Wings are cooked to perfection. I had the garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, moon dust and hot wings. I really love the lemon pepper! It's so flavorful and has a tart lemony flavor. Only downside is the young guy with dreads at the register. It may take him a minute to take your order cause he's too busy on his cell phone. It must be ok with the manager because he was there while he was doing it. If you can overlook the service, the wings are worth it. read more

The fried catfish is amazing to me. The crisp on the fish is fried to perfection. The grilled Catfish is also tasty as well but that Fried Catfish is unbelievable. It even heats up great in the oven for breakfast. read more

Welllll there isn't much to say other than it always leaves more to be desired. From the chicken to the sandwiches.

Honey lemon pepper wings are to die for. Hands down the best in the PG county area. Food always fast and never busy. Ignore the bad reviews about the wings. I will say all the sides are subpar so stay away. Fried fish wasn't good either. Wings A+ tho! read more

Very generic wings. The staff was not friendly, and the food was lacking in flavor. Food is ordered at the counter, and then a number called. The service was very, very slow. I ordered wings with a dry rub, and they were overcooked to a point that the flavor was gone. I would not recommend this location unless it is the last choice. read more

Parking Ample. Located in a strip mall. They share a lot with the other surrounding businesses Service Prompt. Like that they practice closed loop communication- repeating your order back to you to ensure it's done right Food I only come here for their honey lemon pepper wings that I get fried hard. That sauce is everythang and I put some one the fries too! Yes I feel disgusted with myself afterwards as I lapse into a fried food coma. No I don't eat like this everyday- more like 3 times a year- wouldn't recommend anyone eats like this with any regularity! Cost Reasonable. Overall Can't speak for the other food here but when I have a hankering for that sauce- no other place offers honey lemon pepper and this place satisfies. read more

I ordered a fried two piece whiting combo and my fish was burnt and tasted like it was fried in old grease. My daughter orders wings all the time and I took a chance because I was craving fish. Never again would I order this!!! read more

Wings 21 Kettering - Fried whiting and french fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Upper Marlboro, Maryland

I ordered lemon pepper wings and fries. Awful!!! I reached out to manager to discuss my disappointment and he told me that he would replace the meal. Due to my work schedule, I returned the meal 2 days later. The manager tried to have me pay for a new meal and would through in extra 6 wings. I advised him that was not what we agreed to. He finally decided to recook my order. Upon receiving my order, it was no better. I believe they are using old grease to cook food. I will never return. read more

Very rude. My cousin and I went to get some food and they were very impatient tapping on the window and ordering us to sit down to wait for our food that was very bland at the end of the day. I'm just so disappointed. read more

Food was bland and fries are soggy. The ice tea and lemonade was good. Customer service was not friendly at all.

Wings 21 has some of the most delicious wings that I have ever had! There customer service is great! The restaurant is always clean. Highly recommend! read more

This was my first time eating at this place so the guy behind me in line recommended the lemon pepper wings, and I'm glad he did. They were good. Definitely better than the garlic parmesan which I also ordered. The garlic parmesan wings lacked real flavor. I'm giving them 3 stars because the place had an unpleasant smell that hits you when walking in the door. Also, a couple of my wings were especially tiny. The wings are decent, but I've had better. Customer was cool. read more

Wings are okay. Not the best in town but definitely not the worst. Philly Cheesesteak I would rate it a #4 not the best quality steak. And the CHICKEN Cheesesteak was HORRIBLE. I expected chopped finely sliced chicken. However, it had large pieces of chicken the size of chick Fila nuggets. It was so bad I vomited back up the entire sandwich smh. I will pass on this place for a while. read more

Chicken wings were pretty good. No salt on the fries but it matter because the wings were that good. This was my first time going and I would give them return business! read more

I have frequented this establishment on many occasions and the times that the older Asian man is there are the WORST! He is disrespectful and does not listen to you when you order. Everyone else is decent. read more

