Immediately AFTER the pull out, J. Grant told me $1500 for an implant. Pure evil. Don't let that smooth voice fool you. I got health problems right after they pulled my tooth. Don't pull your tooth out unless you need to. Be very careful. Recommended by a friend, I went to see Dr. New in Valley Mills, Tx, & he's worth the drive. I will NEVER forgive Jennifer. I blame myself for not realizing that she had a tech talk for her & that clinic didn't have my best interest in mind. Say a prayer before walking in that door.

I initially thought I would have to wait a few weeks but Brian, Dr. Winarick's husband, called back when they had a cancellation, something I really appreciated. I'm cavity free so I wouldn't know about major dental work, but I have went twice now and had great cleanings both times. I was in and out quickly too, something that's important when you have to go back to your office.

All of this could have been avoided and I would have gone someplace else that was more reasonable and at least more honest than ACE. I hope no one goes to ACE unless they are exactly positive of what they're going to charge. I had explained to them that my son was on a limited income and anyone with any common sense would have known he couldn't pull almost $800 out of the air to extract a loose tooth. There was a miscommunication then misunderstanding with some work in progress with my husband. I look forward to meeting with Dr. Cutbirth to work with getting it all sorted. I have been…read moreavoiding getting my wisdom teeth pulled for many years due to my anxiety and fear of surgery. When I saw a dentist 5 years ago, the guy said I would have a high risk of permanently losing sensation in my jaw as my teeth were impacted and were very close to my nerves. The dentist did not seem very confident and honestly, it scared me so bad that I avoided every possible surgical intervention. However, the wisdom teeth eventually had to go since it was starting to affect my other teeth and the local dentist here referred me to an oral surgeon to take a look. When I met Dr. Pritchard, he was very comforting and also confident in his abilities. You have no idea how much of a relief it was to hear when he said my teeth would be a very routine procedure and that it was highly unlikely for me to lose sensation in my jaw. Dr. Pritchard was very kind and told me how normal it was to have anxiety about the surgery and that the procedure will be quick and painless. I ended up going under general anesthesia and it was the best decision I ever made (as I had no recollection of the surgery, I did not have to remember any trauma). The surgical assistants were also very kind and also comforted me when I was getting anxious with the IV sedation process. Dr. Prichard is amazing and I recommend anyone who has an intense fear of wisdom tooth extraction to seek only the best oral surgeon to do the job!

Booked the appt for 8AM just to get there and be told they wouldn't find it, said they could get us in at 9, waited hours until 11. Was told it was going to be an EVEN LONGER wait while my son was waiting in pain.Called the number which was sent to a call center just to be told they probably wouldn't even do anything about it today and just examine it. Even told me to let my son EAT and DRINK without knowing if he'd have to get surgery or anesthesia. NOT SAFE. Ended up leaving because an office in Hewitt told us by the time we drove over, they would be ready to take him back. If I could give them 0 stars believe me, I would .
