Horrible while I was paying with my card, the employee said that the system is not working and try to do it again, but I saw the employee throw the receipt in the garbage which I don't know how I didn't suspected and when I use the card again. They kept on saying that the system is not working so I wasn't able to get my food. I'll start by saying I love Wingstop. Sometimes I like it more than competitors. Now, let's not judge or jump to conclusions. This location, however, is following a sad trend. The employee who handed me my order didn't take off her contaminated gloves. My cup fully slipped out of my hand because it was that greasy. Napkins? No. A whole roll of paper towel just sitting on the counter by the pickup window, because they know they are that greasy. Food was mushy, cold, and only spent about 2 hours in my stomach before my body rejected it. I dont know what they are doing in that kitchen, but I know it's WRONG. The staff all made eye contact when I walked in and proceeded to sit in the back on their phones continuing to talk before one came to help me. The lady that finally came had a terrible attitude and acted like just handing me my pickup order was a huge inconvenience to her. I got garlic parm wings and they didn't really look like they even put the topping on it, it looked very thrown together with half effort. This is not my first time at this location and that's been the typical kind of service every time I've gone, but the wings looked different than usual. Employees did not wash their hands when returning from the bathroom, had pants sagged, and on their phones while TOUCHING food. I ordered my usual and I always check my food before leaving, the box had grease and sauce all over it. I looked inside and it was not what I ordered. I politely told them that this is not what I ordered. They told me that they don't pour sauce over tenders anymore, I told them that this has always been my order and I have never had an issue. I will never order from this restaurant again the management team was absolutely horrible. I placed an online order and my food was undercooked. I called to speak to a manager and explained my order concerns. The manager replied "well I put a timer on it what else you want me to do" I stated excuse me "she stated why you getting smart" and handed the phone to someone else who said she was the manager as well and the other person was not.