I ordered the boneless garlic Parmesan wings and THEY WERE HORRIBLE. I wish I could give no stars cause that's what it was. The meat was very soft and flimsy with a grey like color. THANK GOD I didn't get food poisoning. WILL NEVER RETURN EVER EVER. y'all be careful like fr. read more

this is by far the worst establishment I ever been to, the staff always has the nastiest attitudes customer service is terrible their bathroom is always out of service or they just straight deny ppl to use it an their food is not that good to be treating their customers like they can't be bothered with catering to the people spending money at their business's needs, I wouldn't recommend anyone spend any money with them ever read more

Great wing place. I ordered some boneless wings to take back to my hotel. They have boneless wings that are not breaded but with actually skin. They are the kind I prefer and a nice surprise. Just based off of that, I recommend this place for Wings. Especially when you consider dietary restrictions of people these days. I went with a medium sauce, just something simple. Service was quick and the place was very clean. It's in a strip mall type area near a target and a Ross, so don't look passed it. I'll go back for sure read more

I used to come here when i lived across the st when they first opened. Iguess they changed management and nothing is the same. My customer service wasn't bad but the food was nasty. I ordered 4 garlic Parmesan tenders and hush puppies. My hush puppies were burnt and they changed their chicken tenders to the flat frozen ones. When they first opened they had REAL chicken tenders and the flavor was good... now it's just bland and over cooked. I'm mad i wasted the space in my stomach read more

I ordered at 11 when they first opened waited got my food home only to find old fried chicken wings with warmed up sauce on top and French fries that taste like they were cooked in old grease.....pathetic read more

This has to be the cleanest carryout, and eatery I have been to in a long time. My mom can't stop talking about it. She had the Steak and cheese sub with fries, and I had the Chicken cheese sub. Me and my mom stuffed ourselves with enjoyment. The restaurant was very clean and nice looking. Great establishment, if I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely come back here and give them my money. read more

Wings are crisp with lots of flavor choices. The dirty rice is an amazing side dish! The interior is clean and bright. Service is prompt. Lots of variety on the menu which makes this a great one-stop shop for wings, burgers, fish, cheesesteaks, even chicken teriyaki! read more

Ordered a 3 piece whiting n fries. The whiting needs some seasoning but the portions were great and the fries were hot and crispy.

Was in the area for six flags and stopped by to get some wings. Thanks to the wonderfully varied menu, I completely lost track of my original wing-eating intent and ended up getting the cheesesteak and fries. Will have to grab some wings next time! (Though they do have a cheesesteak and wings combo) The manager and staff were incredibly nice and friendly. They gave good recommendations and just sorta chatted with me while waiting for my food (which came out pretty fast) and it felt like I was just chatting with some friends. Great to see people treating customers in such a professional yet friendly way. The food overall was very good. The cheesesteak was delicious and the fries were super tasty (especially after I added some old bay and some of their lemon pepper seasoning). Only weird thing - ketchup was a default topping on the cheesesteak along with the usual stuff. Ketchup? On a cheesesteak?? Bad enough people put anything other than onions and cheese whiz on their steaks. :) So after setting up the cheesesteak the right way... delicious!! They also gave me some of their hottest wing sauce to sample and I used it as a dip. Very good sauce! Not too hot but nice after burn. I can imagine this flavor would be superb all over some wings or tenders. I had an excellent experience and will definitely be back to try more menu items! PS Bonus points for the restaurant being really clean and having free wifi, flat screens with sports on and having online ordering options! read more

I'd have to say that this place is better than Buffalo Wild Wings (wing-wize, that is). We ordered 40. Hot, Honey BBQ, Sweet Chili, and Honey Garlic. The wings were well cooked. Hot (which is a pleasant 'hot') was good, the Sweet Chili was delicious, the Honey Garlic was kinda underwhelming, and (though my husband loves Honey BBQ) he said that they were too sweet. Customer service was polite and prompt. Store looked clean and well kept. read more

New and clean. Hubs brought me lunch from WIngs 21 and this is one of the few wing places that their fries are actually good. My wings weren't fried hard and our order was completed rather quickly. I will be going back. read more

Fish was fresh wings were too. It was good and on point. It's a hole in the wall, the parking lot is janky, and there's no ambiance to speak of (NOT a date place) but when you're old and married it's a GREAT place to grab a fish and chip to go. Loved it, will be back. read more

Best wings ever! And French fries! I love wings 21 French fries, they golden salty and taste like potatoes.

