I ordered from this location using the Wingstop app and received less than half my food. When I called to resolve the issue, the first person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. The second employee said they'd only refund me if I brought the food back--which makes no sense for a delivery order. As several other people seem to agree, this place is the worst. They don't care anything about the customer or the orders. We didn't receive half our order and they tried saying that we needed to drive up there to receive a full refund because "policy", that's bull. Then the food we did receive is already cold because of taking to the people for like 30 minutes trying to get a refund. I don't think anyone we spoke to is competent or a manager, they just want your money. They claimed that they didn't deliver half the bag and it was probably sent elsewhere, which is illegal, but they probably just took it for themselves. They don't care anything about your service, only the money. Don't ever order from this place, they absolutely steal your food and don't want to give a refund for anything other than partial, so that's a load of bs and this place is garbage. Do not order from here! This location will mess up your order and then charge you for the full amount of the order. They refuse to issue a refund which I find very suspect. I received less than half of my order. I was told the other portion must have been mistakenly picked up by another delivery person but I suspect they are reselling orders or taking leftovers home to family. I really wanted some wings and looked for wing places close to me. This location popped up. I never knew this location was here. Since it was the closet location to me I made a online order. My confirmation email stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived it was not quite ready so I prepared my drink. As I finished up making my drink my food came out. This location does not offer sit in dining. They seal your bag with a big green sticker for safety. It's located next to a few other stores in a strip mall try of setup. Overall the wings were good. They are not fried all the way hard so if you like them well done make sure you ask for fully fried. The service was good. The cashier was polite and made sure she gave me my order as soon as it was ready. The establishment was clean and tidy in the front. I did not visit the restroom. I gave this review a 3 because my order was not exactly as I expected. My wings weren't as seasoned as they usually are at other locations and I received the wrong flavor wings for 4 of my 8. Incompetent employees! I ordered boneless wings and he repeated my order however he charged me for classic. When I checked receipt I asked if he could change them to boneless and he was like my bad and had to call a manager on phone just to change my order. It took 15 minutes and then by the time he finished he said oh we're out of boneless wings. Instead of being apologetic he said, " at this point I don't know how to help you". My son at this point didn't care what kind of wings so we order classic. It took them 45 minutes to get us our order and acted like we were the problem. While sitting there for 45 mins I realized the place smelled like a sewage. Also the employees are unsanitary. Not wearing gloves while preparing food and I saw one employee pick up trash from floor and proceeded to replace lids with same gloves on. This store needs food safety and customer service training. They gave me a hard time upon pickup, asking for the confirmation number of my online order or the last four of my credit card. When I got home, I realized they had my order all wrong. I had to drive all the way back and let them know. they said they were gonna remake my order and that it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes passed and my order was finally ready. I asked for a refund because I wasted time driving to and from wing stop and they had gotten my order wrong and were taking longer than they told me it would take. They began processing my refund. I stopped them to ask if I would still be getting my wings, and the cashier told me "not if you get a refund." The whole reason I was asking for a refund was because I wanted some sort of compensation for their mistakes. Instead, I got shitty service and a whole lot of attitude. I've come to this location multiple times and each time, there is something wrong with my order or the system doesn't process it online, or they can't give out gift cards. This most recent time, the online order didn't go through. So I drove up there immediacy to confirm the order. Because I arrived 30 minutes prior to their closing time, they refused to place the order. I recommend updating your closing time online to not give the impression, you're open if you are not. Last time it was a gift card. I tried to get a gift card for a friend and they needed the manager to process the gift card. It took 30 minutes for the manager to come out the bathroom after she was clearly on the phone. Once she came out she stated she was not able to process the gift card because the system doesn't take cards but only cash which sounds really suspicious being a franchise but I walk away disappointed. This Wingstop is not consistent with their orders. I work at a campus close by. The larger the orders the more they mess them up. Sometimes the food is fresh, most times lukewarm. I was hoping this was due to it being newer. At this point, I'm happy with passing it up, driving into Pearland to pick up my order. When you complain, this location does nothing to make it right.
