I finally got to check out the new Sterling Heights Wing Snob today, or at least the outside of it ... everything is carryout / curbside now with COVID. I have been to their Southfield location before and everything was very good. Today they were offering 5 free boneless wings, no purchase necessary, but I also ordered some garlic parmesan fries online. When I arrived, they had a separate car "lane" for the free wings, and you could choose either Honey BBQ or Jamaican Jerk; I can't do spice, so I chose Honey BBQ. I mentioned that I had placed a curbside online order, and the "wing man" said for me to pull around and they'd have it out for me shortly - as soon as I pulled back into a space, someone else was out with my fries. Super fast service! Everyone was wearing masks and gloves, too, which I appreciated. The wings were nice and juicy. The sauce was served on the side, but I'm guessing that normally it's tossed in sauce. My favorite wing place recently has been Detroit Wing Company, in Troy, and these were comparable to those wings, although I like DWC's Honey BBQ flavor a bit more; this flavor was sweeter than DWC's. The garlic parmesan fries were DELICIOUS and I will be ordering those again at some point. From the pics I've seen on Yelp, this Wing Snob location has a nice big dine-in area, so I'll definitely be back at some point to dine-in, once restaurants have re-opened. It's about a 15-minute drive from my house, which is a little bit closer than the Southfield location (and that one is more of a carryout place, anyways; it does have seating but it's very limited). Thanks for the tasty wings and fries, Wing Snob!

Love it. Great wings, fast service, and friendly staff. Everything is fantastic here and there's plenty of options to keep everyone happy. Anything from boneless, tenders, traditional and even cauliflower wings! You for sure get a lot of bang for your buck at wing snob. There's a wide variety of sauces, ranging from "chicken and waffles" all the way up to "hot af" I opted for the mini sliders, super crunchy and flavorful. The seasoned fries were perfectly crunchy and flavorful!

Anyone with snob in the name embracing it like that, has got to be a good bet right? Right. Nice little wing joint with some great wings. Very fresh, a bunch of different unique sauces, and a good amount of "meatyness" to them. Their fries are also very good. And since you wouldn't expect a wing place to necessarily have good desserts, I feel the need to point out they have some great cheesecake as well. The staff is super friendly and the service is good as well. Flavors that I've tried: Awesome sauce - this one's pretty awesome for sure. Great taste Garlic parmesan - good balance of a cheesey garlic taste. This ones a dry one, so if you want something savory, I would choose something else Snobby Q - if you like something more sweet, this BBQ sauce is for you Mango habanero - a nice unique sweet and spicy taste for this one. Just a hint of spice, but not too much Hot AF - if you're used to spicy food, I wouldn't let the hottest sauce on the menu intimidate you. It's nothing too bad. Still has good taste to it The only cons I could see would be the limited seating (if you went with a bigger group, or during a busy time), and the slightly higher than normal prices for wings (but this is nit-picking for the most part now). All in all, definitely going to revisit sometime. A great wing spot to check out for sure.

So I still like ordering from here but the last few times we've ordered I've noticed the wings got a lot smaller. They used to give you pretty big wings way bigger than Buffalo Wild Wings but they have scaled back. Tonite one of my wings was just bones, and they counted it as a wing. There was zero meat on this thing.

    I like the simplicity

Not to be confused with your typical sporty corporate wing spot, this place is bright, casual, and fun! Very inviting, you don't feel to cramped or close to other tables next to you. You can enjoy this place alone or with a friend comfortably. And the service was fantastic! Tameda was our server and she was very helpful, patient, and fast. Definitely ask for her if you eat in. We decided on the popular choice... 50/50, sliders with honey bbq sauce, and Parmesan fries. They coat and toss them for you if you like, although next time I think I will get naked wings or the sauce on the side. I'm not a big sauce-loving person so it was a bit much for me. I heard great things about the other sauces! The chicken was hot; very large pieces of chicken breast, very tender and juicy. Everything was cooked to perfection and not dry or chewy. The breading was fresh and delicious also, not too crispy and the leftovers held up being microwaved the next day. The bun also was not soggy or mushy from the sauce or reheat. A-plus for that!! The bone-in wings were ok. I would think though that a restaurant dedicated to chicken and wings would be bigger. Little bit of disappointment there since they were comparable in size to the bags of frozen in the store. And the star that stole the show is HANDS DOWN this Superman cheesecake!!! (I had to edit my review because I hid it and forgot about it lol! My kids would've devoured it in an instant!!) The name says it all... it's on a level of its own, and I don't eat cakes and sweets. Someone offered me a taste of theirs and OMGGG I had to get a slice!! AN ABSOLUTE MUST TRY!! Then the amazing Garlic Parmesan fries! Soooooo yummy!! Don't pass these up! Perfectly fried not greasy, coated but not overly seasoned, hot fresh and crispy. Definitely stop in! You'll be back again with friends! I'll be back for the cauliflower fries and Superman cheesecake!