I had the buffalo wings from here and they were amazing. Just the right amount of heat. My only complaint would be that they were swimming in the sauce so it all puddled at the bottom of the container. But the taste was amazing! read more

Wings were great awsome customer service, very pleasant as well enjoying some wings & chatting with the manager,I will definitely return, Also I loved that you could choose a dry rub & a wet sauce! read more

Wings 21 Kettering - Before & after devouring 30 Lemon Pepper Honey BBQ - Chicken Wings Near Me - Upper Marlboro, Maryland

Their fried fish is the best thing on the menu. They have very limited sides and all of them are pretty bad. I only go for the fish and sometimes wings. The wings are okay. This place only got 4 stars because of their fish. read more

It is kind of like a high-end carryout. I liked the feel of it all. I really liked the turkey burgers. I was happy that they even had them. You don't normally find them at carryout type spots. They would have gotten that last star for a good mumbo but alas... Still definitely worth a visit!!!! read more

Plain and simple, not good. I ordered 20 medium buffalo wings what I got was 17 sweet chili Korean Buffalo flavored winglets. These wings were small my guess is the poor chickens that were slaughtered to make these travesties had not even had the pleasure of experiencing a single birthday. These chickens died in vain and I am ashamed to be a part of their demise. 1.1 out of 10 would not recommend. read more

Ordered wings (moon dust and hot lemon pepper) and sweet potato fries yesterday. The wings were overcooked and the fries were soggy. To make matters worse - my friend and I (only two to eat the food) both got food poisoning within hours of eating it. This was a miserable experience and I would not return to this location. It seems as though there may be a cleanliness issue at this location that caused the food poisoning. read more

Wow, I am very picky about my wings and I have to admit they were good. I got the fried rice combo w/ 5 wings extra hot. Cooked crispy with good amount heat. Big portion of fried rice which was ok. Another thing about the place was, it was very clean. It seemed to me manager/owner really care about the place and it's food. They also have gyro, cheesesteak, burger, and fish combos each with 5 wings. I would definitely come back for the wings. read more

The wings are delicious! I always order the honey lemon pepper wings. Restaurant is clean and service is fast.

When I order from this location I always and mean always have to tell the person picking my order up to make sure they are not giving you soggy fries. This is so annoying.. Please give us crispy quality fries. I have visited the location near Addison road twice and their chicken is not dried out and their fries are actually nice and crispy.. read more

Rude as hell, My boyfriend was given a soda out of the freeze which is behind the counter...mind you the freezer is suppose to be cold and if you going to keep it behind AT LEAST provide cold sodas..my boyfriend was going to keep it and he never had open it we only been in the store for less than 10 mins the soda seal was on...he wanted to exchange for a cold one. The asain man was refilling the broken ass freezer with this black girl and I say girl cause she was no older than me. He takes the soda from my boyfriend and twist the seal saying it was open.. during covid this man had no gloves on and touched it where people would put their mouth and who knows if he is consistently washing his hands ??? ..sodas open easy and in that case it would have twisted off faster...my boyfriend broke the seal in my face and the firl who sold it to him knew it was just sold to him...she was quiet about it..sucks to say the girl needs this job so bad but that's just nasty they could've just exchanged it as he already paid for it. And mind you he was twisting the tops off a few sodas as we watched him and the girl do it then proceeded to the freezer...will not return to this dirty ass restaurant. read more
