the food was good, especially the chips. they appear to be homemade. they only had one employee working the front, and he was very nice but they need more employees for faster service.

Yummm! Was feeling for wings and found this spot. Meal deal was $15.99 for 10 wings + fries + drink + ranch! Not bad. On tuesdays, they have 65¢ wing special. Sounds worth it. Nice sized chicken wings. We opted for sweet and spicy buffalo. It tasted like a spicy bbq, not to hot -- more mild if anything. Worth a try for the area if you're in for some wings!

I have gone to this restaurant for about 3 years now. They never disappoint. The plates are generous in food portion and their wings are always delicious and prepared well. This is a hidden gem. Today I had their 10 piece combo plate which can easily be shared or if your hungry you can have it in one sitting. I have attached a picture. The Buffalo spice taste really good! My sister had their spicy BBQ and lemon pepper and it was just as tasteful.

Best place in the area to get a wings, amazing service and on the weekends they had live music! It's a must try for sure!!

BEST WINGS THEY HAVE IN TOWN. Great costumer service. Amazing selection of beers. Highly recommended this spot! I

Boneless lemon pepper wings minus the lemon pepper!

Service was good. But when I order lemon pepper I want to taste the lemon pepper. I ordered a 5 Piece boneless wings lemon pepper and I can not taste the lemon or the pepper! Whaaatt! 2nd time here! And there is always a hop, skip and jump around the lemon pepper ! I want to taste it please! Other than that environment was awesome Wings were cooked perfectly the buffalo wings, very good it's my Grandson Andrews favorite!

Waiting.

I have lived at the Fairwinds many years now. I first moved here with my husband and we lived in a…read morevery comfortable Independent Living Apartment. I was immediately impressed by the staff. you couldn't ask for better care and warmth. we participated in any activities that were offered and made new and lasting friendships along the way. thru those years there were difficult times. I guess the most difficult was the pandemic when we were limited to movement within the building but you would be amazed attn lengths the staff went to to keep us happy. delicious meals were delivered to our door ( we ordered from our menu's ). Games were played at each door if you wanted to participate and there were fun prizes. The weekly wine socials were brought to your door. Meanwhile, all the necessary health precautions were taken. The apartments were thoroughly cleaned weekly. When necessary, immunization clinics were brought to each resident and if you wanted to participate, they made it easy. Eventually that passed and life got back to normal but it's hard not to recognize the professional handling of that difficult time. The building was renovated and mad lovely for us. If anything needed to be updated, it was life moved along smoothly and I must admit, to my surprise. There were many staff changes but amazingly, the staff remained warm and caring. Deep down, I can forget that they are dealing with many different personalities and sometimes elderly people can be a tad grumpy. The loving staff simply overlooks the bad days. Food is always an issue but the menu is large with choices for everyone. If that isn't enough, there's a really great Bistro you don't want to mis. The activities are numerous and year round. Entertainment is provided on a regular basis and outings take place twice a week. All you have to do is signup. I can't close this without mentioning that my husband passed away in 2022. it was a difficult time made easier by the Fairwinds staff and especially the management. Being100% deaf and disabled, my family wanted me to move to assisted living despite my reluctance. Doralei warmly helped me make that decision to move and very graciously helped me find a comfortable apartment. The move was smooth and the golden treatment given by the health and Wellness staff has been perfect so I have to admit that it was the proper move. When I need appointments, the transportation service is wonderful and I can't forget to mention the wonderful drivers. Do you see how fortunate I furl that all those years ago, we made the decision to move here it was the perfect one. You can't go wrong.

Extremely disappointing experience at Sixty Six Acres…read more We walked in and were seated immediately on the patio. I had read so many positive reviews and was genuinely excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately, we walked out without ever being served. While we sat there, multiple staff members walked past our table without acknowledging us. No greeting. No water. No "someone will be right with you." Nothing. Then another couple arrived after us and was seated in the same small patio area. They were promptly greeted, given water, and attended to by a waiter who seemed more than happy to serve them. Meanwhile, we were still sitting there trying to figure out whether anyone planned to acknowledge our table. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was looking around and realizing there were no other Black or Brown patrons in the establishment at the time. I cannot definitively say race played a role in how we were treated, but given the stark difference in service between our table and the couple seated after us, I would be dishonest if I said the thought didn't cross my mind. We eventually got up and left. Good food reviews mean very little if certain guests can sit at a table while staff repeatedly walk past them as though they aren't there. Whether this was discrimination, poor training, or simply terrible service, the experience was unacceptable and left us feeling completely unwelcome. We came prepared to spend our money and enjoy dinner. Instead, Sixty Six Acres made it very easy for us to take our business elsewhere.

