Great new location! Parking is a little tight, but you have a driver's licence right? I used the online ordering portal to order ahead and it went flawlessly. I picked up in about 20 min and everything was piping hot and ready to go. Staff isn't overly nice but I saw her for maybe 40 seconds so what of it. Small eat in area to eat in along with serve yourself soft drinks and Peak iced tea along with restrooms. Place was spotlessly clean, then again they did just open. I ordered 6 Wings boneless with 2 flavors, assuming I'd get half of one, and half of the other. But 4 were of one flavor, and 2 of the other; not sure why that was! Also, the cashier taking my order was explaining everything as it made sense, but all of a sudden changed it all around when I pulled out the 5 free wings coupon, creating restrictions, telling me I can't do the 6 wings in tenders, and the free wings are bone-in only. Terrible service. Incredibly unprofessional staff. No adult supervision onsite. Cashier was very disrespectful to customers and actually didn't even notice that people's orders were ready when they checked on the status of their orders and paid their checks. I went in and ordered a 2 person -15 piece meal that comes with Lg fries and 2 - 20 oz drinks. The cashier asked me if I wanted my drinks (plural) now or with my meal. I said I'd get my cokes when I get the food. When the food was done, the cook gave me the wings and fries but forgot the drinks and I said I had 2 cokes coming. He gave me 1 and refused to give me the second one claiming "20 oz drinks are only fountain drinks you only get 1 bottle drink." This is utter BS. They're both 20oz (bottle or fountain). The menu doesn't say fountain drinks only. This is what's called "bait and switch" and it's actually illegal. I won't go back. The fries weren't fresh. It's a good small place to catch up a sport game on TV. Their bone-in wings are deep fried first before dipped in different kind of sauces and seasonings. I like their hickory smoked BBQ, Louisiana rub, and teriyaki flavored wings. Their standard sides are either fries or veggie sticks, but I recommend their potato salad. This Wingstop is by far the worst I have ever been to, I placed an order online for pick up to be ready at 8:15pm when I got here to pick it up they told me they were making the order and that was at 8:00pm. Around 8:30 I asked was it ready and that is when they realized they had made the order earlier and threw it away because no one came to pick it up order was placed online around 3:00pm for pick up at 8:15pm. So they remade the order and did not even add the seasons to it so I had to come home and season it myself. And I was told that since they did not have any carrots or celery that I would get extra corn and I did not get that either. Not only was my order wrong but multiple people that came in to pick their order had the wrong food as well. I have emailed the company and they have yet to get back to me about it. Usually, I'll have the BEST experience at this location. However, Sunday (9/25/2016) I had the worst experience in WingStop history!! The server Nicole was EXTREMELY rude. When myself and my husband walked through the door, Nicole snapped IMMEDIATELY, saying "picking up or placing". After I answered, she rolled her eyes and walked away completely disgusted. When we met up at the counter, another customer came in, she asked him the same question regarding his order. Once he answered, she left him standing there to start my order. She was fast talking and really snappy when it came to taking my order. The lobby was full of, what appeared to be teens/early 20's, young adults. Nicole had NO problem interacting with them. There was constant talking, laughing and playing. When it came to other customers, Nicole was dry!! After receiving my order, I checked it at the location, the fries were burnt. I could have easily asked Nicole to have the cook remake some fries but I was so turned off by her demeanor, burnt fries was way better than her attitude. Myself and my husband enjoy WingStop frequently and was ECSTATIC about this location opening. I feel, if Nicole is the new face of this WingStop location, this location will close as fast as it opened. She's the WORST and I never want to have to interact with her again. I have been looking forward in trying their wings for some time. I did half and half bone in, garlic parm & Cajun. It took 20 min which would have been fine but the chicken was clearly reheated chicken. It had very cold spots (refrigerator cold) and hot spots (both) and was not hot, juicy or fresh. Waste of money and time. I get these wings probably 3-4 times a month...more during finals...and 9 times out of 10 they are perfect. Having the option to get all flats is nice, and the sauces are always consistently good, especially the Korean Q. Sometimes the fries are a little soggy, but that's usually only when I use DoorDash. I've never had any issues with an incorrect order or missing items or having to wait an unreasonably long time. Ordered food for the super bowl a week in advanced to be picked up at 6:00. When I got to the register at 6:12 I was told that they JUST started to make my food because they were busy. They had time to make orders that were just made though. When I asked for a number for corporate the young female caught an attitude and told me I have to look it up myself.
