One of the worst places I have been to I was in the store for 10 minutes tell someone came to ask if I've been helped they were all on the phone with AirPods I can't imagine eating from here the floors destroying read more

Ordered from DoorDash, and they completely forgot to give my wings. this is ridiculous service. also, my sandwich was buns

Horrible while I was paying with my card, the employee said that the system is not working and try to do it again, but I saw the employee throw the receipt in the garbage which I don't know how I didn't suspected and when I use the card again. They kept on saying that the system is not working so I wasn't able to get my food. But when I checked my bank account, it said it was payed and I came back to try to get my money back, but it looked like one of the employee shift was over and there was a different one they said that they needed to see the receipt first which the employee threw in the garbage so I was never able to get my money back never coming to this place again read more

I couldent even get my food, the workers were too busy walking around doing nothing that even when u called out nobody came up to the cash register read more

Every time I go there, I'm super happy and all the employees are really really nice and you cannot forget about the food. The wrench is crazy. it smelled really, really good in there and it looked really good too. read more

I'll start by saying I love Wingstop. Sometimes I like it more than competitors. Now, let's not judge or jump to conclusions. This location, however, is following a sad trend. The employee who handed me my order didn't take off her contaminated gloves. My cup fully slipped out of my hand because it was that greasy. Napkins? No. A whole roll of paper towel just sitting on the counter by the pickup window, because they know they are that greasy. Food was mushy, cold, and only spent about 2 hours in my stomach before my body rejected it. I dont know what they are doing in that kitchen, but I know it's WRONG. Do yourself a favor, don't shop on Van Dyke for anything that matters even a little read more

What experience?!?! I drove over 15 miles to try their wings only to find out I couldn't order from the store. They said online only because their employees walked out and they have no staff. After speaking to the manager, I understand why. She was the most disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, DISGUSTING person I've ever run into. After my experience with her, I wouldn't eat their wings if they paid me to. She started talking shit about me and another customer to an employee before I even fully turned around. I will NEVER even look in the direction of Wing stop on 15 and van dyke. read more

New location on Van Dyke. The wings are delicious. They stay open until night. Customer service is good also. It best if you call your order in. But everything is fresh and hot. read more

Someone please explain to me how a business stays in business when you have cash, paying customers that are being turned away because they're only doing online orders. This is the stupidest thing I've ever heard in my life and at this point I may love Wingstop, but this location has turned away multiple customers because they're only taking online orders. Do not go to this place. They do not deserve your business. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. That place is an absolute disaster. All the employees had their AirPods in their ears and one was just sitting in a chair on the phone. Angry customers in the lobby from long wait times as I was coming back in with the totally wrong order. All the employees started yelling at each other blaming each other for the wrong order (mine) and long wait times for the other customers waiting. One customer walked back in to let them know things were missing from his order. This place is so poorly run I can't believe it has not closed. The owner should be ashamed and embarrassed at how employees behave in there. I had to get a refund and I will never be returning. Do better for your customers Wingstop! read more

The staff all made eye contact when I walked in and proceeded to sit in the back on their phones continuing to talk before one came to help me. The lady that finally came had a terrible attitude and acted like just handing me my pickup order was a huge inconvenience to her. I got garlic parm wings and they didn't really look like they even put the topping on it, it looked very thrown together with half effort. This is not my first time at this location and that's been the typical kind of service every time I've gone, but the wings looked different than usual. Every time I've gone it seems to upset my stomach as well. I'm very disappointed and I wish there was a different one nearby I could go instead because the laziness and poor customer service I received tells me they treated making my food the same way. read more

I've been to this location numerous times and every single time, their service sucked. They seriously cannot be any slower! I understand sometimes the place is busy but how can a fast food place have the slowest service every single time? It's surreal to me that I need to wait almost an hour for 10 wings. Do better. read more

Sounds like the lady was having a bad day huge attitude problem walked in and was told that I needed to order online when I was at the front desk but got my food wouldn't come back here tbh no wonder why people don't tip anymore read more

This place is absolutely disgusting and the health department needs to come here. I assure you this place will close down if it's monitored. They need to seriously re-evaluate how this place is managed. Employees smoking vapes in front of customers, sagging pants, no gloves and not washing hands. Sitting around. The store is a disaster as-well. Absolutely disgusting. I tried to come back and never will again. I will give it 0/0. The owner should be embarrassed read more

I NEVER leave reviews but this place was a complete disaster. The employees are so rude and the place is so dirty. Employees did not wash their hands when returning from the bathroom, had pants sagged, and on their phones while TOUCHING food. I ordered my usual and I always check my food before leaving, the box had grease and sauce all over it. I looked inside and it was not what I ordered. I politely told them that this is not what I ordered. They told me that they don't pour sauce over tenders anymore, I told them that this has always been my order and I have never had an issue. They poured the the sauce and then THREW the box in my hands. This place is horrible. Great food. Horrible employees and dirty mess. read more

