Ok so I loveeee Wingstop so excited they are in Brandon. However, this would be my 4th and final time ordering from here. First off the young lady who answers the phone and takes orders has no knowledge of the place. Since the first time I ordered my wings were undercooked so I asked how long do you normally cook the wings, she replied "hold on" took forever to come back then said 20mins. So I was like ok how long for extra crispy even though I had no idea how you cook wings for 20 mins and they still soft. She then takes a loud deep breath and screams to the cooks "how long y'all fry extra crispy" after repeating that a few more times in my ear to the cooks she then gave me an answer. I'm gonna need her to know that already. And not act like I'm on her nerves. Next couple times I go in for pick up, they always have no idea who you are and what you ordered even after giving them your name and order. She always seems to be searching for it in the dungeon of wing orders and asking the cooks where it is, have you asking yourself "did I call the right one?"and then BOOM she finds your order from somewhere unknown before you get ready to walk out. Now last night I placed an order at 8:05, she said it'll be a 35 min wait. I'm like ok, I understand covid has it backed up. I get to the store at 8:51 of course she can't find my order ask me my name like three times and ask the cooks which they all look confused. Then she finally comes to me and says "it's not ready yet ma'am". I go next door cause hubby got Chicago best burger (amazing food by the way). Come back it's now 9:06 she asks the cooks again while there's also 10 people in the lobby with sad faces asking the same questions. The cooks are at this point literally cursing each other out looking for other people's orders. I mean "F" word this and more. In front of all the customers like "show me where the F it is then". She comes back and says "it'll be 20 mins. "...Hold up, that's like an hour and a half total. She says "we're 10 tickets behind.". At this point I told her you all need to say that when people are placing orders over the phone. I walked out and I don't plan on going back. I'll continue to drive to Hillsborough and eat my wings in the car on the drive home. The staff at this location needs organization. A little order, discipline and class would be great! read more

Wingstop food is good, especially the atomic flavor, HOWEVER the store in Brandon, FL needs new management. They never have the order on time . They are at least 10-15 late all the time. I no longer go there, for recently they acted disrespectfully by serving walk-in customers before me while my order was already 15 minutes late. read more

Great wings and great prices we tried 4 flavors the lemon pepper are amazing. The size of the wings are good and they have a good crisp to them.. fries were also very good. I will definitely be making this my go to wing place. Girls were very friendly as well. Great place highly recommend trying this place read more

What a horrible experience, first it started with an extra 20 minute wait on top of our 40 minute wait time for our order of 40 wings. But the customer service was atrocious and no one was there to help. Our order was 10 wings short so really we paid $36 for a $28 order and we never got any sort of reimbursement other than "store credit." Great, store credit to a shop that I'll be sure to avoid like the plague. Do not EVER eat here unless you like wasting money and scantly clad wings with barely enough flavor to discern what exact wing type you're devouring. God awful. Never again. STAY AWAY. read more

Horrible. I've been to Wingstop before (other locations), but this one is the worst in the Tampa Bay area. Either the order is wrong or they over-estimate how long it will take leaving customers with cold food. The kitchen is a mess. They seem understaffed and overwhelmed. I ordered online later at night and it said it'd be here in 30 mins... 30 mins passes it says they're still preparing the food and my poor driver is sitting there waiting ... another 25 mins and they finally finished preparing the food it's a late Sunday night so I really doubt they were backed up... we finally got our food way past the time they gave us, and the order is completely wrong too! I ordered a 10 piece combo and only got 8 pieces and they weren't even the right flavors I ordered they were completely wrong ! How are you going to give me less wings that I payed for and give me the completely wrong flavors?? Then the fries look like they were cut by a 3rd grader. Half of the fries were sliced very thin and that was fine but the other half were literally like half a potato like quadruple the size of the other fries (bigger than steak fries) I wouldn't have minded except the giant fries weren't even cooked all the way through they were basically raw in the middle. I am very very disappointed in this location and sadly won't be visiting wingstop anymore there is plenty of other great wing places around Brandon you should go somewhere else. read more

My fiancé and I decided to try this place for the 1st time Friday night. Between the wood decor, TVs and people talking it was very loud in there. Service was slow and the waitress screwed up my order. Maybe she didn't hear what I exactly ordered due to the noise level. My fiancé order chicken wings with celery. They charged $1 for the celery and at one of the pieces was brown like it was going bad. Not a place we plan on going back to. read more

