And Mitenka an employee took me into their native section. And was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about plants that attract butterflies and lay their eggs on. And how to care for the larve until butterfly stage. I learned alot. Donna was helpful in showing how to graft certain plants as well. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The employees really work hard there. I would recommend this nursery. Ask questions because they have the knowledge to help you grow your plants successfully.

When Lori Murray invited us to today's Pollinator Census Party, my friend and I (Kathy & Kitty) were excited to come back. What a lovely and fun experience it was! Lori was well prepared. She explained the pollinator-counting process perfectly and guided us through our 15-minute observation period. She was continually available to answer questions and even offered to help us submit our results. Lori had her adorable air-conditioned "She Shed" set up with delicious Italian and turkey sandwiches, cookies, candy and the most delicious green tea with honey! Her plants are absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced. My friend bought 4 plants during our first trip. My husband and I plan to return on Tuesday to work with Lori on creating a beautiful full-sun arrangement for a 20 inch pot we have in our backyard (hopefully with a tall "thriller" in the center and beautiful Purple and Fuscia Penta fillers around it that will attract the butterflies and bees like the ones we counted today. I'm looking forward to getting Lori's advice because she clearly knows her plants! If you love gardening, flowers, pollinators or simply supporting a wonderful local business, I highly recommend Murray's Flowers & Fun Finds. We're so glad we discovered this little gem!
