This is a great location please ignore those ignorant people saying negative things. The staff here are always so helpful they always make you feel welcomed and they make sure the food comes out nice in fresh. Even when it's packed you can see how much work they put in the make sure customers are satisfied. I can't stand the ignorance in people you guys only have negative things to say but can't you guys see how hard they work I mean you don't have to ask you can see how much they put in to make sure every single customer is happy. I'm really happy with this location the customer service here is great. These young employees have been trained right always greeting us when we come in and thanking us for coming when we leave. I was here this past Saturday ordering some wings for the big game and it was very busy but even then the Jonathan and mariana I believe those were their names. They were doing their best to take care of all customers. I highly appreciate their hard work I will especially because some customers are just rude even when they see how busy they are. People like me understand and have patients when we see a busy place and the employees are doing their best ignorant people only know how to pash a place so again thank you for your hard work! read more

Jonathan is one of the best staff I have ever experienced at ANY food establishment. He works here 24/7 or at least it seems Like he does and every time I've been here he's either making sure the restaurant is clean or taking care of customers. Restaurant is very clean and neat looking you can definitely tell the staff here takes good care of this location. Even if it's new I've experienced other places where they don't even last 2 months before the place starts getting dirty. Maybe the food seems to taste better because of these facts. A great place to dine in and enjoy the food and the environment as well. This location doesn't compare to other Wingstop's it's just a way better and more happy feeling coming here. read more

I was there last night and Jonathan had some customer service that I wasn't ready for! He welcomed me in with a big smile and quickly started taking my order. He made sure that everything that I order was out fresh and on time and when the food was ready he helped me by opening the door on my way out. I highly recommend this location it's oh and I can't forget to mention that this young man keeps this restaurant spotless the whole time I was there he didn't stop cleaning and with such great customer service from Jonathan. I just want to say amazing. There's not many places that make you feel like you matter or like your family but here was a woman who made me feel like family. I can admit I can be much because I have a big family and my orders get rather let's say overwhelming. But Ms.Cristella treated me like family relating to me and my family. Horrible! I had a terrible experience with Wingstop regarding a prepaid graduation order. Despite ordering and paying online in advance, my order wasn't ready when I arrived at the restaurant for pickup. The staff claimed my order wasn't in the system, even after I showed my online confirmation. They only started preparing my order after I arrived, making me late for my event. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service. Will not be returning. read more

What a wonderful experience I had this Saturday at this Wingstop the two young cashiers with facial hair were very nice and friendly. Although that one bigger girl with glasses that took my order over the phone was rude I still give this location 5 stars only because when I was served by the two young men they were very nice to me and every other customer. I've eaten at alot of wingstops and this location is by far the best. Food is delicious and is worth the wait on busy times,Diego,one of the cashiers there is one nice fella and helpful. I do love this location the staff is always to nice and friendly. I also can't get over how clean this Wingstop has been kept props to that! The only thing that can be improved a lot is the timing if orders but yet again I guess it's understandable considering how busy busy they get.