Atomic is hot, but not shock hot, with a really nice depth to the flavor. Boneless wings are good size. Sauce/rub ratio is good. I'm guessing the poor reviews were store opening pains. They seem to have it together now. I'd give them 4 stars, but I'm trying to combat the terrible reviews from when they opened. They deserve better than that. Order online. It helps with their kitchen flow. read more

I don't know what the other guy was talking about food always hot and good store was clean and I did not smell any weed at all love the employees they are very nice and polite and helpful. read more

It's bad place and bad service and bad testing never we liked this location and it's very dirty and They do not respect customers and the smell of marijuana is very annoying read more

my food was beyond the reality of disgusting......my fries were SOAKING wet!!! The wings were super greasy and burnt and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in weeks. I don't think I've ever seen such nasty food in my life. I tried to call to ask about it and they were rude and dismissive. read more

Whoever works, here is a moron the staff here are so unprofessional they were not even doing their jobs I told them that I wanted all flats and Cajun dry rub and they gave me naked wings I will never come back here unless they hire a whole new crew cause it absolutely sucks and is terrible. Weren't even wearing gloves or the hair nets which is completely unsanitary. Anybody that lives around here don't come here. read more

Wingstop - I walked in and just all the employees standing in the back talking. No said hi. Just a bunch of ugly looks. Do you not want my money? - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sterling Heights, Michigan

Terrible. The only thing good was the sauces. The inside was dirty. None of the tables cleaned off. The soda machine needed to be changed. Had to wait for them to even take my order and no one was in the store. Employees sitting around. Got my food home and the wings weren't even crispy. The skin was slimy. Won't be back. read more

This store is small & dirty. The workers here don't even want to prepare drinks for delivery orders & expects drivers that don't even work there to do it!! Top it off it not even a dine in store smh read more

I arrived on time to pick up my order they told me it's not ready. It will take three minutes and they made me wait over 15 minutes.

I think they mistook salt for sugar on their fries. All the chicken was very mediocre. Not a single thing we ordered out of 5 things was decent enough for me to call good. They also forgot one of my orders for wings. I won't be coming here again. read more

Two visits through the drive thru. Two wrong orders. Slow service. Not at all friendly. The last visit one of our sandwiches was all gristle breaded and fried in a bun. Won't go back. read more

The staff was super friendly, but, I ordered thigh bites with lemon pepper dry rub and when i got home and opened it it was sitting in a pool of oil and pepper. A few of the pieces were over seasoned and I was disappointed. Hopefully, this will get corrected the longer they're open since it is a brand new location. read more

Wingstop - two trays of fried food on a table - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sterling Heights, Michigan

Horrible customer service. They forgot a sandwich and the manger basically called me a liar

Horrible service and even worst food. I stopped here because it was a close to my destination and my daughter requested chicken. I first called as I sat out side and watched them answer and place me on Hold with out even greeting us, I proceeded to walk I. And the first thing they said is it's goi g to be a 30 Minute wait on bone in chicken which I wasn't ordering. Then I wash asked an I getting boneless I said he's I just want a small order she responds with "you want one, that's the smallest we have" with ease i respond maybe not one what is the next size up and she says "two". I then asked her what all the sizes were and decided with a 5 piece. With no help enthusiasm or and emotion From her I hesitantly ordered. The food was fine the sauce was not completely dipped but for the amount of attitude and lack of welcoming no thanks!! All in all I must say I seldom visit a wing stop again every time the service is convincing me the people are their for sole entertainment, it always a problem ordering something off the menu weather it be a limited item or bone In wings. Next time I'll go with the food at home read more

Wingstop - They are clearly not working and this is the young lady w an attitude - Chicken Wings Near Me - Sterling Heights, Michigan

I was really excited Wingstop opened near my house, but honestly I was not impressed at all, the wings might as well be frozen. I'll stick to Wing-Snob the chicken is 10x better, won't be going back to wingstop again best of luck! read more

I will never order from this restaurant again the management team was absolutely horrible. I placed an online order and my food was undercooked. I called to speak to a manager and explained my order concerns. The manager replied "well I put a timer on it what else you want me to do" I stated excuse me "she stated why you getting smart" and handed the phone to someone else who said she was the manager as well and the other person was not. As I am explaining my order to the "manager" you can hear the other female in the back saying what she will do to me and all kinds of disrespectful things. I asked for corporate number and was placed on hold for 7 minutes for them to come on and tell me they can't get corporate number because there gm was not answering the phone and told me to call back tomorrow if I want to get it. read more