Under cooked fries, tiny wings, missing ranch and soda. Not worth $20. Regret my tip.

After months of wanting to try this place, I have decided it wasn't worth the wait. Ordered the 8pc meal deal. Wings: Tiny, overcooked, and tough. Also, only one flat in the entire box? Ridiculous. Fries: Undercooked and had the crunch of a raw potato. 20oz Soda I paid $0.50 extra for: Forgotten. Ranch I paid extra for: Missing. Tip given: Regretful. This was a $22 mistake.

Wing snob offers the greatest value of the major wing chains in metro Detroit (Buffalo wild wings, Wingstop). Their wings are meaty, not little nuggets like you're used to getting at Buffalo Wild Wings. Honestly 6 boneless wings is probably the equivalent to 15 boneless in sheer mass of their competitors. They have a healthy selection of sauces too, my fiancé always gets honey bbq and I love their wing snobby sauce. A tangy bbq that is like a sweeter version of open pit. I also recently tried their chicken and waffles sauce, which is basically maple syrup, nonetheless still good. They have regular season fries which are pretty generic, but you can also get them flavored which is a nice touch, I often get Cajun or Parmesan garlic both are very tasty with a side of ranch. I used to be very against boneless wings from chain restaurants but Wing Snob has changed my opinion for the better!

Stopped here on my lunch break since it's so close to my work. I ordered online in advance, which was nice so it could be ready as soon as I walk in. I ordered the 12 piece boneless wings and large French fries. My friend and I split the entire thing and were stuffed after. The wings are nice in size. I'd say the portion of one boneless wing is like two boneless wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. The garlic Parmesan sauce on the chicken isn't as thick as the sauces from Buffalo Wild Wings, which is fine (I like thick but I also don't mind less thick). The Cajun fries are to die for. Oh and don't get started on the ranch. Yum! You also receive a sample of their yummy cornbread. I was too full to purchase one but I'll do it next time.

Ok, new wing place in town, gotta try it right? Well.... I'll give you my take. Tried to call my order ahead as they have been open a few weeks and I thought they would be busy. Tried 4 times all with no answer.. but I was on a quest for some wings so I drove up to place my order, I was surprised pulling in to see 3 cars, not want I would call busy! Go inside, 2 customers eating and 1 waiting on an order. I place my order and let the employee know I had tried to call and she said they are slammed, eh ok? Ordered a 12 pc 50:50 which is half traditional and half boneless, for my sauces I went Garlic Parmesan and Snobby-Q. During my relatively short 10 minute wait I was able to dial the phone number again to make sure the phone in fact did ring and they did in fact work although that was the only time they rang during my 10-15 minute order/wait time (so much for being slammed). On to the wings, not a larger wing like I'd expect from a wing specialty place, more on the size of B-Dubs which I consider small on the scale. Garlic Parmesan sauce is literally like it states on the menu, garlic butter and Parmesan cheese, nothing like other wing places. Snobby-Q tastes like a mix of traditional buffalo sauce and some open pit, was not impressed with that either. Ranch was the runny restaurant style everyone loves. Also had a slice of cornbread and for $2 they are making a killing on it, The slice was smaller than the receipt. Would I return, that's to be determined, I'll let a few friends try it and if they have a different experience it may sway me back. 2.5 Stars, rounded up to 3 because I'm optimistic.

Meal #2 Traditional Wings in Buffalo Sauce and Cajun Fries.

For a franchise wing place this is a real challenge in my opinion. When we are looking at the menu the wings are a little more expensive than Wingstop, both Wing Snob and Wingstop feature many different sauces in both tossed and dryrub wings and to me what puts these two places at the top, fresh never frozen wings. They feature different styles of fries like wingstop and sides are similar. Wing Snob features really nice deserts, sliders and corn bread, which might give them the edge for me. Wings were great, juicy inside and crisp outside. Fries had nice flavor. Cannot say anything bad about this place. Looking forward to coming back and trying out the cauliflower wings, something you cannot get at Wingstop. I will for sure me back!
