE SERVICE, poor communication, and unprofessionalism are just a few words that describe this location that honestly deserves a (negative) -5 star rating. read more

I never had an issue with food at this location. I always order online and when I arrive give or take 30 mins my food is ready. They only fry chicken which takes a while to cook, it does have to reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and French fries. So, in retrospect, if they have eight fryers and they are filled with chicken, and you can't just randomly drop some more in because of temperature differences, then your food will take a while to be completed. I don't understand why so many customers are stupid and impatient when their food takes 30 minutes. Regardless if you ordered a little or a lot, they only have so many fryers and sauce bowls. If you wanted fast food, there's a McDonalds across the street. Customer service wise, I never had an issue, but like I said, I order online. Just order online. Ordered online, as usual, and picked my food up. Order was ready in a timely manner. Customer service was "meh" but my food is warm and ready on time. I ordered a 15 boneless wings (aka chicken nuggets lol) 8 original hot and 7 lemon pepper. I would like to add a thing or two about the people who attend this location. I wouldn't consider them the most considerate / polite people. For example, when I went last night, there was a person parked next to a curb area marked with RED paint. They serve fresh dishes for reasonable rates, there are no long waits even when the place is full. The lemon pepper wings were DELICIOUS... We showed up when they had just opened so had the advantage of no crowd. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because it's kinda small on the inside. The wait is about 15 minutes for every time I visited and the staff is friendly. Parking is plentiful. I agreed with the service choices, great job guys. The food was delicious and fresh. Son had the plain and BBQ wings (8 piece orders). I really like the flavor of Wing Stop chicken, but just wish the wings were bigger. As always, the fries are delicious! So out of all the wing stops I've gone to this is the one with the best wings to me... I don't know who they have cooking back there but OMG they can season and cook the heck outta some wings! A lot of places have dry wings, but they have a nice balance of seasoning and grease/oil that keeps the chicken from being to dry.... Rude as hell. The lady tried charging me twice and then proceed to say my card was declined, so I called the bank and they told me they locked it due to it being suspicious activity. While I was waiting and calling the bank the cashier girls were giving me the nastiest looks. After I got off the phone with my bank, I continued to pay and it went through. My experience was HORRIBLE. The wings were dry like beef jerky with hardly any sauce. The fries were dark brown which means they were probably fried in old oil. I live close to this particular wing stop and have been there quite a few times. Recently, the chicken has been undercooked and not very flavorful. I have to ask for the chicken to be cooked well done and it still isn't. Today, I also ordered the Cajun corn and that was dry and overcooked.
