The Wing Wa has become a favorite dive bar at the Depoe Bay coast. Unfortunately the downstairs closed and everything which felt more dive bar-ish went away. Still it's a casual place to have a few bites or a wide variety of drinks. Overall this seems to be a local hangout, good prices which keeps us coming back and awesome karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights.

Late night in Depoe Bay isn't much of a scene. It's a retirement community after all. We got in late and found this place, recommended by our hostess at the resort. It happened to be Friday night so they had Karaoke. And boy was it entertaining. A sweet little intimate crowd, it seems this is the place to be late night in Depoe Bay! We ordered Potstickers, Fish and Chips, House Chow Mein, Wor Wonton Soup, and beer on tap. It was their late night menu so not as many options. It was good, not outrageously good but great for late night in a bar! Everything was fresh and homemade. We could get the Chow Mein again. They serve it family style so you can share if you like. The prices were really good. The beer selection was great. They had a good Hefeweizen. The gin and tonic was strong. Good service!

Best BBQ pork , I've ever had , it's juicy , and absolutely fantastic!

The Prawn friend rice was better than I had expected. A wee bit spendy, but good portion size canceled that complaint. JC was a chill and friendly server. Plus, the views of the Pacific Ocean were nice too!

This is our local Chinese restaurant. The staff are friendly and the food is hot. It is typical American Chinese food but tasty.

The server acknowledged the birthday as soon as we sat down and she was very pleasant. The food was excellent and they served a complimentary dessert with a sparkler for my son. Our reservation was on the later side but it was still busy and people were still being seated when we finished up. I recommend making a reservation and ask for a table by the window so you can see the sea lions. Highly recommended.

People who came without a reservation were told that there's about an hour wait or they could sit at the bar level on the first floor. There's also a second bar on the second floor where the main dining room is up a flight of stairs. Service was great and we were lucky enough to sit by the window overlooking the sea lions, the water, and the Yaquina Bay Bridge. Food wise, it was mostly 5 star. I'll start with the thing that wasn't, and that was the deviled eggs (you get 3) with a lightly fried shrimp. The shrimp was overcooked, lukewarm, and didn't really add anything. But other than that, everything else was really good. The highlight was the Umpqua oysters on the half shell. We went through a dozen and a half. The oysters are sweeter, no briny. They're not huge but not tiny either like Kusshi oysters. It came with 3 different sauces. Another highlight was the whole dungenous crab...so fresh. Poke salad, garlic brussel sprouts, Yellowtail Hamachi, and Lingcod were also pretty good. If I'm ever in the area, I would definitely return.

We started with the focaccia bread and whipped butter. It was amazing creamy buttery lots of flavor definitely filling for an appetizer. Ordered the tomato caprice salad upon arrival I was a little bit confused because I thought it was like an actual mixed salad however, the plate was a unique take on a salad, plated very aesthetically. Overall filling as well, used it as a shareable. For entrées, we ordered the Creamy Forest mushroom Fettuccine, added chicken and it was absolutely out of this world. First off I could've done hits the pasta ALONE. so much flavor and love put into every. Single. bite. The golden harvest chicken was also a favorite. The fingerling potatoes were so soft and cooked to perfection. Whatever sauce that was im OBSESSED. If ever in the area, I would totally eat here again. Waitress was extremely attentive even as the dining area started to fill up.

We started with cocktails, and their selection is great, including some really thoughtful non-alcoholic options with adaptogen tinctures. Decided to keep it light with a soup and salad night, and it was the perfect choice. The soup du jour was a chicken pozole--so flavorful and comforting. The Caesar salad was amazing and hit all the right notes. We wrapped things up with a marionberry cobbler, which was the perfect sweet finish. Service always makes a difference, and Skyler was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. This spot continues to be a go-to for us, and we'll definitely be back.

Perhaps my low expectations led to my enjoyment of dinner so much. The rules around reservations was a little annoying, but I'm assuming it's due to staffing issues to make sure they can provide timely service, which they did. After multiple seafood meals, I was considering a "turf" meal. When I asked the server about the Curry Scallops and the Chicken Marsala, his response to the Marsala confirmed my decision. I was already leaning toward the Marsala based off another photo on yelp. I was not disappointed! The chicken breast was aggressively seasoned in a perfect way. Leaving the chicken on top rather than smothering it in Marsala sauce meant the texture in the chicken stayed slightly crunchy the entire meal. Although there weren't nearly as many mushrooms on my dish as the other photo, but had a great mushroom flavor that went so well with the chicken and mashed potatoes. The "veggies" in my case, was a bean medley that appeared slightly odd at first, but was actually pretty tasty. My wife ordered a grilled cheese/salad/French onion soup special. The sandwich was super cheesy, with multiple style cheeses. The salad was good, and we both thought the French onion soup was really good. I spoke to a staff member who said they've gone through a few chefs in the past year and that the current one is her favorite. Whatever she/he is doing is working because our meal was a great conclusion on the final night of our stay.
