I walked in and the first thing I notice is a bunch of people waiting for their food. The second thing I notice is one of the employees in the back on his cell phone instead of having a sense of urgency to do anything about the waiting customers. The girl who took the order was not friendly whatsoever, the only time I saw her smile was when her friend walked in, Possibly a coworker who was off, because she handed him four large cups when he asked for them. The employees were playing music in the back which Is fine except it seemed as if they thought it was a place to hang out and mess around instead of a place of business. It was explicit music which i am personally not offended by but I can see how that can be unsettling to some guests. I am a store manager myself and I would be embarrassed if my staff were behaving like that. We won't be coming back to this location. I usually do not write reviews, I would mostly throw the food away and go buy something else but with the way things are going now a days I am going to give my opinion so others don't run into my issues. I almost never have a problem with the Wingstop in Beaumont but yesterday was amazing, I ordered lemon pepper well done and garlic Parmesan regular, it's suppose to be 2 separate orders. I get my food and there are 2 orders of fries in my bag that I did not order. I have those back and when I walked out to my car I checked my bag and saw only one box in there. I walked back inside, showed them the order on my phone and the kid behind the counter lifted up the top layer to show me both orders in one box. I can live with that so I go back out to my car and look it over one more time and this time saw that both orders were well done. I go back inside and let the fellas know again that the order was wrong, I told them that they were both lemon pepper. I was informed that the top order was garlic but the forgot to put the Parmesan on and he asked if I wanted him to sprinkle Parmesan on it. I told him to remake the Parmesan, which they made right but the kicker was when I got gone, none of it was lemon pepper, both of the original order was done sort of oil but not lemon pepper, confirmed by multiple people.
