Wings are always delicious and well cooked. Service is great staff is nice and friendly

I am a regular customer at the Arcola Wingstop and visit this location about four times a month. This is actually the first time I've had an issue, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I ordered my usual 10-piece lemon pepper bone-in wings with ranch and requested them extra crispy. Unfortunately, the wings were cooked far beyond extra crispy--they were so hard that I could barely eat them. I only managed to eat three wings and still have seven left because they were simply too tough to enjoy. It was a long day, so I didn't call the restaurant until the following day. When I called, I asked to speak with a manager and ended up speaking with the assistant manager. After explaining the situation, I was initially told I could receive a credit. However, that quickly changed to an offer of only 10% off a future purchase. On a $16 order, that's about $1.60. Considering that I was unable to eat most of my meal and had to purchase food elsewhere afterward, I don't feel that a 10% discount is an appropriate resolution. I still have the remaining wings and am willing to bring them back to show that the issue was legitimate. As a loyal customer, I wasn't looking for anything unreasonable--simply a replacement order prepared correctly. I'm hoping to speak with the store manager and get this resolved. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes is what keeps customers coming back. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Arcola, Texas

I have yet to find a lemon pepper wing to release me from the spell I am under from this place. While it is sometimes hit or miss with the way they are fried or seasoned - overall, they SLAP and the cajun corn with lemon pepper seasoning just gives me one more reason to keep them in regular rotation when I need a 'fix'. The fries are good too - and I guess the other flavors are good, I have tried 3, maybe 4 others but my heart is coated in lemon pepper, now and forever!! LOL read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time or money. Go to the one down the street from here. Ordered my food, received the wrong food (they always mess it up) & they basically told me oh well too bad. They won't fix it because it was ordered on DoorDash. & I need to reorder through them. Mind you it takes 30+ mins to do that AND the bag is sealed when you order. So it's not door dash fault, it's theirs. If you want quality of food and service, just go to the Manvel one. read more

I ordered from this location using the Wingstop app and received less than half my food. When I called to resolve the issue, the first person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. The second employee said they'd only refund me if I brought the food back--which makes no sense for a delivery order. Finally, the manager Johnny refused to issue a refund unless I returned what little I received. Terrible customer service all around. I will never order from Wingstop again, especially not this location. read more

Service is horrible, customer service there is a joke. Missing 1 item from my Wingstop online order and couldn't even give me a partial refund. What kind of place can't do a refund for an item that was never received? On top of that they want me to drive to the store and return the whole order for a full refund. What would make me want to drive to the location if the point of doing an online delivery order was to get it delivered. Workers there are useless with no help at all. Don't waste your time here at the Arcola Location on FM521. This place is a joke. Save your money read more

As several other people seem to agree, this place is the worst. They don't care anything about the customer or the orders. We didn't receive half our order and they tried saying that we needed to drive up there to receive a full refund because "policy", that's bull. Then the food we did receive is already cold because of taking to the people for like 30 minutes trying to get a refund. I don't think anyone we spoke to is competent or a manager, they just want your money. They claimed that they didn't deliver half the bag and it was probably sent elsewhere, which is illegal, but they probably just took it for themselves. They don't care anything about your service, only the money. Don't ever order from this place, they absolutely steal your food and don't want to give a refund for anything other than partial, so that's a load of bs and this place is garbage. Stay away, stay away!!! read more

Do not recommend ordering from this Wingstop. I was placed on hold for several minutes, seemingly so they could avoid taking my order!! Very disappointing customer service experience!! read more

Do not order from here! This location will mess up your order and then charge you for the full amount of the order. They refuse to issue a refund which I find very suspect. I received less than half of my order. I was told the other portion must have been mistakenly picked up by another delivery person but I suspect they are reselling orders or taking leftovers home to family. I know auditors who would have a field day with this. Looking forward to exposing and shutting down this location for good. read more