So I called early today to give them a $300 order in advance. Wanted to give them time to prepare the order when they opened at 11 AM. So I called at 10:24 AM and the general manager told me they couldn't take my order and they didn't start cooking till 11 AM. I explained that I understood that they did not start cooking till 11 AM but I wanted to give them the order in advance. They refused to take my order. Just an absolutely terrible experience. Shocking, really. I've worked in restaurants for 20 years and have never experienced anything so unprofessional and embarrassing. The team was lazy and dirty and loud and cursing. You could hear it through the whole dining room. I believe it was the manager who was cursing, too. They were so backed up with checks, but also appeared to not really be working at all. They were frustrated with the amount of work ahead of them, but no one was doing any work to get themselves out of it. People waiting in the dining room visibly upset at the wait. Guests calling in to speak with a manager and the manager telling a team member "you're a manager now" so he wouldn't have to deal with it. No team member wearing gloves. Wiping their dirty saucy hands on their shirts and moving onto the next task. Just a shocking display of unprofessionalism. I had placed my order online, already paid for it, and I told the team member to just not even worry about it, cause there was a 0.0% chance I was eating that food. If I was the owner/general manager/franchisee, I would have parted ways with every single employee that was working that night. When I came into the store there were only two people ahead of me. I watched five people come in and place orders after me and receive their orders before me. There were a couple more that ordered online or over the phone, so I had a little more grace about them getting their food before me. There was another customer that called in to place an order while I was there. She was on hold for so long that she had time to get in her car and drive to the store. She was literally still on hold when she got to the store. She said she had been waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. Needless to say, she was as pissed as I was. The young lady working the register was less than friendly. Another employee tried her best to work the register along with doing other tasks, while the other young lady did nothing. She even asked her to come up to help. Kudos to that one employee that did as much as she could. You guys need to get it together. This by far is the worst Wing Stop experience I've ever had. I placed my order at 3:14pm and didn't receive it until 4pm. Reading the reviews, I see that this is a regular experience amongst the customers at this location. I LOOOOVE Wingstop, when I lived in Tampa, i went to the one off of Dale Mabry HWY . It was great . So i was excited when they opened one here in Brandon where i currently reside, both my man & i were actually very excited. The food is greatttt, however, the service there is just way too slow. I placed an order online and i still had to wait 20 minutes when i got there after already waiting 15-18 beforehand like i was told on the website. To continue on, they gave us wrong number of wings & then we're told it will only take 5 mins for the extra to come out. we then waited longer than that, so our food was getting cold (more worried about our fries honestly). This one girl was really nice tho about everything & seemed caring about our situation, but the others, talked to us as if it was our fault we got the wrong number wings. On top of that, my man went there on his lunch break from work the other day, and basically took up his whole lunch shift JUST by waiting on food... he waiting 40mins for his food. It's ridiculous. I love WingStop, I'll most likely still go there, just on a VERY slow day so im not waiting... lol. Hopefully this is only because they are fairly new in the area & this gets resolved. read more

Got to the restaurant and ordered. The food took about 30 minutes to come out. The two cooks in back were cussing each other out, very unprofessional. We recieved our food it was cold and the wings we were given were 20 literal wings. The actual wing with zero meat, done extra crisp. 30$ for that meal and it was trash. Eaten wing stop numerous times and the last few times this location is disappointing. Not the wing stop quality we are use to. read more

First of all the cashier who took my order could not have gotten it more wrong. I asked for my wings to be extra crispy and when I looked at my receipt there is no note that they needed to be extra crispy. I also asked for my sauce on the side NOT on the wings. Secondly, there were several people that came in after me and ordered that got their order before mine. I ordered the 10 classic combo. I got 8 wings and 11 french fries. My drink wasn't even the right size. Lastly, I don't know who does their PPE training but the cashier kept handling her facemask to pull it over her nose and then handled my debit card. There wasn't even any hand sanitizer at the counter that I could wipe down my card with after she handled it. My visit was on 12/4/2020 at 1:19 pm and the cashier was Shadaila. I honestly would rather just go wing house or BWW so I know they get my order right and I don't have to wait 45 minutes for my order. At 1 in the afternoon, it wasn't even the lunch rush, and they couldn't get my order right. I wasn't the only person who complained about their order because some heavy set woman came in and went all Karen on them about her order. I waited until now to write this review to give it a few days to think about before saying anything. In the end, if I am going to spend 13.01 for wings, fries, and a drink I expect them to at least be able to count the number of wings I paid for correctly and to give me more than 11 french fries. read more

The food here is always good. With that being said the attitudes of the staff is awful. To the point where we will probably be taking our business back to the other wing stop we use to go to. It took us 30 minutes to get our food!! It was slow and people behind us got theirs before us. Then when they brought us our food they said your missing two fries will be right back. 5 minutes went by and we had to ask. I feel like if we didn't ask we wouldn't have gotten any. I also always ask for an extra side of sauce and it is literally missing every single time. When I tell them hey I'm missing my sauce they always cock attitude and claim I didn't when it's literally on my receipt?!? I paid 99 cents for it every time and it's always missing and then when I do get it they don't even fill it all the way. Theirs to much bad attitude for decent customer service. So we'll take our business back to our usual wing stop who has the best customer service and aren't on their cell phones. read more

This place needs to be managed better. I ordered over the phone and was told 20 minutes . It took another 20 minuets of waiting to get a 6 piece combo. I arrived at my hotel and found the wings we're overcooked ,dry , greasy and I had a container full of oil. I figured it took so long because the wings would be cooked and sauced correctly. Was I wrong, what they handed me after waiting that long was not even edible. I took it back which further was a waste of my time. I was given my money back. There are at least 7 people working there and the whole experience was unprofessional. I can't say they were rude but this Wingstop could use better food , management and customers service . I was asked over three times while I waited my name and what i ordered . I want to mention this was my second time here and it pretty much was the same minus the food not being edible. The food was good but the wait was long. I always order the 6 piece which shouldn't take almost an hour. Get it together guys read more

Do not waste your time, food is nothing exciting and over priced. I went with my wife for dinner at 8:55 pm. We ordered separately because I am travelling on business. Her order was placed first and mine was immediately to follow. She got her food first as expected and I waited for mine. Another couple that came in after us by about 15 minutes had also got their food. When i went to the counter to inquire the employee wanted to ignore me. When they checked on my order one of the employees said she had it. I sat down and waited until 9:38 pm before my food was ready. I asked to speak to the manager he told the employee to tell me he would be with me when he could. I waited about another 5-10 minutes before he came out. Their rush was clearly over and he just didn't want to talk to me. When I explained the situation and showed him the receipt he made no effort to rectify the situation other that he would "hook me up the next time." I will never return, so no need to hook me up.
