This is his practice and it is livelihood. If something is amiss or wrong, tell him and he will promptly address it and offer resolutions (not excuses). His hands are as good and gentle as his word. This man will not fail you. He repaired my wife's tooth without any pain and in appropriate steps. He discussed all treatment options, costs/benefits/risks were disclosed honestly. He did not rush and makes you feel attended to. What a great doctor! I highly recommend you, your family or friends give Dr. Shah the opportunity to be your provider. I know he is always going to be mine (I travel cross country to see this man).

I have had the same dentist in Columbus for 20 years and really liked him and the staff. I moved to…read moreNewark in 2012 and continued making the long drive every 6 months, but after the Coronavirus changed so many of our lives I decided to find a dentist closer to home. All I can say is I wish I had found this practice 8 years ago! Everyone was super friendly, they have the absolute latest greatest dental technology, and they were very gentle during my cleaning. Oh, and it's literally 1 minute from home. I have a problem tooth my old dentist had been just "keeping an eye on" to see if it had a crack. Dr Jump and his staff actually found the crack with a high-res camera (old practice did not have this capability) and recommended a crown to keep the crack from getting worse and alleviate pain when chewing. I am so relieved to have a plan after 3 years of wait and see with some pain sprinkled in. Don't get me wrong, I liked my old dentist, but I LOVE Moundbuilders!! Highly recommend them!!!

Find another office in town with integrity who doesn't charge you every time you walk in the door. I came to get a replacement retainer and won't do it again. Unfortunately the retainers they provide are not high quality so I'll have to find another office when the current ones break which will happen. Very disappointed in their approach to dentistry.

My husband went to get his dentist appt done today and was treated poorly by Gretchen who lacks…read morecustomer service skills and could use a different job. I get it you are the person responsible for payments but to be rude and unkind to people like they are not going to pay your business? Shame on her. She acts like she would lose commission if she did not get paid. Anyway, the story is, my husband called on Sept 28 @ 10:39AM, spoke to a female at the office for about 8 mins to set up a payment plan with them to ensure that he is paying his bills and our kids'. That said, he was advised that he did not owe any thing. We know we did but they insisted that it was a mistake on their part. So what do we do? Obviously not follow up anymore. Guess that is on us. Fast forward to today, when Gretchen was being the rudest person in this world talking down to my husband when he asked about the balances. She threatened to keep my husband in the office until he paid the balance of $1800. (Yeah Gretch, show your true colors over $1800). She insisted that my husband open up a CareCredit card to pay the balance to which my husband declined. Anyway, half of it was at least paid for they day and we will pay the rest at a later date. So if you're looking for someone that would demean you like you stole from them even if we did what we need to do, go to this place and have fun with Gretchen. KTHXBYE.

I saw Dr. Balingcongan and he told me I had FOURTEEN cavities and they would cost $1000. Also said I would need a tooth extracted and that I am extremely unhealthy. When I asked why the payment they were requested upfront to schedule the appointment was so high, the stated they require payment upfront and then bill my insurance. If they were unable to schedule with a in network provider the should have made it clear, so I could seek treatment elsewhere.
