Ordered 25wings,large fries for the super bowl at 2:15pm they tell me my order will be ready by 6:25. I get here at 6:45 pm and they tell me it's a 45 minute wait. There should at least been a curiosity call! I get here and there are at least 20 other angry people waiting for their food! This was not a good day to be disorganized! I was so excited when they opened wings over valley stream because it brought me back to my college years when I used to order all the time from wings over Amherst (that's where it all started). I ordered for delivery and it was delivered to me fairly quickly. It was still hot and juicy when it was delivered. The quality and taste is still the same. I ordered honey mustard, honey bbq- wish there were more sauce for both, west Texas mesquite- still taste the same.. overall still my favorite wings spot and I highly recommend it. My first time and I won't be back. Disgusting! It's literally a bucket of grease in solid form. The most disgusting sauce is garlic Pam (sounds good which is why I ordered it) but it is the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted ! I couldn't keep it in my mouth for a second, I threw it up, I started having chills and shaking from how bad it tasted. Pure greasiness. I love garlic and Parmesan but this just tasted like really bad liquified butter. I spent $40, what a fucking waste. The waffles fries are soaked in oil and soggy. I really wanted to like this place but what a disappointment it was! We have ordered from this place since they first opened. We were so excited when we heard that we were having a wing place and is been a disappointment. The first time was ok but they took 3 hours to deliver .the second time we ordered we got raw wings and didnt call to complain we just threw in the garbage .then we decided to try one final time we were specific about having them well done and crunchy. The phone girl Tamara was very efficient and nice and on point she put the order in correctly like we order wich was written on the receipt when we received the wings they were raw and soggi with blood on the wings we called the store back fed up and asked for credit . The manager GEORGE got on the phone and he was very arrogant and didnt apologize instead he insisted that I was wrong and that hebpersonally watch the wings Cook and doubled fried . and said we will pick them up and give you credit knowing this place they will resell the wings . Once i got to my frienda place i got a call from Wings Over to tell me i had forgotten the other half. Before i could apologize and say i would return, the person over the phone had apologized for the inconvenience and offered to drive it over. On top of that instead of taking a tip they offered a discount. Nice to see a place care for their customers. And on top of all of that the wings were crispy and packed with flavor. Kickin bbq is my fav! The first couple of weeks they had some timing issues but lately it's been great, hopefully they worked out the kinks. I will continue to return as they are a favorite of me and my kids. My son recently got braces and can't eat chicken wings on the bone. Found this while driving in the area. Place is small but very clean and I love the colors. The staff was friendly and gave good recommendations. The wings were awesome. Sweet chilli was just right for me because I dont like too much spice. The garlic parm and bbq was really good too. Cant wait to try the rest and the price was not too much. The only issue was the tots, it was tasty but way too salty, ended up tossing most of it . Perhaps try ordering without the garlic parm topping. Really really tasty food! Didn't feel like cooking so decided to try this spot out since I always pass it. For myself I ordered the 9 piece wings and got 4 wings with the hot honey sauce, and 5 wings with hot buffalo sauce. Along with the wings I upgraded my fries to the loaded garlic Parmesan tots. The hot honey sauce was tasty but barely hot, a slight tingle. The hot buffalo sauce was mild to me also a slight tingle. I like my food very spicy but even though they weren't spicy they were still flavorful. My daughters got the 12 piece wings half the wings hot (my oldest said it wasn't spicy at all) and half lemon pepper. The lemon pepper wings were deliciously seasoned. The wings itself were large and juicy and well cooked. They had a nice crisp to it even under the sauce. The loaded tots were delicious, and covered in a nice creamy cheese sauce with an ample amount of bacon. I also tried a loaded chicken tender sandwich with hot garlic sauce and it was tasty loaded with the hot garlic sauce, cheese sauce and bacon. Will deff be ordering from here again! read more

I tried Wings Over Valley Stream fir the first time tonight. I was apprehensive because I don't usually like commercial wing spots like Wild Buffalo or wingsstop.... But I was REALLY pleasantly surprised! The two young ladies working the counter were super friendly and efficient. I ordered "Mild Buffalo" meal which was 6 wings, Waffle Fries and a coke. It was like $11 The wings were nice and meaty, just the right amount of sauce (covered but not drowning) and they tasted great! Didn't really like the food. I got a 25 piece wings medium spice. They were very mushy and could have been cooked longer. I also got chicken tender medium spice and those were also mushy. Was really excited to try this new spot! Placed my order online and immediately drove over (I'm less than a 4 minute drive). I knew I'd have to wait which was no problem. Got a text that my order was ready 10 minutes after I got there which was great as it wasn't a long wait at all. Drove back home (not even 4 mins after picking it up) and my food was cold! Not even room temp it was just cold. Super bummed. The "hot garlic" flavor was tasty even though the tenders were cold and not crispy. Also disappointed with the garlic parm tots as there was the slightest dusting of garlic and parm... Really wanted to like this place since I love wings and it's super close to home.
