She was so busy at work that just thinking about having to find a new dentist was daunting. I jumped in and offered to find one. She was working in the Worthington/Westerville area at the time and after a quick search on Yelp, I found this place. She called them right away, was able to see them right away, and was blown away by the experience. Flash forward to about a month ago when I ended up having to find a new dentist. My sister reminded me of Westerville Dental so I gave them a ring and had a very similar experience. I was able to get scheduled that same week and the staff was incredibly friendly. Along with my bi-annual cleaning, I opted for the Zoom whitening. I can definitely say that it was worth the money. If you need a new dentist, look no further.

I recently had my first dental appointment with Dr. David Grammel. As a new patient, I wasn't sure what to expect. Like most people, going to the dentist is not my most favorite thing to do, and I've had experiences in the past where staff can be downright rude. Not so at Canal Family Dentistry. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were able to get me in in a reasonable amount of time. They even have Saturday appointments, which is super convenient. The front desk staff is very friendly - they knew who I was only after saying I was a new patient. And they seemed to recognize everyone who came through the door and know which doctor they were there to see. I was only there for an evaluation, and Dr. Grammel did an excellent job at describing what he thought my next steps should be. He referred me to an oral surgeon and an orthodontist in the area and was deliberate in explaining why he chose the people he chose. His answers were very helpful, and he was extremely nice throughout the process. No more dental anxiety here! Also, Dr. Grammel is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and the Columbus Dental Society, for those who care about such things.

I love Dr. Khan! The absolute BEST dentist & staff can be found at Polaris Dental Care!…read more Dr. Khan was my dentist for YEARS and he is the most trustworthy, knowledgeable, and skillful dentist out there! I really admired how he always remembered details about me and my life and always enjoyed making conversation with him. Years ago, I chipped my two front teeth after falling on my face and Dr. Khan worked with a specialist to restore my teeth through a root canal treatment and gave me crowns to replace the teeth I had chipped. Dr. Khan allowed me the opportunity to shadow him over the summer and I could see how much he truly cared for each of his patients and how he was able to complete so many different types of procedures! Dr. Khan works quickly, but not at the expense of treating his patients like real people. He ensures that Polaris Dental Care is a comfortable and warm environment where patients feel like family. Christy, who manages the financial/logistical aspect of the office, is also great! She is so friendly and makes sure all of your questions get answered. The work and care I received at Polaris Dental Care actually inspired me to pursue dentistry. I am currently in dental school and hope to become a dentist with Dr. Khan's caliber, charisma, and care.

After receiving 2 filling due to cavities I was in serious pain but was told it should go away in a few days. 2 weeks later I'm still waking up in extreme pain and discomfort. We made another appointment and came in to talk about doing more work on my teeth but they don't accept my insurance. But I was glad to pay out of pocket and told them. That was the whole reason we came here because they told us to come in for a consultation. I was then told by that they could not accept me because if the government found out that they did work on me they could get in to trouble. Wait! What!? Now remember I'm deaf but my hearing girlfriend was there to interpret for me and we both sat there in shock about this information. My insurance is not Medicare or Medicaid. As well as a specialist to perform a root canal. We did appreciate them at least for genuinely being helpful in that regard. I walked away sad because this was the place I honestly felt at peace with and wanted this to be my go to dentist.