This charming little bistro near the south end of Old Town is elegant, welcoming, and truly a hidden gem. Having convenient on-site parking was a nice bonus, and we were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived. Our server, Christopher, made the evening even more memorable. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He also took the time to recommend several local restaurants and places to visit, which we really appreciated. We started with the mussels, and they were outstanding--fresh, tender, and served in a rich, spicy butter broth with perfectly toasted crusty bread for dipping. My cedar plank salmon was cooked beautifully, full of flavor, and paired with a delicious chorizo risotto. My husband ordered the filet mignon, and after trying a bite, I can understand why he said it was one of the best steaks he's ever had. The mushroom risotto and seasonal vegetables were the perfect complement, and the fresh salad with homemade dressing was a great start to the meal. To top off the evening, the staff surprised me with a three-flavor sherbet dessert complete with a birthday candle and a thoughtful personalized birthday card. It was such a sweet touch that made me feel truly celebrated. We couldn't leave without trying the German chocolate cake, and it was the perfect ending to an unforgettable dinner. Everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu the next time we're in town.

The last time I went I ordered the salmon and chicharrones risotto and ohhhh man it was good. It was cooked to perfection! One of our guests ordered the filet at medium and it was more like rare. They were able to cook it a little more, but beware on their steak temps. My son got a scallop special with mushroom risotto and he loved it. My other friend got the steak kabobs and she loved her also. The service was decent. We did sit for about 30 minutes at one point before ordering and we were already a bit behind schedule in trying to get out for a play at Albuquerque Little Theater. We let our server know and he didn't really help us out much. We got to our play on time, but barely. He also seemed annoyed at us for letting him know we needed to get out of there. He actually seemed annoyed about a few different things. I've had other servers there that are much kinder and more patient. He knows his food, but he is not the kindest. I do want to check out the little bar area they just opened. It looks more relaxed. They mostly have high tables over in that new bar area which my little short legs don't appreciate, but sitting at the bar sounds fabulous. I'll definitely be back! Cheers!

The ambiance was exquisite despite the somewhat loud noise level. The decor and the service were both top notch. Our server Sergio went above and beyond the call of duty. He made our anniversary even more special with a free dessert, a coupon for a free wine flight on our next visit and a hand written list of recommended local attractions and eateries. And then there is the food. The potsticker appetizer was pleasing to both the eye and palate. I had the meatloaf entree which was delicious. And my husband loved the beef bourguignon. And the crème brûlée we had for dessert was delightfully creamy underneath a beautiful gold crust. We will definitely return and highly recommend DH Lescombes to anyone seeking fine but affordable dining in the Albuquerque area.

Last night we were severed by one of our favorite waiters: Jake at the Rio Grande location. The menu is acceptable in terms of choices. However, we feel that many of the dishes are too heavily salted. The pork chops last night seemed almost infused with salt. The steak salad which I have had in the past was very salty; not what I recalled. Suggestion, let folks add salt at the table and take as much salt as can be out of the cooking process. The food will taste better, be healthier and not overwhelm the wine. Star rating based on salt issue.

We started with the charcuterie plate and the meatballs. The meats on the charcuterie were wonderful and cut thick, which I love! For my entree, I wanted the bison brisket but they were all out of it, so I went with the market fish, which was a barramundi. It came on a bed of potatoes and the sauce was a bit bland. I wish it went a little harder on the flavor. It was a nice cut of fish though and was a satisfying meal. They had a great selection of wine and kept the glasses full throughout the evening.

The set up is interesting with different dining areas that are secluded -- we were sat in an area that was elevated and had a nice corner area. As a pescatarian and dairy free diner, my options were limited but I did order the butter leaf salad with oranges and grapefruit as well as the market fish which was the halibut served with zucchini, squash and tomato rice. The food needed a little salt and I requested hot sauce that came too late for me to use with my meal. Our server was responsive otherwise. I do not plan on returning.
