I get it you are the person responsible for payments but to be rude and unkind to people like they are not going to pay your business? Shame on her. She acts like she would lose commission if she did not get paid. Anyway, the story is, my husband called on Sept 28 @ 10:39AM, spoke to a female at the office for about 8 mins to set up a payment plan with them to ensure that he is paying his bills and our kids'. That said, he was advised that he did not owe any thing. We know we did but they insisted that it was a mistake on their part. So what do we do? Obviously not follow up anymore. Guess that is on us. Fast forward to today, when Gretchen was being the rudest person in this world talking down to my husband when he asked about the balances. She threatened to keep my husband in the office until he paid the balance of $1800. (Yeah Gretch, show your true colors over $1800). I saw Dr. Balingcongan and he told me I had FOURTEEN cavities and they would cost $1000. Also said I would need a tooth extracted and that I am extremely unhealthy. He is very arrogant and judgmental if you ask him any questions regarding to your dental hygiene. He did not show me any of my x-rays. I went to TWO other dentists to get opinions. I had FOUR CAVITIES IN TOTAL. FOUR! They just want your money. Don't go here.
