I wish I could give a negative rating. the worst restaurant EVER. we called in a take out order at 5:30. were told it would be ready 16-21 minute. we showed up at 6, not ready. we didn't get our food till 6:40. this was take out. one guy came in and ordered at the counter. he got his food in 20 min. only problem there were no wings in his bag. he had to come back and he was mad. as we're waiting another lady came in to complain her order was messed up too. and her chicken was a greasy mess. we had 2 orders of wings but on line we weren't given a choice for 2 sauces. when I got my food the guy says I had to pay extra!! I waited more than an hour and he had the gall to ask me for $1.29 dip. never again. will I set foot in any Wing Stop anywhere. this place needs to be shut down for being so poorly run. read more

This location is terrible. They were "understaffed" so they turned off online orders after I had already placed my timed order for 11:45pm. They began closing early without notifying customers that had orders and my food was made hours before my scheduled time and sat in the store all day. When I asked how long would it be to re make my food since they were "closing", instead of offering to make my food the employee drags on and says "oh it's going to take a good long while, like we might actually be here until 12 if we make it" obviously meaning no one wanted to stay until the actual closing time and make my food which is just terrible customer service. I love Wingstop, but this location gives them a bad reputation. First time I ordered $40+ of food they forgot all the ranch dressing. I had to drive back and get it. Go to one of the other locations...The lady slid the card, walked away, and didn't say anything so I went to make my drinks and sat at the bench waiting 15-20 minutes...and THEN they decided to tell me "hey we have your food right over here this whole time"......Well it would have been nice if someone could've told me something 15-20 minutes AGO!! There were several bags on the counter I am not about to start digging in all of them. "she said she told you"...if she said something to me as I'm walking away and not facing her THEN I DIDNT HEAR HER! If I am sitting there wouldn't you at least say something? I was both happy and sad to see this new location by my gym. I was very hungry before my workout and my healthy snacks that I packed were not cutting it. The order taker was very uninterested in helping me and when I started to say hello when he was ready for me he just cut me off and said "what's your name?" I thought that was a weird way to start a transaction, a greeting would be more pleasant. After taking my order, I went to get my drink. The unsweet tea was empty so water came out. I opted for a Diet Coke since I paid for the drink. I used their restroom which was clean. Then upon going back into the cafe to wait I noticed there was about 4 other people waiting. Realizing I'll probably be waiting a while. I see confusion in the kitchen, a bunch of workers (3) staring at order slips discussing what to do. I wonder how new this location is and how new everyone might be? The station with condiments is pretty bare and dirty looking. I wouldn't want to use any. I get the feeling that because they take phone orders and app orders in addition to dine in (any maybe waitr or Uber eats? they're probably a little busier than they look and maybe a little short staffed. I hope they improve the cleanliness and customer service at this location. My food was good, fries a little over cooked and dark, they probably need to change the grease too. I'll note that the garlic Parmesan wings are very tasty! And i really like their bleu cheese dip. I'd like to see them do well and I'll give them another shot. Also I love that they serve beer. If this place weren't in such a good location I'm sure nobody would ever come here. I ordered food ONLINE, and the expected wait time was 30 minutes. I then proceeded to watch firsthand, utter and pure confusion. People had been waiting for over an hour.I watched multiple people complain about the food being under seasoned, and the only reason I didn't upon inspection was simply because I wanted to go home at this point lol.After about an hour, I had to get up and remind them that I had ordered food because I genuinely don't think they would have ever made my order unless I did so. I am currently sitting in the restaurant, and I couldn't wait one more moment to write a review. The storefront and dining room is bright and inviting. That is where our positive impression ended. There were 3 order takers at the counter. Their body language told us that they were not interested in being on shift. We still decided to go forward with our order hoping the spirit and attitude would improve. We referred the order taker to a family meal mix and match combo advertisement on their wall. After going through the order process and receiving the receipt without the order being called back to us; it seemed we were ordering individual wings! What a surprise. Again, the body language did not improve so we decided to not rock the boat and end up with tainted food. The order taker also decided for us that we would have a to go order. How sweet! The food quality and temperature were great; however with our complaints it was hard to enjoy. There were no utensils at the counter and one of the employees did take some from a box. Her and the order taker were nice enough to put them in the container however the utensils were not wrapped so they touched all the forks and spoons with their dirty screen infested hands! Not to mention that one of them was just seen standing in the kitchen adjusting her hair and playing on her personal germ laden phone. No hand washing to be seen. The WORSE experience with this location. The workers have the nastiest attitudes. Ordered a to go order and the meals were not correct. Call back to inform them of the mistakes and the individual who picked up the phone had an attitude and upset at the caller for their order being wrong? Fries were burnt and tasted like old grease. An entire combo was missing from the the order. Just a horrible experience overall with trying to place an order to go, from picking it up (waited OVER A HOUR), to finding out orders were wrong/missing, food was not fresh at all to say we had to wait so long, and the fact the caught an attitude due to their mistakes. Underwhelming. I tried Classic wings with the Mild and Hawaiian sauces. Hawaiian wasn't bad, but the Mild sauce had zero flavor. The wings are a decent size with plenty of meat on the bones. 8 Classic wings with a side and fountain drink for a little over $11 after tax is very reasonable, and they give you a generous portion of ranch or blue cheese to dip the wings in; I just didn't care for either sauce. The wings were absolutely horrible. They were swimming in oil and the lemon pepper wings weren't all that great. My mom got the plain wings and they tasted like nothing. They should really specify that plain means no flavor at all without even a little salt or pepper. The fries didn't have any flavor either and they tasted just like raw potatoes.
