5-22-2026 19:30 Used a friends phone (same phone this post is coming from because its attached to the order) to call this wing stop after an incorrect order. (1/3 of our order was completely missing) the manager on site was extremely rude and condescending over the phone. Will be contacting corporate offices and filing a complaint on this manager or employee whoever was on the phone. Person on the phone tried to intimidate me by calling me by my friend's name ( insinuating he knew who i was) and then called the phone i was using from his personal number, unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Hands down Wingstop wins the chicken wing wars, I said what I said. Here's why: - the quality of chicken (crispy, fried, not fatty or cheap) - the flavors not up there with another place in town however the quality and consistency is insurmountable - fries win. Did you know you can ask for extra seasoning (shake)? Eating in the restaurant is best in my opinion but the Wingstop experience is solid and consistent every time. Place is quiet, unfortunately no beer but the quality is spot on you can count on that. This location is solid and the staff for the most part are friendly and accommodating. read more

I visited them today and ordered some food. When I received the fries, they were disgusting--there was way too much salt.

Okay this location is really difficult to get into, especially with all the lane changes and current construction. Fridays are ridiculously busy. I ordered 15 minutes ahead and still waited 20 minutes after I arrived for my order. There are no trash cans in sight in the restaurant. I'm assuming they have table/clean up service in you're going to dine in. The wings are great! I love how the flavors are separated in the box. Small things matter & the guy at the counter made sure that I had a cup holder for my 2 drinks to go for pickup order. The action solved my drinks transport issue without me asking them. The regular bone wings for hickory, garlic parmesan & lemon pepper hit the spot after an early morning flight from Denver with no real meals for returning home. read more

This is the wing-stop by my house, and every time i've come here, no matter what time of day and who's working the staff have always been extremely kind and patient. One time I came here with my grandmother and the man at the counter was extremely patient, explained everything and answered all of her questions. My food is on time 99 percent of the time, and is always cooked right. The only times my food has ever been late is when they're busy and the staff have always been apologetic about it. The only thing that puts this place at a disadvantage is the road construction on 290, but it is definitely worth it if you're craving wingstop. read more

I ordered on their app and a door dasher was supposed to deliver it but never did, even though my tracker said it was delivered. I called Wing Stop and asked if anyone had picked my order up and I explained the situation to them. They confirmed that my order was picked up, but instead of telling me it wasn't their problem because a third party was involved, they offered to not only remake my order, but throw in a couple of extra wings and upgrade my fries and drink size. So incredibly kind and willing to make it right even though it was not at all any fault of their own! Fantastic customer service!! read more

I would rather give this location zero stars. I ordered 30 wings for a get together. They only gave me 15 wings. I had to drive around 40 minutes to get to this location so I couldn't drive back to get the rest of the wings because they were going to be just closed by the time I drove all the way back. I called this location multiple times and they never picked up the phone and never responded. I'm out 15 wings and around $20, not to mention the company I had over had nothing to eat. On top of that the service was super slow if you order in store. Nobody was there besides us and they said 20 minutes to get our food. This was my first time at wingstop and the first ever yelp review I've left. Even though I've felt that leaving overwhelmingly negative reviews on customer service is excessive and inconsiderate to the hardworking staff I believe this location has changed my view. when walking in with my family on the Fourth of July what looked like the manager took our order in a very impatient manner and rude tone. That was permissible, however when he humiliated my sister for having a food allergy they needed to be cautious of to the whole staff, and yelled it out for the entire restaurant to hear as if she was some sort of liability, that was when I began to feel fed up. It got even worse when he ordered his minimal staff to do all of the work for our large order while he sat down at one of the tables and watched tv, not helping in any way, and ignoring every customer that came in. Despite our attempts to be understanding of the long wait that is required of an order for an entire family, we waited for a much longer time than any of us could have anticipated, a wait that could have surely been shortened if there was at least one more helping hand. It was also incredibly uncomfortable when another employee sat down with the manager and started menacingly playing with a large lighter facing in our direction. When our order was finally ready, we asked if we were allowed extra ranch because very little sauce was provided for the food we ordered. One of the employees understood and complied , but before we were given the sauce the manager finally got up from his seat just to tell us it was extra. When we asked why, he got defensive, and we simply decided to give up and leave. Unfortunately for us one of the included sauces with our order were forgotten, so we went in to calmly address the issue, and leave as quickly as possible since this location made us feel unsafe. The manager accused us of lying, got defensive, and yelled at and confronted his staff. We did not re enter with the intention of antagonizing anyone and he made us feel incredibly guilty for simply addressing a simple mistake. Was excited for this, finally food near apartments. Have gone 3 times. They totally skimped me every time compared to other wingstops. Chicken is definitely not cooked fresh when you order.
