Of course wings would be the perfect food choice to see the Warriors sweep the CAVS, but I was not satisfied. I asked for Garlic Parmesan and BBQ flavors. I love going to Wingstop. We are regulars every 2wks ever since we immigrated. My kids requested to have Wingstop today 11/03/19 between 5:40-6:05pm for dinner and so off we went. I met my son and his dad at Wingstop after their movie date. There were two cashiers at first when I came in then when we decided what my kids want, I and their dad went in line.. we patiently waited for our turn on the line that I thought was for dine in. Because the other line says, "order ahead.. pick up or so to that effect. " and I thought that's that. The male specie who was behind the cash register called the customer that was on line on the "order ahead.. pick up line.." I immediately told him that we were first than them and we were already waiting.. but he insisted of taking them first and says that they have to be served first. Ok. I just looked at him in fcking disbelief! I just left the line and their dad uttered something. And last that I heard was, he s going to take our orders. I said fcking never mind. I m fcking pissed. I couldn't tell you what the food was like as I never got a chance to eat it. After only having one cup of juice the entire day I was really hungry. I entered Wing Stop after 4 pm. I've only eaten at one other Wingstop in my entire life, but for some reason I was craving wings. I went in, placed my order, and asked how long until it's ready. They told me 18 to 20 minutes. I'd forgotten how long these things take to prepare. I was starving. So I hesitated for a moment then decided to wait, since I had a craving for it. To kill a little time, I went to check out a nearby store and was back in 5 minutes. I sat down and waited. After waiting approximately 10 to 15 minutes, I went over to the girl at the counter and asked if she had my name as I didn't recall giving it to her and wanted to make sure I'd be called when the food was ready. She confirmed she had my name and said yes they will call me when the food is ready. I went back and sat at my table. I was killing time on my phone and I kept looking over periodically to see if someone would be calling me. Granted at this time of day the place was not crowded. There were only a handful of customers at any given time. It was obvious they could see where I was sitting. When I checked the time, I had been waiting for about 45 mins! I walked over to the counter and politely asked if my food was ready and mentioned how long I'd been waiting. The woman checked the orders that were bagged and sitting on the side counter and saw that my food had been sitting there for awhile. By then the food was cold! No one bothered to call me when my food was ready. As a matter of fact, I told the girl when I placed the order that I will be dining in, yet they bagged my food as if it were for pickup. Needless to mention I was pissed. I lost 45 mins out of my day when I was absolutely starving. I asked for a refund. They apologized in a very lackluster manner. So I am not a big yard bird fan to begin with but if a place has boneless I'll eat it. We first walk in to this place located inside of a mall just as you walk in. The first thing I notice is explicit music with such lyrics as follows of "I just left the bank-smoking on some dank- giving her that D"....what the actual hell are you playing especially with family and kids around. That alone will keep me from ever stepping foot in to one of this places again. We stood in a line alone with one girl counting money and the young person pacing back and forth like he had to pee but finally decided to work with us. Let's start with the ordering process as my girlfriend by my side had to repeat her order three times because the young person working the register couldn't hear over the music or was completely incompetent. She was done finally and said that's all for me so the young person gave a total without asking is that all for you or asking me what I wanted. Anyone would know the meal combo she got wouldn't feed two people so I had to say I'm we are together and paying together. Do I now exhaust especially standing at her side??? Our meals take just over 22 minutes from when we finished ordering to the time we picked it up which seemed awfully long for frying yard bird and dipping in sauce. It's pretty pricey for a place where you do all the work and grab your own utensils but this world is getting lazy and has a true lack of customer service these days. The meal was not something I would recommend out of a choice amongst friends but the flavor on the food was bearable except the lemon pepper which literally had butter oozing off when it was picked up with fork. Too much for me and I love butter. The corn was amazing but extremely over priced for five tiny slices that were about a quarter size of an actually corn on the cob. I'm also posting a picture I took in bathroom because someone else decided to walk in as I was in there because it doesn't lock from the inside and no vacancy sign to specify otherwise which was annoying. It didn't take long until my order was ready for pick-up, however, I had to wait like an additional 15 minutes for my order to be handed to me. (There were plenty of other orders to be picked up so that is understandable) I ordered a chicken sandwich and the Cajun meal deal chicken sandwich. (I wanted to try something new aside from their wings, which I prefer to be boneless) Total was $22.23. The sandwiches were decent I suppose. Just super salty. I didn't like that the Cajun chicken sandwich patty was too crispy for me on the edges. It doesn't need to be crispy. Cajun fries are a salty mess as expected. The blue cheese dressing doesn't drown out the saltines at all. The blue cheese dressing tastes salty too. It sucks that I developed a stomach ache from the all salt content or whatever the heck is in these fries and sandwiches. Thankfully I am okay. I don't think I'll ever order from WingStop ever again. Service was quick but overall, it's the quality of food and additives that are an issue, just like Panda express. The price of what I paid for the food was a rip off. The young man who was the night shift manager was pleasant but you could tell he was alarmed by the number of people waiting for their food. You guys are doing a tough job, and routinely get treated poorly, but how in the high holy sunshine did the management leave you out to dry like this?
