The park has a walking loop throughout the entire park. The path is paved and easy to navigate. There is also a man made pond with path and bridges. The playground area is perfect for kids of all sizes. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. If disc golf is your thing, the course loops throughout the park.

Park development was a partnership between O'Fallon and the MO Department of Conservation. Because of that O'Day offers more natural settings and omits athletic fields. Features: -O'Day Lodge, a rental facility for business conferences and other activities. -Amphitheater for free community concerts and plays. -Adventure playground with unique items like a ropes course, group swings, and climbing logs. -Paved and natural walking and cycling paths. -Picnic pavilions. -Splash pad. There are shaded overwatch towers for parents to watch their kids in any part of the park, there is a splash park and multiple playground areas dependent on your child's size. We stayed for over two hours and the kids did not want to leave. Our kids ages range from 10-4 and everyone had a good time. My mother in law walked the trail several times. The other parents/kids were very friendly too, great park, great atmosphere. The only downside, which isn't even bad, it's expected, is that the bathrooms were not that clean, but it was manageable for what was needed for the kiddos to pee and go back to playing. When I'm St Louis again, we would come back!!
