Gave this new location a shot since I'm close by. The staff were very professional and friendly they were properly staffed in the back and it's a national holiday. This is a small location so seating is limited but they had a couple tables inside and two tables outside. Pros: Staff was prompt with order and finished before the estimated time. Food was perfectly cooked, fries and wings were great. Food was delicious. Cons: They accidentally gave me Cajun seasoning on half my wing order when I ordered the Hot Honey flavor. I like this flavor as well so it wasn't a big deal for me since everything else was on point. They were super busy and I could see they were probably slammed with orders on the holiday but the staff was doing a great job. I'll definitely be back in the near future. read more

This location is horrible. I ordered at 12pm for a 3:15pm pick up, THREE hours ahead. Arrived at 3:15pm only for them to begin preparing it. Never got our food till 4pm. This is absolutely ridiculous. read more

The service and staff have been consistently good. The only issue I have is the food. The wings (especially the flats) have not been consistent with the quality. I prefer flats over drumsticks and it would be so much better if they could crisp the skin on the flats more. I think if they could improve in that department they'd be great! read more

Went in last night (8/19/25) at 10pm staff was friendly and interactive (not just a zombie at the register) and it took exactly 15 minutes for our order to be ready we came home and ate everything was great until this morning. My boyfriend wakes up with food poisoning. This isn't the first time we eat at this location and he gets sick but seeing as it's been a while since we been here we figured we'd give it another shot. Last time he got food poisoning here it was mild but this time it was so much worse. He's been puking like crazy feeling sick all day. He always gets just garlic parm and has gotten sick. I don't get garlic Parmesan ever (I just don't like it) and don't get sick so, not sure if their garlic parm seasonings are expired or what but just be careful with their garlic parm flavor. As far as the food and taste go it's your standard wing stop, but I have ordered quite a few times from this wing stop and they have never gotten my order right! It's sad that I have to pull out everything at the counter just to make sure what i ordered was there l. Not counting to make sure all the wings are there just making sure everything I ordered was in the bag. I can't have it delivered because both times it was wrong. We ordered a chicken sandwich and bone in wings. The sandwich was dry and tough to chew. The wings were overcooked and tough to chew as well. This is the second time that we have experienced this problem at this particular location out of 3 visits....if you are really craving wingstop you are better off taking the time to travel to the Merced location. Normally we would not waste time with a negative review but the food has been so egregiously subpar that we feel we need to warn others. Buyer beware! read more
