However, during my appointment with Dr. Jun Yang on 8/8/2026, I had a similar experience to what another reviewer, Paulina A., described. I felt that the appointment was rushed. Dr. Yang asked me several questions, and I came prepared with a long list of concerns and things I wanted to discuss. Because I felt pressed for time, I ended up trying to summarize everything into a few main points instead. While I was still thinking through questions I wanted to ask, it felt like the appointment came to an end before I had a chance to fully address everything. I was also prescribed Atomoxetine HCl 40 mg. Since this was my first time taking medication for this type of concern, I was surprised by how strongly I reacted to the first dose and did not feel comfortable continuing it. I stopped taking it after that first dose and contacted the office to let them know that I would not be continuing the medication and would be canceling my upcoming appointments. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I was hoping for, especially as someone seeking psychiatric care for the first time, and I will likely look elsewhere for support. Dr. Soeung was immediately judgmental about the medications I was taking, didn't ask how they effected me or made me feel and immediately disregarded this treatment plan for his own. I would have taken his recommendations to heart if he were attentive and compassionate, but he forgot my name multiple times and had to check his computer to remember and asked me to repeat myself multiple times after answering the same questions. This included wanting to treat me for something I repeatedly told him was a nonissue. He wanted to change my treatment plan weeks before I have to leave the country for work for a month. Experimenting at this time is highly reactive and could be potentially dangerous, while putting my career in jeopardy. He obviously has personal biases and brings those to work and to his patients. I asked if the doctor had a sliding scale and she told me that the first visit was $300 and that rash initial visit depending if it was 15min or 30min was $125-175 cash only. I rate this zero stars on customer service and zero stars on trying to offer help to someone who obviously needed some medical attention. If a person is calling seeking help & treatment... don't be rude. You could obviously be the last person that the ill were speaking to, and they could be in serious need, to the point that may have taken this call personally and have taken their own life.
