There are pictures of wings and fries so I'm not going to post more. I feel they have the better wings on the west side. They are fried without the batter which is the way I like them. They have a sauce called Mike mix which can be different every time due to how they mix all the sauces together. Typical sports bar theme many tv's with sports and they have a nice bar which was built several years ago when they got the ice cream shop years ago. Service is usually good but you can tell new waitresses when they can't multi tasks or glance at the table to see if you need refills or done eating. But I will keep coming back and drive to this location since I like this place.

We had known the place existed because we had friends who played volleyball there (they have a sand volleyball court next to the restaurant), but had never had the occasion to stop by. This place does not pretend to be anything else besides what it is - an unpretentious, locally-owned/locally-serving bar/restaurant where you know exactly what you'll get. I loved the old signage on the walls and the overall vibe. It's just a straight-up local comfort joint. Food was not anything to write home about but it also was exactly what I was looking for, if that makes sense; filling, short-order breakfast fare. I'm not coming to a place like Peewee's looking for bold gastronomic experiences - I want strong coffee and fatty breakfast food. Apparently Peewee actually came out from the kitchen as well and was greeting and joking with some of the regulars - super cool to see. On the whole, had a great experience here, and would definitely come back.