I really wanted some wings and looked for wing places close to me. This location popped up. I never knew this location was here. Since it was the closet location to me I made a online order. My confirmation email stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived it was not quite ready so I prepared my drink. As I finished up making my drink my food came out. This location does not offer sit in dining. They seal your bag with a big green sticker for safety. It's located next to a few other stores in a strip mall try of setup. Overall the wings were good. They are not fried all the way hard so if you like them well done make sure you ask for fully fried. The service was good. The cashier was polite and made sure she gave me my order as soon as it was ready. The establishment was clean and tidy in the front. I did not visit the restroom. I gave this review a 3 because my order was not exactly as I expected. My wings weren't as seasoned as they usually are at other locations and I received the wrong flavor wings for 4 of my 8. This was very disappointing. read more

Guys, I don't know what the reviews are talking about. They are probably bad because they are 1-2 years ago, but I've been going here every weekend with my boyfriend and it's the best. They literally have it ready at the time they said it's going to be ready, the wings are always crunchy and perfect all the time!!!! Literally this is my go to wingstop 24/7. The customers are all well mannered and chill. read more

Tried this place 3 times in a row and every time the wings were plain! The workers don't know if they wanna be thugs or workers and they stay on their phone! I'm done with this place. I'll rather go on shadow creek.. read more

Incompetent employees! I ordered boneless wings and he repeated my order however he charged me for classic. When I checked receipt I asked if he could change them to boneless and he was like my bad and had to call a manager on phone just to change my order. It took 15 minutes and then by the time he finished he said oh we're out of boneless wings. Instead of being apologetic he said, " at this point I don't know how to help you". My son at this point didn't care what kind of wings so we order classic. It took them 45 minutes to get us our order and acted like we were the problem. While sitting there for 45 mins I realized the place smelled like a sewage. Also the employees are unsanitary. Not wearing gloves while preparing food and I saw one employee pick up trash from floor and proceeded to replace lids with same gloves on. This store needs food safety and customer service training. I will be contacting the health departments read more

The food sucks because the management sucks! I've had THREE terrible experiences at this location. I finally decided to speak with someone about it and the staff was rude. The manager defends the rude staff. The quality of food is low because they have no standard of excellence. Save your time and find somewhere to get chicken. read more

Thank you so much to Nathan ,Jasmine, and Anthony for making sure my order was taken care of with the best care and great professional service! If they are working there I promise your order is always right! Thanks Again Guys!! read more

I orders my food online it's been over 40 mins they said it wasn't done do o have the right place I had the email confirmation and everything this is not a good wingstop read more

They gave me a hard time upon pickup, asking for the confirmation number of my online order or the last four of my credit card. When I got home, I realized they had my order all wrong. I had to drive all the way back and let them know. they said they were gonna remake my order and that it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed and my order was finally ready. I asked for a refund because I wasted time driving to and from wing stop and they had gotten my order wrong and were taking longer than they told me it would take. They began processing my refund. I stopped them to ask if I would still be getting my wings, and the cashier told me "not if you get a refund." The whole reason I was asking for a refund was because I wanted some sort of compensation for their mistakes. Instead, I got shitty service and a whole lot of attitude. My order that was supposed to have been originally ready at 8:45pm ended up being ready at 10:00pm. Utterly ridiculous. Never coming back. read more

Food was good the service was horrible will not be going to that location anymore young man with a power trip and it wasn't just me that was having this problem it was a lot of ppl dissatisfied with the service of the young man Joesph that was working that day 09/21/2019 I wish I could not give to a star cause it's not even worth a star at this point read more

Wingstop - The Rude Cashier Joesph - Chicken Wings Near Me - Arcola, Texas

First off I live near this location but normally drive a little further to the Pearland location cause the service is that bad. Today I don't feel well so I decided to do Uber eats from this location and ended up going there anyway. the food was dark and soggy so I requested a fresh order only for it to come out the same. I'm convinced this location don't change oil as they should. If I see you drop fresh fries and they come out that bad you need to use fresh oil. This was the last time I give this location a dime I had to throw it away cause it wasn't worth eating. read more

