The service was friendly but it took an hour for us to receive our food which wasn't too bad since my boyfriend and I killed time watching videos and talking but if you're in a rush say on a lunch break or something definitely don't come here. They are still extremely new and I think someone said that they had only been opened for a week or two but still that wait... We both ordered the same thing. Two double old fashioned meals which we did really enjoy. The beef they use was really fresh and delicious and we really liked the fries as well. Everything was hot and fresh! Would visit again but definitely on a slower night and maybe once they've been opened for a little longer. Overall not bad.

( get the tray to try all - worth it). The fries are battered so I could not have - so for me got the sweet potato's and my husband ordered the smoked bacon apple fries - he loved them! We both ordered the cappuccino shake - so rich & heavy. Beware its heavy cream heavy but delicious. Great spot & such a welcoming group. Price was worth every penny and this place makes places like Whattaburger (which we ordered on road night before ) a complete disgrace. We ordered the special (smothered pork chops), because usually service is quicker if you order the special. They were out of the majority of their meager side selection , and twenty minutes after placing our order the server came and informed us that they are out of the smothered pork chops. Fast forward twenty minutes later... still no food and none of the customers who came in before us have food yet either. I just watched a customer go in the kitchen to get a coffee pot to give herself a refill. Service here sucks. At this point I don't care if the food is amazing when it arrives, because the long wait and crappy service is not worth it. ETA : customer who was here before us got tired of waiting and got up and left before their food arrived. ETA 2 : another table just got up and walked out because they got tired of waiting. ETA 3: Definitely not worth the wait or the price. Waited an hour and ten minutes for a dry as the desert burger, a micro side of mashed potatoes with thin watery gravy, and a side of canned corn ($11.50); and overcooked chicken livers that tasted like they've never changed their fryer grease, a tiny baked potato with fake butter and burnt bacon, and a side of woody broccoli stems ($11). Didn't get a single drink refill.

Gluten free Gold mine…read more I can't say enough good things about Scruff Grill. As someone who has struggled to find safe, delicious, actually enjoyable gluten-free meals, this place absolutely blew me away. Their gluten-free options are incredible--thoughtfully crafted, full of flavor, and far beyond the usual "substitute and hope for the best" approach most restaurants take. The gluten-free buns are a standout: soft, sturdy, and honestly the best I've ever had. They don't fall apart! That alone would earn them five stars, but it gets even better. They use dedicated fryers, something that's nearly impossible to find, and their staff is impressively knowledgeable about cross-contamination, ingredients, and allergen safety. I felt understood, respected, and genuinely cared for. Every bite was packed with bold, unmatched flavor. It's clear the team here takes pride in what they create, and it shows in the entire dining experience. Scruff Grill has earned my gratitude and my repeat business. If you're gluten-free--or even if you aren't--you have to try this place. It's a gem.