I would leave a zero if I could. I placed an order for delivery, and they screwed up my order. Of course when I reached out and informed them of an allergy they acted like I never placed an order, then they said it was my fault. They have zero customer service. Will NEVER!!!!! receive my business again. I will starve before that happens. Awful! read more

Decided to give them a try yesterday. NEVER EVER again. I guess I should've checked their reviews 1st! Wings were over cooked. Fried has so much salt on them that they were inedible. Total waste of my hard earned money. We will never order again. Lesson learned. Read reviews before ordering from anywhere. read more

Hadn't been to this store in a while. Cristella took care of me and helped me order my food and just had exceptional customer service. Will definitely be going back! read more

There was a whole fly in our chicken tender. It was under the sauce so I'm guessing it either deep fried or landed on it between the fryer and saucing. Very careless. read more

Went on Saturday expecting a wait and crowd. Got there and that is what was awaiting me so no big deal. But, the wings that ordered were soggy and did not taste well. There was an employee standing near the food prep area eating wings and just looking on. This by far was one of the worst times I had at this location. read more

The food was horrible. Fries were black and soggy. The drinks were just the syrup from the fountain drinks. They didn't even send the complete order. The wings were not good either. . I usually go to the other Wingstop but I accidentally picked this one. read more

absolutely horrible service. I've come to this location multiple times and each time, there is something wrong with my order or the system doesn't process it online, or they can't give out gift cards. This most recent time, the online order didn't go through. So I drove up there immediacy to confirm the order. Because I arrived 30 minutes prior to their closing time, they refused to place the order. I recommend updating your closing time online to not give the impression, you're open if you are not. Last time it was a gift card. I tried to get a gift card for a friend and they needed the manager to process the gift card. It took 30 minutes for the manager to come out the bathroom after she was clearly on the phone. Once she came out she stated she was not able to process the gift card because the system doesn't take cards but only cash which sounds really suspicious being a franchise but I walk away disappointed. This is most definitely not a place that cares enough about their customers and each time I regret choosing this location for a pick up. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

Came to this business and was greeted at the door by a young man named ceasar. He was very rude and short with me. He didn't allow me into the establishment saying it was at max capacity but then proceeded to let a gentleman in ahead of me. I was there to pick up a prepaid order and when I gave him the names for the order he told me "haha I won't remember that" Needless to say I won't be back. read more

This Wingstop is not consistent with their orders. I work at a campus close by. The larger the orders the more they mess them up. Sometimes the food is fresh, most times lukewarm. I was hoping this was due to it being newer. At this point, I'm happy with passing it up, driving into Pearland to pick up my order. When you complain, this location does nothing to make it right. I've emailed corporate about the lack of customer service at this location as well. read more

I would love to meet the business owner !!' This location is horrible!!!! The service is very bad .

I totally understand that we are in the middle of an pandemic but that's no reason to be rude to customers. I saw them slam the door in customers face yell at customers that asked for refund cause they were running behind. Seems like a good place for wing stop but management needs to be changed and training is needed ASAP. People have to much to worry about to come get frustrated over some chicken. read more

Poor Customer Service, this store has kids playing and answering the phone. Yesterday we called in to place an order by phone Brianna answered and was playing in the background while taking the order and was very rude. Went into the store and to pick up my order she walked away and flicked me off. I told the GM Jonathan and he was very unconcerned with the poor customer service and stated they where busy. He acted as if I was in the wrong. This store needs customer service training. And I will like to have this reported to corporate. read more

If you love Wingstop like I do, this location is very convenient but don't waste your time! This location has horrible customer service and even worse wait times. If I place an order online and you tell me 20-30 minutes and I wait 25 minutes before leaving home...my food should be ready when I get there. Nope, I had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. This place has a terrible smell and employees get orders confused all the time. Once waited 1.5hr because they messed up an order twice.

Placed a order in over the phone and as approached the counter to pay a another employee arrived to work.
